Buona struttura, letto comodo e spazi adeguati. Benissimo l'armadietto (portate un lucchetto) anche se sporco dai precedenti ospiti. Servizi igienici comodi ma necessitano un poco di pulizia in più. Cucina piccola ma comunque utile e buono spazio dedicato al relax e punto di appoggio per le proprie esigenze. Infine, personale simpatico, professionale e disponibile.

Qualche attenzione in più sulla pulizia dei vari ambienti.

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal. Es gibt einen Innenhof mitten in der Stadt.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im dritten Stock, der dritte Stock ist völlig veraltet und nicht schön, ich glaube die Stockwerke 1 und 2 sind besser, doch der dritte Stock ist die Katastrophe .

Realmente está muy muy sucio. Sobretodo los baños. Obviamente es un hostel barato, pero compartir baño y habitacion no justifica ese nivel de suciedad que parece de dias

The staff are very friendly, the place is clean, comfortable, good location, only a couple of min from the station coming from the airport. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Матрасы удобные, кровати со шторками, резетка у изголовья, шкафчики. Останавливалась в женской комнате.

Не хватала света в конце коридора. Чтобы ввести код в комнату - надо было использовать фонарик

Eu gostei de tudo, atendimento, localização, limpeza e conforto. Fui para passar uma noite somente, entretanto casou me tão boa impressão que regressarei.

Hostel conta com entrada da frente e dos quartos com código de acesso. Vc recebe o código do checkin e pode entrar facilmente na porta da frente ou do quarto a qualquer hora do dia (24hs). Recepcionista falam português, inglês, francês e espanhol. É possível alugar uma toalha de banho por 2 euros. Cozinha dispõe de 2 geladeiras, 1 microondas e uma sanduicheira. Dispõe de talheres, pratos e copos. NÃO TEM FOGÃO, existe um forno. Internet de alta velocidade e funciona em todo o hostel. Câmeras de segurança em todo o hostel. Banheiros dispõe de sabonete líquido grátis. Tem muitos banheiros em cada andar. Tem elevador e escada. Quarto conta com lockers bem grandes para guardar sua bagagem. Tem ar condicionado. As camas contam com cortinas que dá mais privacidade. Colchão e travesseiros bons. Tem áreas para fumantes e área para trabalho. A 30 segundos da estação de metro de Trindade. Pode se fazer quase tudo a pé.

The location is good and very close to the centrum. Lovely and friendly staff. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming lady. Good common area with Fridge, oven and microwave. Clean and well organised. I liked that the shower rooms for females are seperated from males.

The room was small for 4 beds (4 persons with their luggage).

Las instalaciones horribles y limpieza dudosa

Tullio è stato molto gentile e cordiale. La posizione ottima, con varie fermate degli autobus vicino. I letti erano ben strutturati, ognuno con la propria tenda per la privacy e non erano molto rumorosi al minimo movimento. Ogni letto ha la propria luce, l’attacco alla presa e due prese usb (una usbc). I bagni non erano pulitissimi però erano comunque meglio di molti altri posti. Ho dormito bene nonostante fosse un ostello, ma immagino che sia anche per le mie compagne di stanza molto silenziose e rispettose. In molti, compresa me, sono andati a dormire presto per iniziare presto il cammino

I bagni erano senza prese d’aria e in poco tempo con l’acqua che scorre diventavano molto caldi. La cucina non era molto pulita e c’erano anche piatti rimasti da lavare ma immagino sia colpa delle altre persone che hanno soggiornato

There were some weird guests , one of the them was a Belgium guy named Benjamín working for the AC and was super sketchy, weird and harass me , along with other Arab guests, but thanks for Tulio that took care of the situation

Ekstra doświadczenie. Pomimo tego, że bałem się iż ze względu na późny przyjazd nie uda mi sie zameldować to pracownik/właściciel wysłał kod do drzwi i pokoju. Nie było problemu - myślałem, że w tak nie dużych pokojach będzie bardzo gorąco, ale całe szczęście temperatura w pokoju była idealna do spania. Łazienki czyste, pokoje również.

Las instalaciones son peores y más antiguas de lo que aparecen en las fotos. Había mucha suciedad en los aseos y en la cocina. El ruido del patio interior.

Location is very good

Dirty, dirty, dirty... Dark spots on the curtians from bedbugs. I don't recommend. I'm afriad that I had took some home. Staff is nice. I don't recommend this place.

