The building facilities are new, and the suite was clean and comfortable. Netflix was provided upon request, and the reception team was responsive and attentive. When we checked in, the bathroom floor was still wet, so I assume housekeeping had just finished cleaning. The air conditioning was cold, the towels smelled fresh, and overall, the homestay itself was great.

The experience was seriously ruined by the way the deposit was handled. We booked a Superior Studio for 30–31 August. After booking, we were informed that we had to pay a RM200 deposit before receiving the check-in instructions. We checked out on 31 August, which was a public holiday, and provided our bank details for the deposit refund. We were told it would take 2 working days, so we waited patiently. On 3 September, after the two working days had passed, I contacted them as I still had not received the deposit. I was told that I would receive it before 6pm. Nothing came through. I contacted them again at 6pm, and was then told they would get back to me the following day. I even asked for the transaction receipt just to confirm that the refund had actually been processed, but was told that the office was already closed and they could only check the following day. On 4 September at 9am, I followed up again. Once again, I was told that they would “provide it by this evening.” At this point, I was honestly furious. If you tell a guest that the deposit will be refunded within 2 working days, why should the guest have to keep chasing and waiting for another day? I also tried calling the number ending in 9746, but no one answered. I then called another number ending in 3748 that I found online and spoke to a lady, who again said they would proceed with the refund that day. After everything that had happened, it was difficult to have confidence that this promise would actually be fulfilled. I eventually told them that if I did not receive my deposit by the end of the day, I would report the matter to Booking.com. Coincidentally or not, I received the deposit within seconds of sending that message. The deposit was eventually returned, but the whole process was extremely unpleasant and frustrating. It is not about the RM200 — it is about keeping your word and respecting your guests’ time.

WOHNUNG 16, Stock 22 Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und schön gestaltet, mit vielen Pflanzen und Grünflächen. Die Aufzüge funktionieren schnell und zuverlässig. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Poolbereich im 7. Stock mit Whirlpool und ausreichend Schattenplätzen. Das Apartment im 22. Stock war hell, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem, die Klimaanlagen funktionierten sehr gut und die Aussicht war hervorragend. Dank der guten Fensterisolierung war es angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts verlief unkompliziert, und über WhatsApp war jederzeit schnell jemand erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés und Massagemöglichkeiten.

Die vorab zu hinterlegende Kaution war etwas unpraktisch. Im Badezimmer sammelte sich beim Duschen schnell Wasser auf dem Boden. Außerdem fehlte ein zusätzlicher Spiegel im Apartment. Europäische Stecker passen nicht direkt in die vorhandenen Steckdosen, daher sollte man einen Adapter mitbringen. Das WLAN war in Ordnung, könnte aber etwas schneller sein.

Hygiene was a serious issue. When we checked in, we found cockroaches near the kitchen cabinet. We immediately contacted customer service, and a cleaner came to spray the area. Unfortunately, even more cockroaches came out after the spraying, which was quite terrifying. (around 6-7 cockroaches in total) We requested to change rooms, but were told that no extra rooms were available. As we no longer felt comfortable staying there, we asked for a refund. Contacting and dealing with customer service also took a long time. At around 10:30pm, we had to urgently find another hotel nearby for the night. Very disappointing experience. I will not stay there again.

A spacious place for family of 5 with a nice view. Kind of not suitable for families with children. Other than that, all are good and I love the surroundings. Facilities are all very nice.
