Budget room was smaller room but had all the essentials. Spring mattress, air cooler, large windows. Minimalist but practical.

For the price we got more than what we expected.

Room was not cleaned, bathroom was too much dirty, lights are not working, garbage bag was not removed from dustbin. Overall very bad hotel. In the booking check in time is 12 noon but when you contact reception they told me check in after 5 pm. They gave me very dirty room. They didn't clean room even they didn't change bed sheet, they didn't clean bathroom also. Big problem is that there is no water in the bathroom. This is very bad hotel in the kathmandu. I want to tell everyone don't visit in this hotel.

It was such a nice place and the staffs were friendly, the place smelled nice and the beds were comfortable, such good service for such cheap price is really surprising, 10/10 my experience

Why bother to label the price if you're going to ask for double at the front desk? I booked a room for 1 night stay, at the booking.com price but when my guest went to check in they blatantly asked for double the price on the website. The owner said and I quote "I should've assumed the why the price was so low, because its for the people for 'manpower'." Its not my job to assume and guess why you have kept your price lower, is it??? I saw the price, liked the room and booked for my guest. Need less to say my guest was troubled and it made the trip very uncomfortable. They didn't bother to say sorry after the inconvenience.

Owner is very helpful, despite me reaching late he arranged a double bed room in nearby hotel with no extra cost. Even arranged washroom for me, when there was some issue in bathroom. Highly recommend for anyone staying near Pashupatinath in budget

Price is very budget friendly. Room is clean and no bed bugs. Staffs are down to earth and nice.

Nothing to dislike. I have paid 1600 for worst room then this. Room is slightly smaller than normal room but enough for comfortable stay.

While reaching at the property, the receptionist said the hotel is fully occupied and didn't gave me a room.its poor management

For the price this is so nice. I could complain if I was paying.

After a long travel I reached the property only to find it shut, having informed prior about my late arrival I was sent off rudely by the person in charge saying the rooms were full already and that I need to look elsewhere, it was not a pleasant experience at all given the phone number provided was also not received, I was stranded out of no where and this is the first time I am writing a negative review about any property. I requested the boy in charge to reconfirm with the owner but he simply denied stating I should rather not waste my time and look elsewhere, please be careful if you are planning to visit and I suggest not to reach the property after 10PM as it has no signboards and being left in the night with no solution is not a good travel experience. Please improve!

The hotel is clean and in great location. The owner of the hotel is a very humble and generous person. Down to earth and polite and kind. He helped me planning my trip as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got mine room upgraded after the dispute that was a good part.

This was the first time I had a proper dispute with the owner of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were super lazy and barely moved to even show the room.

The manager, his efforts to make you understand what he is offering for the price. The only good thing of this property is the manager . He arranged and managed our stay saving it from being a disaster

Most of it. Sadly. Budget room booked has no attached bathroom. You get decent rooms for 850NPR but here no. Paid extra for a room with bathroom, which has no lock no walls. Has glass window covered with curtains on the terrace. The terrace door wasn't closing, wind seeping through it. Then a different room was arranged after requesting change, thankfully. Heater and bed warmers were also given which saved us through the night of 5°C.

The staff was very helpful and well behaved, the room was big at this price. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

Only the problem was getting hot water for bath. The hot water come after 10 AM but we have to get ready by then and leave the hotel. But they provided us big electric kettle to warm the water so it was manageable.

Hotel Ryan is best in all thing money,cleanness,hospitality etc

I booked the room online and also called the hotel to confirm the booking. I told him I will be there between 12-1pm. When I reached there at 1pm the hotel said they already gave my room to another person because I was late. They said they tried to call me but I did no receive the call. When I checked they were dailing wrong phone number. They took me to another hotel nearby they chsrged me more money and also the hotel was in very bad condition.

I stayed for 1 week, The room was big, very clean and private. The staff and manager were really kind and provided all the needs. It’s 3 km from center but for me it was worth it. Really enjoyed my stay, highly recommended 🙏🏼

Need to improve a lot of things

Price anushar ko ekdam ramro cha, room clean thiyo, bed ni comfort lagyo ani sabai vanda mitho khana 😋.

Rooms were clean and seems newly painted. A fan came as default in a budget room. There was even a gaming pc in this room which we used for watching movies.

Not much. We would have spent at least double for same experience at other venues. This is value for money.

Hot water in tap and showers are must looking to the cold climate of Kathmandu. However they managed to provide hot water.