Good location, nice staff, clean bathrooms. It's possible to leave your luggage there after check-out. The beds were okay, great privacy due to the curtains!

Female toilet are so small that it's kind of hard to turn around in there, not great if you need to change your tampon. Beds not super clean.

L'emplacement, à proximité de la gare et le centre, tous se fait à pied Le personnel de la réception est à l'écoute, courtois et arrangeant . J'y ai passé deux nuit, rapport qualité/prix reste correct.

Cependant, il y a des points à améliorer : Les douches pour femmes ( l'aménagement et la propreté à revoir) Pour ceux les personnes sensibles au bruits extérieurs, ce n'est pas le bon endroit.

Не закрывается душ, туалет-не помню и было очень грязно на кухне и во дворе. В остальном все хорошо

Eu gostei da acomodação em si, a cama excelente.

Eu só não gostei a parte do cheiro do cigarro, mesmo o pessoal subindo para um local separado para fumar, mesmo assim o cheiro voltava, mas não chegava aos quarto só ao corredor que liga os quartos.

The staff were really nice, helpful and solved my problemsvery fast, the beds were confortable and the lockers to put your stuff were rather spacious. There's also a light in the beds so you can read or do whatever you want at night without turning on the big light and disturbing your room mates

The showers were really small and the water and no pressure. The room cleaners don't know which towels belong to the hostel so they took mine and I only got them back the day after

I really liked very nice staff! I liked the whole vibe, beaufitul terrace, interesting and beautiful bathrooms and bathroom doors. I liked the bed, very comfortable for me with a nice curtain to have privacy. The location perfect, near metro Trindade. You cannot want more and it is so cheap!!!

There were no place to hand for example your jacket or towel.

Localização excelente, fácil acesso. Fui atendido por um funcionário chamado Túlio que foi muito simpático, profissional e amigável. O elevador é um pouco devagar, porém nada grave. Espero retornar à Porto em breve e com certeza me hospedarei lá novamente!

Kamer was niet heel proper. De deur naar terras maakt veel lawaai bij openen en sluiten. Rond middernacht kwamen er nog 3 gasten bij op de kamer, ze maakten zeer veel lawaai, deden de grote lichten aan, rookten op terras( deuren maakten veel lawaai en de rook kwam binnen in de kamer), s morgens om 5 uur was er weer een van de gasten luidruchtig aan het bellen

Mi colchón era bueno, habitación de 6 pax. El recepcionista bien, hubo un malentendido al principio pero nada.

El personal nos esperó por que nuestro vuelo se habia demorado y llegaba fuera de hora del check in. Es inmejorable la ubicación y que no tienen inconvenientes en guardar los bolsos antes del Check in y despues del check out.

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, les lits sont corrects et assez pratiques avec lumières LED et prises à l’intérieur et un rideau pour l’intimité. En fonction des chambres, l’ambiance reste calme mais certaines pièces sont collées au mur du bar adjacent, prévoir des mousses pour les oreilles au besoin. Niveau propreté, en fonction de la place au sol les chambres sont relativement propres, et les toilettes et douches dépendent du bon savoir vivre des autres résidents, mais sont proprement nettoyées après le passage des employés. Pour laisser ses affaires à l’hostel avant le check in, c’est possible mais attention car la responsabilité reste la vôtre. Je fais entièrement confiance au staff, mais personne ne peut garantir les bonnes intentions de certains voyageurs. Au besoin, plusieurs accessoires sont disponibles à la réception (cadenas, serviettes…). En fonction des étages, les cuisines sont plus ou moins correctes, mais il est important de noter qu’il n’y a pas de plaques de cuisson, seulement des fours et micro ondes. À prendre en considération que cet hostel n’est pas un hostel « festif » ou « social », il possède un espace fumer mais pas de salons ou de pièces pour se retrouver. Malgré ça, la plupart des voyageurs sont très sympathiques, et je n’ai eu que des bonnes expériences. Les chambres sont mixtes ou non mixtes en fonction de vos préférences. La localisation de l’hostel est très favorable pour explorer l’entièreté de la ville, faire ses courses grâce au supermarché juste en face, et se déplacer en métro ou bus avec seulement 2 à 4 minutes de marche. Globalement bon hostel, très satisfaisant pour le prix, bien situé et accommodant, je recommande. Bon voyage à tous et merci Fantasy Hostel pour cette bonne expérience !

