Water is not provided for free, and staff were rude.

For business it's very nice location

If you reach late night you won't get anything to eat nearby. Breakfast is not good.

I only booked for two days. The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was served to our rooms which was good. There was an onsite restaurant where you could order food to your room too. Good internet connections. Overall a pleasant stay.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من منطقة البلد والأسواق التاريخية. كما أشكر موظف الاستقبال، الأخ أحمد المصري، على حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي.

كانت شبكة الواي فاي داخل الغرفة ضعيفة وغير مستقرة، كما أن الإفطار كان متكررًا يوميًا.

The hotel is well located in Al Balad Old Town. Easy to walk to the historical sites and museums. I didn't have a car, so it was very conveniently located for using the local Jeddah bus [less than 10 minutes away from central bus station). The hotel wasn't fancy but very serviceable and practical. It was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly with serviceable English. I world recommend to a friend with my needs.

It's not a luxury hotel by any mean's. In a sort of commercial area. Safe but not "pictureswue." I was served the exact range breakfast (scrambled eggs, salad, pita, etc.) two days in a row. No restaurant.

The hotel itself is very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was good enough with a reasonable selection. However, there are a few things future guests should know. Be sure to ask the reception about parking. The parking area outside the hotel belongs to the municipality, not the hotel. It is free from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but after that it becomes paid parking. You must pay before parking your car; otherwise, you may receive a parking fine. I was also surprised that the hotel asked to see my visa during check-in. This was the first time any hotel in Jeddah—or any hotel I have stayed at—had requested my visa. In addition, requiring a security deposit at check-in was unexpected. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but these policies should be explained clearly to guests in advance.

فندق لحظات / البلد : الموقع حي البلد ، فندق صغير وأنيق ومرتب ، الغرفة ودورة المياه نظيفة ومريحة ، التكييف اسبيلت ، السرير مريح جدا ، عندهم فطور متواضع يقدمونه بالغرفة عند الطلب .

لا يوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق لذا يجب عليك دفع رسوم أربع ريالات وستين هللة لكل ساعة في الوقت من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى الحادية عشر ليلا ، أما من الحادية عشر ليلا إلى الثامنة صباحا فهي مجانية .

المواقف غير مجانية فقط

The property was soo clean, staff soo friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room. Location wise, walking distance from Al balad market place, main road, easy taxi access.

Location was perfect for my visit to Al Balad, Old Town. The surrounding area is in the middle of working class neighborhood with lots of immigrant workers and visiting travelers so if your looking for beautiful surroundings or a solo western female traveler maybe not the area for you and might be a little off putting as its mainly men and the external streets are extremely dirty HOWEVER having said that EVERYONE I met or spoke to were so friendly and so nice. The hotel staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you, so very helpful and polite and kind. As I was filming for my Youtube channel @palmacadventures in and around the Al Balad region the hotel was a perfect location for me and at an extremely good price. Thanks ever so much to all the hotel staff, my stay was really perfect

The external street area was extremely dirty however it was set in and around a shopping district, a typical market area you come accross in the ME or Africa Bit far away from the Airport

Just a few minutes walk to Al Balad. The one saving grace for finding good food is actually just on the main streets where all the Bangladeshi and Indians eat.

Staff weren't friendly. Its like they dont enjoy their life at all. Literally just enough toilet paper to last 3 nights. Not enough for my 4th day. The windows are so tainted and dark, it was hard to see the real colors of the outside. The room is so hot, i dont sleep with any sheets on and still woke up at least twice a night and have to turn the aircon on. The guests often called my room to ask for breakfast to be delivered. Its not a good system they have at the hotel as every one must ring a number to have breakfast sent to their room. The number they must call is very close to my room number. So I got calls a few times from guests in other rooms.

Location, you can visit all old Jeddah by foot. The rooms are big and very clean. The mattresses are hard which I love it. The staff is very nice
