Edinburgh full house

La propreté, le petit déjeuner étaient tops ! Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins et très gentil. Les chambres sont confortables et l’arrêt de bus qui mène au centre ville est juste à côté.

Haben eine Nacht dort geschlafen. Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Bett hat gepasst, wenn auch ein bisschen durchgelegen. Der Bus fährt quasi gleich vor der Haustür.

Room size. Paper thin walls so you could hear everything from neighbours. No room to move around bed. Broken furniture. Nowhere to put luggage. Towels inadequate. Never saw a single member of staff

Das Zimmer ist war eine Katastrophe, dreckig, es lagen überall Haare und Dreckkrümmel herum, es gab keinen Schrank, keine Ablage für Kleidung und Koffer. Auch ist der Zugang mit dem Auto äußerst schwierig, sehr eng, von der stark befahrenen Queensferry Road, auch beim herausfahren. Das Büfett ist billig, z. B. eine Margarine wo jeder mit seinem benutzen Besteck hinein langt. Zig selbst gedruckte laminierte Hinweisschilder kleben massenweise an den Wänden. Also selbst für eine Nacht ist die Unterkunft eine Zumutung.

ottima posizione sia per raggiungere l’aeroporto, sia per il centro città in quanto proprio di fronte si trova la fermata del bus. comodo il parcheggio interno.

A nice apartment, cozy, clean, and situated in a good location(if you want something close to the airport, only 8 minutes by car).

The noise of cars coming from the street might be an issue for some people, since the apartment is situated on the main street.

Hard place to park. Rooms are small.

Bis stopt bij voor de deur met directe lijn naar de binnenstad. Auto kan achter het hek staan, erg fijn. Ontbijt is niet overdadig, maar bevat alles voor een goede start en vers fruit. Tesco zit om de hoek en Lidl 20 minuten lopen. Fijne bedden ook.

Misschien bewuste keuze, maar amper personeel gezien. Alles gaat met een code. Vonden wij niet erg, maar mocht je 'gezelligheid' zoeken, dan is dit hotel misschien niet je keuze.

Die Nähe zur Stadt, relativ sauber

Kein Englisch sprechendes Personal vor Ort, seltsame Gäste am Abend (Arbeitsverträge?), welches vom Personal bekocht wurde, Frühstück nur passabel - nichts frisches, Marmelade in wertige Marken-Gläser umgefüllt, Garten (auf Bildern besonders gezeigt) mit Kunstrasen ausgelegt, insgesamt wirkte es windig, wenig seriös

Usate la Lothian ha Bus a tutti i minuti che portano dentro e fuori dalla città con biglietti family. Pulizia ok, camere ok, letti comodi e forse migliorerei la colazione ma rimane comunque ben fornita e varie

Great. It was a house at one time and now feels almost like a dorm style housing. But it was clean and had free parking attached. I didn't even see staff which was just fine with me. I got into my room with a keypad. The whole place was no frills but well maintained, clean, quiet and had plenty of room to move and great wifi. Loved it. If I hadn't had a car, though, I probably would not have stayed there. But really the price was seemingly 2/3rd of other places in Edinburgh so I was willing to stay outside.

It was great for us.

It was a convenient location for us. Bus stop just outside, easy to get in and out of building, clean and comfortable.

Lack of hand towels. Lower floor so did get a bit noisy with footsteps from upper rooms especially early morning.

Location was within easy reach of the Airport/Showgrounds and easy connection to the city with buses (normal and express lines). Bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing was very good considering the proximity to a main road.

The breakfast was OK but it could have been better. There weren't any hot food options (i.e. scrambled eggs, sausage) and only a small selection of cold cuts/fruit etc. It wasn't really enough for us so we had to go elsewhere. We did appreciate the gluten-free bread provided on request though. We couldn't find cable channels on the TV. We settled on a streaming app but some instructions would have been helpful. There were many instructional signs around the room which wasn't very welcoming (a booklet or pamphlet would be more discreet).

We liked how it was very easy to check in. We enjoyed the location not far from the airport (3.5 mi.) and that we could walk to Crannod Beach for our last afternoon and evening in Scotland. We had to leave very early for our flight home so we didn't have the breakfast. There were four of us traveling together - grandmother, daughter, and two grandchildren. It can be challenging for us to find a room together for four so this was a good find.

