Decent apartment to stay but feel prices are slightly high

تعامل موظف الاستقبال ابو داود رجل فاضل ومحترم وكما قرأت في التعليقات ورأيت بنفسي فتعتبر هذه الشقق افضل المتاح في المنطقة .

موقعه غير واضح . في منطقة مطاعم شعبية غير مريحة . مرتبة السرير انت تنام على قطعةً من الحجر 😬 مؤلمة جداً ولا يمكن ان تنعم بنوم .

The apartment was wide and clean I like the location near the restaurants, market and other services.

The view of my room was not good The bathroom and kitchen accessories are provided upon request. I suggest providing carpet at least in the living room. And checking if need any maintenance because there was leaking in the toilet.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

Wasn’t very clean especially the sofas and was overpriced according to the facility

I booked through booking.com and when reached at hotel with small baby,they said rooms r fully booked,there was no language understanding.They send me another location and once I reached there the hotel guy told me this is also full so I was shocked how to get room with baby because I reached at evening time.i hv very bad experience if anyone booking through booking.com beware and confirm first before reaching to avoid value of time

Cooperation

Overall great experience and highly recommend if you’re in Salalah on a budget. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and the hot water was refreshing after a long day walking around Salalah. The employees as the front desk were quite friendly, helpful, and polite.

My wife noticed a hair that wasn’t one of ours on the bedsheet, and the wardrobe in the room smelled quite bad.

Was clean and spacious and it was a good location close to Al Huda Mosque and close to many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very polite and the prices were very affordable especially during khareef- mosoon season which is a very busy time and is peak season there. I highly recommend and especially for families.

Mohammad was very accommodating. He was able to provide additional beds on request and a few places to see and visit.

There's an inadequate employee at the reception who doesn't know how to use a phone and knocks on the door in the middle of the night. He disrespects the guests and talks arrogantly. Greatly spoils the impression of the hotel

The room was clean. There was good WiFi and plenty of parking in front of the building and to the side of it. There was a fridge in the room and even a washing machine in the bathroom as well as a service for drying laundry. The owner came very quickly after I telephoned him on my arrival and made it known I could always contact him on WhatsApp.

The room was right at the entrance to the building, meaning that people chatted as they went in and out So, it was not the most quiet location for the room. On the whole, there was nothing much to dislike.

EVERYTHING! I chose this place because the reviews were high on its cleanliness (Cleanliness is my top need). However; when I arrived there; I found no-one on reception, and when I called the number on the door, the Egyptian guy said: (Sorry the place is full!) I said: (I have a confirmed booking through booking.com). He said: (I will offer you a 3-bedroom apartment in a nearby area). I said: (I don't want that, and I don't need a 3-bedroom apartment; it is just me and my wife!). He said:(a guest decided to extend his stay, so there's nothing I can do to help you!!). My wife was suspicious and afraid; but I had to accept because it was after midnight and we had a very long flight to Salalah. Still when we arrived to the new place no one was there to welcome us except a Bengali bellboy who took our suitcases to the apartment, and took the rent money, and that's it. When i choose Booking.com to book a confirmed stay; the least I expect is to be able to stay where I booked!, not to be shifted to another place no matter what!!

We went on a road trip to salalah and decided to pick a hotel/room once we cross the border. The first night we stayed another property which was a disaster. then seeing reviews we booked this property. Like everyone else both Mohammed's were excellent and helpful. The rooms were clean and all amenities were clean and in working condition. I would for sure recommend them to anyone going to Salalah.

the only thing i didnt appreciate is they telling me there is no availability even though they had rooms so i could book directly with them. there is nothing in this hotel apartment that you wont like.

apartment was nicely cleaned and almost new. spacous washroom very well designed bedroom with cool furniture.

there was no microwave oven in the kitchen, iron was provided on demand.

Spacious room with all facilities available.

Everything was amazed specially the staff.
