Besonders die Morgentour ab 4:30 Uhr lohnt sich – wir konnten alle Tiere sehen und hatten dabei immer das Gefühl, dass sehr respektvoll mit den Tieren umgegangen wird. Das ganze Team von Renny ist unglaublich herzlich. Auch die Unterkunft am Black Sand Beach ist sehr gemütlich und das Essen richtig lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben es sehr genossen im Tangkoko Nationalpark. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön & sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tour im Nationalpark. Renny und ihr Team organisieren ihre Trekking Touren an den Primetime hours vorbei und machen diese frühmorgens. So waren wir fast alleine im Dschungel und konnten die grossen Gruppen von Tagestouristen von Manado meiden. Wunderschön wie viele Tiere und wie nahe wir diese teilweise bestaunen konnten!

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, paar Minuten vom Eingang des Nationalparks entfernt. Die Tour mit Eno war einfach ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs.

Le confort de la literie, la propreté de la chambre Le personnel disponible, il était facile d’organiser la visite dans le parc et les transports. Notre guide Ino s’est donné du mal afin que nous puissions voir tous les animaux. On peut régler toutes les dépenses par carte bancaire, y compris les repas.

Ce n’est pas un point négatif mais une information que je n’avais pas avant de venir sur place : la visite dans le parc national commence le matin à 4h30 et se termine vers 10h-10h30. Il n’y a pas de visite l’après midi car nous avions vu tous les animaux le matin. Ça peu être utile de savoir cela pour planifier le reste du voyage

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi a trovare la struttura perché l’indirizzo non corrisponde. Saltava continuamente la corrente se attaccavi il condizionatore per rinfrescare la stanza.

La ubicación cerca del mar y la tranquilidad. La habitación es muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Unir el trekking de la tarde y de la mañana en uno solo saliendo muy temprano es perfecto para disfrutar de Tangkoko solos. Eno fue un guía genial, pudimos ver a todos los fantastic four gracias a él y se nota que le encanta su trabajo!

El wifi no funcionaba bien del todo pero tampoco es necesario en un entorno como ese

Wir hatten ein Zimmer am Strand. Es gibt noch eine location am Parkeingang. Diese haben wir nicht gesehen. Können nur von der am Meer berichten. Zimmer waren sauber, Internet und Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei. Super liebe Gastgeber, die sich gerne um uns gekümmert haben. Wir haben statt die nachmittag und morgen Tour eine kompakte Tour gemacht welche schon um 4.30 Uhr losging und bis ca. 10 Uhr dauerte. Die komplette Organisation hat wunderbar geklappt von der Abholung bis zum Rücktransport.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Renny’s Tangkoko Safety Stop sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich, das Badezimmer wunderschön und die Klimaanlage war bei den Temperaturen natürlich ein großes Plus. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem sehr reichhaltigen Frühstück und vor allem von der außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals :) Man hat sich wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Nähe zu Renny’s Restaurant ist bei den Beach Bungalows sehr praktisch.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Organisation teilweise etwas chaotisch war. Bei einer von uns gebuchten Tour gab es beispielsweise ein Missverständnis bezüglich des Treffpunkts: Unser Guide wartete am Nachmittag bereits im Park, ohne dass uns dies mitgeteilt worden war. Dadurch starteten wir die Tour zunächst mit jemand anderem (die uns netterweise mit dazu nahm), bevor unser eigentlicher Guide später dazukam und die Tour mit uns fortsetzte. Hier hätte die Kommunikation etwas besser sein können.

The accommodation is actually located at/immediately behind Renny's Beach Waroeng, not where it is stated to be on Google Maps. I would have preferred to have been nearer the park entrance but, that said, the room I was given was spacious, clean, nice, and excellent value for money. Inside, there were heaps of wall sockets for charging batteries and devices, and everything in the room worked. The bathroom was rustic yet tasteful, with a few stone features and plants added. Obviously, care and thought had gone into giving the place 'charm', and the owners had succeeded in making it a nice one for guests to stay in. Additionally, the restaurant on the beach offered a limited range of meals, but these were tasty enough and could be enjoyed in pleasant surroundings.