La sala colazione e la colazione da dimenticare. Non é semplice identificare la casa raggiungendola con l'auto perché si trova su una strada a 4 corsie molto trafficata

Arrivando dall’aeroporto e dovendoci fermare lì solo per una notte di passaggio e’ stata comoda perché dista meno di 15 minuti dall’aeroporto. La colazione era ricca

La stanza era molto piccola e quando siamo arrivati non abbiamo trovato parcheggio davanti all’hotel ma abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’auto in una strada vicina

La habitación es amplia, tenía todo lo necesario, el baño completo, con ducha espaciosa, la ubicación perfecta para ir al aeropuerto

Al ser un alojamiento que está cerca del aeropuerto, mucha entrada y salida de gente que llega tarde o se va pronto a coger un avión, por lo que durante toda la noche hay trasiego de gente, pero es entendible ya que creo que todos usamos este alojamiento con el mismo fin.

This hotel is an automatic one, i.e. you don’t see owners: you enter with a code and have breakfast by yourself. I think that 198 £ each night for this non-service is disrespectful for the guest, since the owner is making a lot of profit without even interacting with the guests. In my 3-week journey trough Scotland I met many guesthouse owners who welcomed me and spent some little recommending places and giving advices on what to see and do Breakfast was not good as it was unmonitored: industrial yogurts, cereals, automatic coffee machine, bread.

The location was perfect to explore city centre

No closet provided for guests to leave their clothes in so had to leave them in the luggage. Also I founds bugs and a very big spider on the bedroom window crawling towards bed.

Unser Zimmer im 1. Stock in Richtung Garten war für die Lage des Hauses an einer Edinburgher Ausfallstrasse relativ ruhig. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr war für die Stadtbesichtigungen hervorragend.

Für uns war frisch angekommen in Edinburgh und den Mietwagen noch ungewohnt es schwierig die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück aus der richtigen Richtung so anzufahren, dass wir links abbiegen durch die relativ schmale Einfahrt finden konnten. Wir hätten den Stadtplan genauer studieren sollen.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Edinburgh Full House per 2 notti, dal 12 al 14 agosto, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza alle fermate degli autobus per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Edimburgo. La stanza era buona, pulita e confortevole, e anche la colazione è stata piacevole. L’unico piccolo inconveniente è che non è possibile lasciare i bagagli in struttura l’ultimo giorno dopo il check-out, cosa che sarebbe sicuramente comoda per chi ha il volo o il treno più tardi. Nel complesso, però, è stata un’esperienza positiva e consigliamo la struttura per un soggiorno a Edimburgo!

DIe Unterkunft ist super gelegen, wunderschön und mit tollem Frühstück und Frühstücksraum. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsreich. Abdolut und unbedingt źu empfehlen.

La struttura è molto vicina alla fermata del bus per andare in centro. Le stanze sono piccole e non molto pulite, ma c’è tutto il necessario per rimanere qualche notte e visitare la città di Edimburgo.

Handig zou zijn geweest om een plek oid voor de koffer en bagage kwijt te kunnen. Een schap op de badkamer voor de toiletspullen. Zijn tips maar kamer was prima!

Very friendly and forthcoming staff! Good price at a decent location with good public transport connection into Edinburgh. Breakfast included was a nice bonus for us!

The house is very well managed and the free breakfast is very good. Check-in was easy. Very clean, excellent Wi-Fi. Very close to the city center by both car and public transportation.

Das Zimmer war wesentlich kleiner als angegeben. Der Frühstücksraum war lieblos und das Personal quasi nicht sichtbar. Das Frühstück war von mässiger Qualität.

Posizione appena fuori dal centro ma ottima. Per raggiungere il centro di Edimburgo l’autobus passa proprio davanti a casa e arriva direttamente in centro in 15 minuti. Vicinissimo anche all’aeroporto. Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno della struttura. C’è possibilità anche di riscaldare/cucinare pasti veloci. Self check in molto comodo. Ho trovato tutto pulito.
