Lovely stay with heated pool was amazing and cafés in the property is nice. Chocolate factory next to the stay makes the location nice.

Reception in nice and they are very good people Breakfast options is poor beds not comfortable but there is a good restaurant (underground) delicious food

My wife was unwell, and the staff arranged a car to take us to a nearby clinic. The staff is professional and kind. Will be recommending the hotel to all family and friends.

We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. Arya was invaluable in making recommendations for us, answering our questions, and was a kind, gracious host! Mr. Mount was excellent driver and a true gentleman! We look forward to our next stay!

The BEST hotel experience I have ever had!!!! The staff is professional, accomodating and friendly. Every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean. The spa was a fantastic experience with kind, knowledgeable staff. The infinity pool was clean with a luxurious ambience. The food was good with many choices. The Concierge, Aryi, was Outstanding!! She coordinated day trips for me, paying attention to every detail to make my experience memorable. This stay was more than Exceptional!!!

Stayed with family for two nights. One of the best experiences I have had with hotel stays in Kerala. Clean property with very attentive staff. The restaurants on-site serve top-notch menus. We enjoyed eating at Desi Aromas. Staff dedication deserves praise. I am very particular about hotel stays especially when traveling with children. This hotel is a gem in every sense. Our room was comfortable, clean and we woke to the most wonderful view every morning. Room service was prompt on any request. There was so much choice for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian for both breakfast and evening meals, served by attentive staff. Abong our regular waiter in the evening was both charming and delightful. All in all we both had a wonderful stay at The Panoramic Getaway and would recommend to our family and friends.

Perfect getaway in Munnar with an amazing pool view and excellent facilities. Probably one of the best places to stay here, if not the best. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean.

My husband and I stayed at The Panoramic Getaway from 22 to 24th August 2023. We chose to stay at the Pavilion Suite. The experience was phenomenal. There are 2 restaurants and a cafe, a spa, there are two heated swimming pools for everyone who stay there. With the Pavilion Suite you will have a private pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a bathtub. The staff were professional and welcoming. They always had a smile and accommodated all the requests we had. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we have tried. The rooms were nice and spacious, with balconies over looking the hills. The pool area was so nice, wish we had time to use the pool as it was heated

We stayed in the property for one night, the location is easily accessible and it’s on Munnar bypass , it is also very close to the Anachal town. It has 2 swimming pools , both of them are heated ones which is highly essential. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. We opted for buffet dinner and breakfast which was good. The infinity pool was awesome and the sunset view from the pool was mind blowing.

Great hotel. Staff were excellent. We loved the balcony rooms with a view and the infinity pool was heated and great view. Hope they can get their alcohol license soon as they haves great restaurant / bar set up with their Underground Restaurant.

I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The climate was not great but the overall experience in terms of the facility and the food was great. The staff and the chef deserves special appreciation for their care and for bringing the best to the table.

One of the best resorts with world class amenities. All the rooms have a breath taking view. I'm awed by the cleanliness, hi-tech amenities and attention to detail of this property. One can just stay at the resort and not go out and still have a great time. A well maintained heated swimming pool, great food, beautiful spa , hygienic property with great aesthetics and attention to detail, overall a great experienced. We booked this hotel as a 1st of 4 for traveling Kerala. After visiting India previously with varying hotel experiences, I was particular about which hotels we chose & opted for 5 star only. I was concerned on visiting the panoramic getaway that my recollection of fantastic Indian hotels was either affected by ‘rose-tinted glasses’ or that the Keralan hotels did not match their Rajasthan counterparts because I was a tad disappointed with our stay: Positives - Beautiful rooms with a fantastic view. Lovely bathrooms, amazing shower. - Stunning infinity pool & surrounding area - Attentive, friendly staff Negatives -the ‘at one with nature’ vibe is blemished by birds in tiny cages and fish in a small pool with just enough water to swim positioned next to the restaurant. I actually found this quite upsetting to be honest. - the breakfast was ok - my boyfriend liked the ‘buffet style breakfast’ but for me I struggled to find anything I wanted to eat (despite loving curry for breakfast¬ a fussy eater) - everything lacked finess. It all looked quite sloppy or unappealing. Anaemic sausages, curry with little in them other than sauce and only fried accompaniments, sickly sweet juices or pasta salad?! The eggs to order were OK and baked beans but these were only available 1 day. - Children’s play area next to the outdoor dining area affected the ‘couples retreat’ holiday we were after - restaurant overpriced -better food 800m down the road (and 10th of the price!)

Absolutely breathtaking views, and a very comfortable stay (the rooms were very nice) The staff were very helpful in arranging the day trips. Really enjoyed both the family pool and the infinity pool, and the ayurvedic spa treatment. The food in the restaurants was also excellent. Nothing bad to say about Panoramic Getaway! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel was by far one of our best experiences in India! The view was breaktaking from every part of the hotel. They had a variety of food at the two restaurants. A huge plus was the adult only heated pool where we spent most of our time, and the view while sitting in the pool was spectacular! A huge thank you for the kind staff who were exceptional in helping us make our stay truly memorable!