The one complaint I have relates to information I was given about entrance to Tangkoko Park. I was told by the hosts I would not be able to get a specialist bird guide as a solo traveller, as such guides required a minimum of two people (a guide is mandatory for entry to the park; you cannot just go in by yourself). As I was travelling alone and birding was my sole reason for being there, this was distressing to hear. The host operated a general tour into the park, which I was invited to join (at a cost), and I could 'hope' I saw some birds on that. I had my suspicions at the time that the 'minimum of two people' clause was an attempt to get me onto this tour, as no effort was made to check this strange stipulation with local guides (or to help me out with my dilemma). As I got a specialist bird guide very easily at the ranger station the next day, I considered that to be 'suspicions confirmed'. It is unlikely that the hosts did not know how things worked at the park, as they also worked as guides there themselves. I felt uncomfortable staying at Renny's after this, as I felt that an attempt had been made to deceive me. This felt like such a massive breach of trust that it overshadowed all the (many) positives of the place.

La chambre était super. Nous avons réservé l'excursion tôt le matin avec Renny et nous avons pu passé un moment loin de la foule à observer les anaux. Il y a également un restaurant sur la plage qui est très bon.

L'accueil et fantastique. Logement, simple, mais très agréable avec sa grande baie vitrée. Qui donne sur la petite rivière Très bien placée pour visiter la réserve juste à côté très calme

- uns war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass unser Zimmer ein einzelnes, abgelegenes Zimmer Nahe am Parkeingang war & somit kein Homestay - Küche/ Frühstück/ Staff war am Strand, wobei uns angeboten wurde, dass sie uns das Frühstück zum Zimmer bringen - wer keine Homestay- Atmosphäre erwartet, für den ist das genau das richtige

L’hôte Eno était très gentil et serviable. Le logement était propre à côté de l’entrée du parc. Et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage où se trouve le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon. Vous pouvez prendre le repas du midi et du soir au restaurant de la plage. Eno est un très bon guide. Nous avons pu voir les tarisers tôt le matin à 4h30 et un tas d’autres animaux 😊

We stayed at the beach rooms. They were a step away from the beach bar, which was very nice to hang out. The room is modern and clean, with great bathroom facilities. Eno was a great host, and the meals provided by his family were tasty and always huge portions. We greatly enjoyed the Jungle tour from Eno.

Logement agréable avec tout le confort. Nous avons séjourné dans ses chambres juste derrière son restaurant de plage, on a pu y garer notre voiture. Logements difficile à trouver, il fait aller directement à son petit restaurant sur la plage. Pour l’accès à la réserve compter encore 15 minutes à pieds. Il nous a organiser la night walk et la randonnée du matin. Chambre spacieuse, climatisation, grand lit. Petit déjeuner sur la plage, riz, pancake, omelette et jus d’orange frais. L’hôte et sa famille sont très accueillants.

Sehr nette Gastgeber Familie. Der Besitzer hat mit uns eine Dschungel Tour gemacht und es war großartig. Wir haben die „Fantastic Four“ sehen können. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse liegt direkt am Parkeingang (ca 10 Minuten an der Straße lang, zum Strand und der Beachbar, wo es auch Frühstück gibt). Essen war sehr lecker.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Man hat uns erst kurz vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass sie 10 Minuten auseinander liegen (1 am Parkeingang/1 am Beach). Vor Ort konnten wir dann ein Zusatzbett für das Parkzimmer buchen, haben aber keine Erstattung für das nicht genutzte Zimmer erhalten.