Il n’y a pas de plaques de cuisson, seulement un micro onde et un four à chaque étage dans la cuisine. Les douches et sanitaires ne sont pas du grand luxe, du moins celles qui étaient à mon étage, mais sont correctes malgré tout

Muy buena ubicacion, el personal de recepcion increiblemente amable y buena onda. Las camas muy comodas y limpias, los baños tambien. Espacio comun bueno cerca de la cocina y una terraza decente. Buen ambiente joven

Lamemtablemente nos robaron a mi y a mi amigo de la billetera a pesar de no haber dejado las cosas mucho tiempo en el cuarto, una lastima porque casi todo lo demas fue muy bueno. La cocina tampoco tenia horno u hornalla para cocinar, lo cual es algo muy importante

Front door slams very loud, and they need hand drying machines by the sinks! Shower layouts are odd - 3rd floor showers were the best!

Il personale della reception (in particolare Tullio) è stato molto disponibile nel trovarci una soluzione alternativa migliore per le nostre esigenze e ci ha consigliato ristoranti dove mangiare. La nostra stanza aveva l’aria condizionata.

Le camere sono molto piccole, la nostra stanza in particolare non aveva la finestra e non era insonorizzata, quindi si sentivano tutti i rumori degli altri visitatori che si recavano nella terrazza vicino per fumare. I servizi erano abbastanza puliti mentre la stanza non era adeguatamente pulita.

Just the location

the place was very dirty and off putting, and 3 hours after check in some took one of our beds, it was 1am so no one around to help. the person in the bed showed that he had gotten that bed from the reception. the place was bery dirty and full of weird homeless looking people, someone from the streets followed us and got in the hotel after we opened the door and went straight for a room. the elevator door didn't open on the 2nd floor. There were no hand towels or soap to clean our hands on the bathrooms. they left our luggage for hours in the lobby in the open, it was there for 8 hours straight and no one took it to the luggage lockers when space was available. we had to spend over 100€ and 2 hours around the city in the middle of the night looking for a hotel.

Situation centrale appréciable, personnel très sympathique, Ma fille a appréciée qu'on lui propose un dortoir de 4 lits réservé aux filles sans qu'elle ne le demande, alors qu'elle était initialement dans un dortoir mixte de 8 lits.

Accueil très sympathique, très bon emplacement (central, proche transports en commun).

L'installation pour manger ne favorise pas les échanges.

Tudo limpo e organizado, cama confortável e dá uma certa privacidade, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos a todo momento. Perto de loja e transportes, dá para ir a lugares turísticos a pé.

Quero agradecer ao funcionário Túlio pelo seu profissionalismo cheio de amor e muito humano. Em pouco tempo entendi que trabalhar com humildade faz dele uma pessoa especial. Muito bom coração. Obrigada pela capacidade que tens em saber meter te no lugar do outro. Nada a dizer de mal dos restantes funcionários mas o Túlio merece sem dúvida um agradecimento especial da minha parte. Decidi ficar mais uma noite por me ter feito sentir em casa e por ter atendido com sucesso às minhas necessidades como ser humano que também sou. Vou voltar de certeza um dia . Até já ❤️

Bem localizado, em frente tem mercado, BK, vários cafés e restaurantes perto

A falta de consideração das colegas de quarto, tem um aviso dizendo que não podia barulho depois de X horas, mas das duas noites que me hospedei, não consegui dormir absolutamente nada, elas eram da Alemanha, conversavam e riam a noite toda, uma noite foi pedido pra falar baixo mas logo começaram, como não tinha mais ngm na recepção por ser noite, não sabia para quem pedir ajuda, eu estava cansada e super agoniada com a situação, é de entender que em hostel tem barulho as vezes, mas a inconveniência das meninas de ficar falando até as 4 da manhã foi o que foi terrível, ambas as noites. De resto tudo certo.

Curtains for each bed

1. Claustrophobic showers (!!!!!) and also small bathrooms in there. I later found a big one. But taking a shower was claustrophobic and also uncomfortably close to the boys with only a swingdoor there. And since we didn’t get free towels, we couldn’t just walk to our room to change, since I had a tiny one with me. No where to change clothes in the shower either. (!!!!!) 2. Beds were a bit short 3. My down bed was claustrophobic to get out from, but otherwise Iiked the idea of not being too open. 4. Warm fridge in the morning so I had to throw my breakfast out.

I stayed in a four bed female room. The beds were really comfortable.

The bathrooms are okay. The showers are too small and you don’t have much privacy.
