Really unexpected location. It is too far from Munnar. Actually it is a home stay and there is no shop nearby. In the homestay itself, there is no food at all. You will have to go around 3 to 4 kilometres for food or any basic things. Not worth for money😏. Room size is also so small and queen bed only. Not enough for 4 members.

It was difficult to find, as google maps has wrong directions. The pillows were to hard for me. As there were 4 pillows it would be nice is they were two different softness. It wasn’t bery clean in the bathroom (it looks as if they had now time to finish the cleaning. No breakfast.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025We really liked the location. Convenient, yet off the main road. You can easily take a public bus or riksha. The room was clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful in all the ways possible. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! On the roof top with a beautiful panoramic view! I definitely recommend staying here!

Reviewed Dec 31, 2024Tea Elanza cancelled my confirmed booking on the day of checkin and made my family stranded around Munar for an alternate arrangement. Booked this property 10 days earlier and called them twice to confirm the booking. The manager confirmed my booking and on the day of checkin, they said there were no rooms available and they would arrange rooms in another property. The alternate rooms they arranged were not good and a substandard one. They seemed to have sold my booking to someone else for a higher price and put me stranded. Very bad experience with Tea elanza. Please be careful when booking rooms in this property.
