Unfortunately, I missed breakfast due to an early flight.

A set of cutlery and mugs for the appropriate number of people in the room. I’ll be honest: you should lower the beds. They are far too high—shortening the bed legs would do the trick. The rest is fine.

Close to the airport, slightly tucked away so can't hear traffic, staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and welcoming, plenty of hot water. There is also a bar and restaurant close by and was open late. Thank you, I will be visiting again.

Fui muito bem tratada lá. Atendida em todas solicitações com gentileza e cordialidade. Robert é um excelente gerente. Ótima localização, e o WIFI funciona, gratuitamente. Pretendo voltar e ficar hospedada lá.

La habitación tenía todo y en buenas condiciones contaba con microondas cafetera hervidor de agua aire acondicionado toallas limpias y frescas, más que recomendado por la ubicación se llega caminando super fácil al aeropuerto lo recomiendo

Everything was great and the host Mr Gordon was very kind helpful and always trying to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Room is spacious with a small kitchenette equipped with pots, plates, utensils, kettle. Good location. Close to the town and food establishments. Fridge and microwave. Coffee, tea and water provided.

No towels are provided. I understand it's a guest house but at least one towel can be provided. Most persons don't usually travel with towel.

Clean and spacious room with a/c and balcony. Very comfortable beds. Microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, plates und cutlery. Nice host. About 20 min walk to the beach. Stayed there for one night, nothing to complain.

Ridgeway Guesthouse si trova a 500 mt in linea d'aria dall'aeroporto. Ottimo se si ha necessità di pernottare all'arrivo o prima della partenza dall'aeroporto. Tuttavia, bisogna prendere un taxi, in quanto a piedi con i bagagli, il percorso stradale, anche se è breve, circa 1 miglio, è parte in salita lungo una strada di grande traffico, senza marciapiedi o attraversamenti pedonali comodi. Mr. Robert che gestisce la struttura è stato gentilissimo, per il check-in che e per il check out e ci ha offerto il servizio di deposito bagagli per qualche ora, senza chiederci un corrispettivo. Se tornerò a Montego Bazy, sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo in questa Guesthouse.

The hotel is within walking distance of the airport. A great option for those who, for example, have a late arrival and need to stay for a short period. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked everything.

Se escuchan algunos sonidos del alrededor.

Perfecto para estadias cortas y muy cerca del aeropuerto (10mins caminando). Muy limpio y muy amplio el cuarto y el baño, muy completo con mini cocineta, refrigerador, micro, cafetera, tetera, agua de cortesia, aire acondicionado, estacionamiento.

No hay mucho a los alrededores, solo un restaurant-bar muy obscuro con mini-tienda en el edificio de un lado.

I liked that the location was quiet and accessible. The room was clean and spacious.

Tuvimos 2 estadias, en la 1a todo estuvo mejor, nos dejaron agua, el baño y ducha estaban bien, pero en la 2a estadia el baño estaba sucio, en la ducha no salia agua y habia solo 1 toalla para dos. Esta cerca del aeropuerto.

El edificio esta en un lugar desordenado, detras de un edificio y adelante de la entrada hay arriendo de autos. Los artefactos electricos estaban todos enchufados a un solo alargador quedando muy estirado pudiendo ser peligroso. No hay comercio cerca, solo un bar restaurante chico con oferta limitada.

Property is located in a really bad neighborhood, I didn’t feel safe.

It was very close to the airport which I needed without it being noisy. Robert the manager picked me up and was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was rudimental but very clean. Wifi worked well. There was a terrace.

The bed in my room. was very high. I was wondering why(?) No lamp on night stand so I had to get up to go turn the light off and navigate in the dark to get back into bed.

The attentiveness of the staff and there flexibility to schedule changes. Also response to query's was on point. Great Customer service starting from the leadership. (Robert)

The location is very convenient and a perfect balance between the town and ironshore. Also a good stopover point to the airport.

It’s very convenient to the airport like literally across from it. I like the privacy and I feel safe. Everyone I came across that works there was friendly and service there was good.

I just had to find it that about it. ( you have to look in the back than you will see it) Now that I know where it is I’ll come there again because it was easy.

The minor complaints were addressed immediately and efficiently.

Facilities were 90% ready at check-in.

For the rate offered, my stay here was above average. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and I especially appreciated the power outlets made available. Robert was very responsive and helpful from the moment I arrived. I’m definitely staying here again in the near future.

Breakfast was not included. Facilities were a little old and could be better cleaned, but we only needed somewhere to stay for the night so in that vein it was ok. The host was pleasant. The place was quiet. No disturbance. A quiet place if you want to hideaway for a few hours or days.

The location is a little cumbersome to find and the area surrounding the guest house is not attractive. If its just for a night then its ok but for longer stay I wouldn't return

Very spacious room. Right across from the airport so you can walk there in 5 min.

Was a little hard to find but once we figured out that is was next to the University of the West Indies campus it was straight forward.

This property was very nice to stay at the manager was super friendly and convenient location to the airport.

Great location for airport. You can walk there if you have light luggage. Perfect for night after landing or before take off. Close to KFC, car rental and great central location. Manager was welcoming ànd friendly. Parking included. Large room, safe location

The beds were not to comfortable for us but if my mother would have came she would love the mattress (so it’s just my opinion) The shower pressure was very low and to get hot water we had to run the bottom water for awhile and wait to pull the shower and n for hot water to come out

I stayed the second time there. Friendly and helpful manager, spacious room, microwave and fridge in the room, short walk to the airport, excellent wifi. Thank you Robert for everything.