We felt very welcome and had a lot of fun an our stay in the new rooms near the beach. Host Eno is very inviting and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was all great. If we really had to mention something, than it would be, that a bit more veggies in the rice and noodles would be nice :)

Tolles Homestay, Renny, ihr Sohn Eno , sowie der Rest der Familie sind einfach umwerfend. Wir hatten den Einzelbungalow am Rande des Nationalparks. Super ruhig, gut ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Es gibt noch 2 weitere Bungalows direkt am Meer. Dort befindet sich auch das kleine Restaurant mit kleiner aber feiner Auswahl. Das Frühstück ist dort lecker und wahnsinnig umfangreich. Es wird auch die Tour durch den Nationalpark angeboten. Wir waren mit Renny unterwegs. Sie ist ein super Guide. Besonders ist, dass die Tour hier schon 4:30 Uhr morgens startet und man noch völlig allein im Park ist. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt dort und abends beim Dinner viel Spaß mit Eno. Habt vielen Dank.

El trato con Renny y su familia fue espectacular. En todo momento están pendientes de tí. Hicimos el tour de las 4.30 con ellos, y fue una mañana espectacular, con avistamientos de todos los animales del Parque. Al día siguiente nos tomamos el día con tranquilidad y nos ofrecieron alternativas para pasar el día

La verdad, nada. Hemos estado muy a gusto

Todo el personal que trabaja allí empezando por el conductor que te recoge en el aeropuerto y acabando con la cocinera madre del dueño son un encanto. Están todo el tiempo pendientes de que todo fluya y sea una experiencia realmente cultural y de aprovechamiento. Nosotros hicimos el tour con el dueño Eno, es una persona muy especial, que ama Tangkoko y eso se nota cuando haces con él el tour de avistamiento de fauna. Si realmente te gusta la jungla y tienes ganas de verla desde adentro tienes que hacerlo con él. Eso sí estuvimos 5 horas caminando o más así que llevate bien de agua. Él dice que si él disfruta el tour tu también lo harás y eso lo vas a notar porque esta todo el rato riéndose de buen humor. Estuvimos dos noches y la ultima noche disfrutamos mucho de la compañía de sus amigos y el resto de trabajadores en nuestra mesa. Fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en Indonesia en los 3 años que llevo viniendo.

De gezelligheid bij deze gastvrije mensen is ongekend. Ze zijn lief, vol verhalen, denken mee bij problemen en maken de meest geweldige lime sqash en iced lime tea. Neem vooral je eigen drinkfles mee, kun je bij hen vullen om plastic afval te besparen. Geweldig ontbijt ook. We hebben een toptijd gehad aan zee! Supermarktjes op loopafstand.

Renny厨艺超棒，她的儿子带着我们找到了最著名的四种动物，与她的儿媳聊天让我更了解印尼。房间很新，非常舒适，晚上睡觉可以听到海浪声。

与保护区隔着一条小河，躺在床上就可以看见窗外的小鸟，生态太好了。看见四只不同颜色的鸟，很惊喜。

Super tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben mit Ino eine Dschungeltour unternommen, die sehr toll war! Simi ist ein super Guide und wir haben die fantastic 4 alle gesehen (Tarsier, Hornvogel, Bärenkuskus und Makaken). Das Essen im Warung war ebenfalls sehr gut und absolut faire Preise! Wir können alles nur weiterempfehlen

Ça aurait été intéressant de pouvoir avoir de l’eau froide au lieu de tiède pour remplir le réservoir inclus dans la chambre mais c’est une une suggestion, car déjà d’avoir de l’eau potable pour remplir nos gourdes c’était super avec cette chaleur!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay near Tangkoko National Park. From the first moment, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The host family was incredibly warm, kind, and always helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was delicious every day, and the location was perfect — right by the beach and still within walking distance of the national park entrance, which made exploring very easy. You can really feel how much care and heart the family puts into this place. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Tangkoko and would happily come back again in the future.

