Extrêmement bruyant donnant sur l'autoroute. Pas d'eau potable, ni café, ni sel poivre. Pas de resto ou Carrefour à proximité. Peu de pression dans la douche.

Un po' caro il trasporto dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 1200 metri, anche se era un orario notturno.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026L'appartamento é funzionale per gli arrivi a tarda notte o per le partenze la mattina presto in aeroporto, dal momento che dista 10 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto. É grande e fornito di un parcheggio per l'auto.
É sprovvisto di prodotti da bagno, quindi é necessario averli con sé. É posizionato su un via molto trafficata e, avendo le finestre sottili, si sono sentiti tutti i rumori della strada fino a tarda notte. Detto questo, considerando anche il prezzo, va bene per una notte nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto.

Absence d’isolation : courants d’airs + nuisances sonores importantes durant toute la nuit en raison du simple vitrage Absence de produit d’hygiène (gel douche) Lit pas termine à notre arrivée : nous avons du mettre le drap housse nous meme, et n’avons pas trouvé la housse de couette. Nous avons donc mis un drap sous la couette.

Okna na ulicę - dość głośno, ale dzięki temu czuje się atmosferę miasta.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026This apartment was close to the airport, a short taxi ride or a 25 minute walk, offered a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen and a large living room with a huge flat screen tv all at a reasonable price. What more could you want?
Well, despite all it offered, it was lacking in some unfortunately essential ways. For one, I had to request the directions and how to access the apartment and wait for the responses at 10pm at night when my flight got it. Despite this late arrival, the instructions weren't waiting for me and when I requested them on the booking site I received a cryptic Whatsapp message requesting to connect there and asking for my passport before sharing any details. There were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which would be difficult if you bring luggage. While the apartment looked good it wasn't particularly clean with hair, including pubic hair on the floor and nothing but a used bar of soap by the bathroom sink. The shower lacked body wash or shampoo, which I was later told isn't usually offered, but the host who only identified themselves in the WhatsApp chat as Y said they would offer for me. The bathroom also lacked toilet paper. A flat screen tv and decorative pillows are nice and all, but toilet paper and soap are essentials. The beds just had the fitted sheet, without a top sheet, so there would be nothing between you and this blanket that was resting on what might have been a clean fitted sheet before the blanket. I doubt the blankets were clean because I had the pleasure of being welcomed by the dry rack with laundry on it. This in someways highlighted that they did do laundry and that the pillow cases, towels and fitted sheets that would replace mine were clean, but the blankets likely weren't. The worst part was that when I asked about the toilet paper and shampoo, the host sent a man to the apartment with supplies after midnight knowing I was a woman alone. This person knocked and wanted to hand it to me rather than just leaving the items and when I didn't answer, took the shampoo and toilet paper and left. This was the worst stay I've had in any country.

The area was definitely somewhere I would not want to be staying in for any length of time, getting out of the taxi we were welcomed by the sight and smell of a dead rotting dog and cat. The area itself was not the nicest

Le seul bémol était que nous avions à faire nous même le lit car les draps de la réservation avant la nôtre n’avaient pas eu le temps de sécher, et personne ne nous avait rien dit. Mais ce n’était qu’exceptionnel je pense et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour faire le lit nous mêmes !!!

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Perfectly suitable for a one-night stay before or after a flight — or if you simply don’t feel like staying in the madness of the Medina. Everything you need is provided and the place works well for a short stopover.
In winter the room felt a bit cool, as the air conditioning didn’t heat it up enough, but there were plenty of blankets available, which helped. Unfortunately, the bed setup wasn’t what we requested: a double bed was prepared instead of the two single beds we had specifically asked for.

Celui-ci à annuler notre réservation a quelques heures de notre arrivée alors même que nous étions dans le train pour Marrakech. Celui-ci insistait pour qu’on lui envoie nos pièces d’identité à distance alors que c’est illégal et fortement déconseillé par booking. Désagréable et hautain, il n’a pas hésité une seconde à nous laisser sans solution d’hébergement. Heureusement que booking a été réactif. L’hôte a même été désagréable avec le service client de booking qui lui a confirmé que ce qu’il demandait était illégal et que les pièces d’identité étaient à présenter à l’arrivée et pas avant. L’hôte nous a traité de «Ahkmar » , nous a dit qu’on était des ignorants car après nous avoir dit qu’il annulait par téléphone nous attendions une annulation par mail de booking. Il voulait annuler par téléphone et pas sur booking pour récupérer l’argent pour l’hébergement sans nous recevoir. Et il n’hésite pas à nous bloquer sur WhatsApp quand on lui fait savoir ces manquements. Franchement, je ne recommande pas.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025L’appartement est très mal isolé. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas complètement, ce qui laissait passer l’air froid ainsi que tous les bruits extérieurs. On entendait les voitures comme si on était directement dans la rue, ce qui rendait le séjour peu agréable, surtout la nuit.

Toutes les fenêtres manques d’insonorisation, difficile de dormir avec le bruit du boulevard. Peut-être investir sur des fenêtres insonoriser et penser à mettre un rideaux électrique aussi sur le fenêtres du balcon chambre à coucher.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Vraiment bien 👍👍 Appartement très propre, linge de lit ok, serviette de toilette ok. Le sol les murs et les objets de décoration ont été choisis avec goût 😍. Gardien et caméra dans le bâtiment ce qui est sécurisant. Parking juste en bas du bâtiment, certe non fermé mais c'est une rue passante sans risque. La vue depuis la chambre parentale donne sur tout Marrakech ✌️(et sur la voiture juste en dessous 😉). Le wifi avec une tv aussi grande que l'un des murs du salon, avec toute la connexion au top, Amazon prime, Netflix, Googleplay, tout fonctionne très bien. Magasin à pied à 30m, idéal pour quelques courses d'appoint. Tout le nécessaire est présent pour se faire à manger, même si nous le l'avons pas utilisé car nous mangeons exclusivement à l'extérieur pendant les vacances. Je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation, rdv l'année prochaine 🙏

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025The apartment is big and spacious. Renovated and comfortable, and you can chill with some playlist on the TV while vibing with the city noises outside. The location is very close to the airport just 5 minutes with the car from it. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to catch an early flight ✈️ Also the host was kind enough to allow us to stay 2 more hours later than the checkout which was really helpful given than we had an issue with our flights. The apartment's windows don't have good soundproofing so given that the apartment is in front of a main road, light sleepers may find it difficult to relax. Also some basic amenities were missing like toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel.