Just go there and stay see the heaven

We checked into the hotel last week and from all my previous experiences, only the person who booked the hotel had to provide ID in order to check in for all the rooms that have been booked. However, the hotel staff at Panoramic Gateway informed me that I have to provide passports for all the guests which only half had passports at that time and the other half had their passports at home. I know this was due to the hotel policy they had but the managing staff especially the manager, Galvin, was pretty poor at handling the situation. Usually managers do their role to keep the situation under control but instead he made it worse by saying the following "if you don't provide your passports for all guests then there is no room for you guys". I thought this was such a disrespect and unprofessional considering this is coming from a manager. Ironically, the reception desk acted more professionally but Galvin just made that statement and he walked away. We were able to sort out identification issue even though we checked in so late in the day. Anyways, I am going to stay away from this hotel for my future visits at Munnar. I am a seasoned tourist and I will do my best not to recommend this place to my friends and family. Horrible experience experience from the management staff.

Good looking hotel, rooms large and well furnished, modern well equipped bathrooms. The main restaurant is good for breakfast only. The brightness of the lighting stops it from being an overly relaxing evening dining experience we preferred the more relaxed low lighting and music in the grill restaurant. They both have extensive menus and a varied selection to suit all tastes. The breakfast buffet was extensive and some items were prepared to order. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The infinity pool was very good and a great idea to keep it for adults only. We had an issue with our first Room 216, the extract from the grill kitchen makes the whole of that corridor very noisy and in particular the en-suite of Room 216 as the sound comes through the vent very loudly. We complained and they assured us it would go off at 10pm, this was not acceptable as even with the bathroom door shut the bedroom was noisy. We moved to a room on the other side of the hotel the next day after penning a letter to the owner. The rest of our stay was very enjoyable. Unless you are prepared to drive a reasonable distance to other restaurants or hotels you are obliged to eat in, there is not much else close by to this hotel. Having said that all the meals we had were very enjoyable but be prepared for a reasonably long wait, or pre-order!

Lovely place to stay, good and helpful staff, fast internet, good breakfast and dinner with good choices, rooms very clean, very modern set up, bed comfortable, with soft pillows. Good view of the hills and mountains. Try to avoid rooms 101 and 102 as the noise of the extractor fans in the morning and evenings will drive you crazy.

Great hotel in Munnar!!! I am always skeptical about the quality of hotels in India - that too in a small town like Munnar. I was extremely (positively) surprised by this hotel. The hotel furnishing and quality is top class - like you would expect anywhere in Europe. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The service was fabulous. The view of mountains from the room was very serene and relaxing. The pools are nice - the Infinity pool is very good, although I found the Family pool to be the better one. The hotel is quite pricey though. So if you can afford a bit pricey hotel, go for this - the property quality, ambience and the service is absolutely top class

Lovely, clean hotel with a heated infinity pool on the roof overlooking the valleys between the hills. Staff were excellent, the food in the restaurants was great and the views fantastic. Would definitely stay again if heading back to the area.

Very modern rooms and amenities that are well maintained, but do not expect to get a feel of Kerala's culture in this hotel. We stayed there during Onam and did not find any special food or celebrations. It clearly lacks the Kerala culture or local experience that we experienced at other hotels in Kerala.

Calm and quiet surroundings, 24-hour help desk, great food. On the whole it was enjoyable. Felt pampered

hotel staffs specially the staff at family swimming pool area was very helpful by taking care of my kids so that we have enjoyed swimming without hassle.. few steps which hotel management has to look after is 1/ need to renovate the main entrance of hotel so that everyone can exit and entrance easily.. 2/ need to fix USB charging option since majority of mobile phones are USB enabled charging .. as temporary option hotel can keep extra adaptor which you don't have when I asked to receptionist 3/ on 4 th floor near to activity room ,spot light on garden has to either removed from postion or covered with cushion material .. my leg fingers has blooded due to strip at hard metal..already shown to your staff on duty .. Apart from this it was a pleasant stay at panoramic

The hotel location is perfect. Food is very good a bit expensive but worth the taste. The only problem I had was constant rain due to rainy season.

Hardly a 5 star property. Built on a narrow strip of land. Except for room nothing much at the hotel. Tiny balconies nit worth even standing there. Uncouth and untrained staff. Lobby level Restaurant had a stinking smell on two occasions we visited. Reserved based on ratings which are completely misleading. Checked out in one night though we were to stay three nights.

Really enjoyed our stay there. The view on the roof with the infinity pool are just breath taking. Rooms in great condition - would hand the lights control board as it is slightly over complicated. Stuff really helpful and friendly