+ The host Rita, Eno, and their team were so kind and helpful. + Room was clean and comfortable. The bed is VERY big. + The bathroom was very spacious. The plants in the bathroom were a great touch. + Convenience stores were 2 min walk away + The beach is just 20 meters away for two rooms, other rooms will be a bit farther away + The restaurant serves really tasty food and fresh juices + Tangkoko entrance is just a few min walk away + Combination tour by Eno starts at 4:30PM. He cares a lot about the animals and it shows in the tour. We saw all Fantastic Four (tarsier, crested macaque, cuscus, hornbill) in a single tour so you don't need to do two separate morning and afternoon tours.

Renny en Eno zijn geweldige hosts. Zoveel aandacht en zoveel liefde voor hun kleine gemeenschap en bedrijf. Superleuke jungletour gehad met deze 2 rangers en de fantastic 4 afgevinkt. Heerlijke gegeten in hun beachbar en ook nog privé optreden van lokale artiest Eno gehad. Super Bagus!

Die Familie ist außergewöhnlich liebenswert, herzlich und enorm hilfsbereit. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in einer geräumigen, sauberen und schönen Unterkunft, die ein großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Die Lage am Strand ist schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eno hat uns informativ und kompetent durch den Dschungel geführt. Wir konnten alle Tiere sehen, die wir gerne sehen wollten.

Amazing hosts, they are a family-run business and made us feel so welcome! They made every part of our stay so lovely!! Eno is also a guide in the Tangkoko nature reserve, and we had a spectacular jungle tour with him! The area is beautiful and full of things to do, we also had a boat tour and snorkeling day with Eno! Their beach warung is also fantastic, we stayed in their brand new beachside accomodations, and we ate yummy food and had amazing drinks from the restaurant. Highly recommend this place, it's the best!!

De ligging van onze kamer vlak bij zee, achter het restaurantje van de familie. De kamer was nieuw, schoon, erg ruim en met een airco. Het restaurant had lekker eten. De familie die het runt is opgewekt en heel gezellig. De sfeer hier is dan ook geweldig.

Eno, le proprio est un personnage à lui seul. Toujours Le sourire aux lèvres et un rire communicatif. Il nous a guidé dans le réserve de Tangkoko et nous avons été plus qu'enchantés. Nous en garderons un souvenir impérissable. Le gîte est simple mais spacieux. Devant, une terrasse permet de profiter de l' extérieur. La couverture data est faible mais le wifi est très bon. Eno, produits des plats simples et bons dans son restaurant au bord de plage. Bière, cocktails disponibles. Le top !

Ich hatte das neue Zimmer direkt am Strand. Vom Park Eingang ist es auch nur wenig Minuten entfernt. Das Essen ist wunderbar und sehr viel. Vor Ort kann man auch verschiedenste Touren buchen. Dazu ist der Besitzer super freundlich und sehr witzig.

Comfortable big room with aircon. Owner offers own jungle programs, we did it and enjoyed. During the walking tour we stayed outside of big tourists group. they have also local restaurant on tge beach side. Thanks for all.

Little ants in the room. The ceiling and walls for the bathroom don't meet so if anyone is outside they can hear you in the bathroom.

Le logement était propre, le lit king size confortable parfait ! Nous avons eu de l'eau chaude pour nous doucher. La terrasse est sympa avec bouilloire, café sucre grille pain. Une bonbonne d'eau est a disposition. L'emplacement est a 2 mins a pieds de l'entrée de la réserve de tangkoko ! Des warungs et supérettes sont a proximité a pieds et dans la même rue. Ino , sa femme et leur fille sont très gentils et ont un resto sur la plage au bout de la rue !

Il y a un peu de bruit la nuit liés aux motos et véhicules a moteurs bruyants. Nous avons pu dormir correctement quand même.

Being a Solo mature lady l felt safe and comfortable. Rennys is in a great spot and within walking distance to the national park entrance. I opted to have the traditional breakfast which was yummy but a western style is available too ( egg toast fruit ) tea,coffee & water is available all the time ( just outside the bedroom) There is a restaurant next door where the food was reasonable and fresh ( l used each evening ) Renny also has a small restaurant on the beach ( beautiful spot ) about 20 minutes walk ( l got a lift back on a motorbike) I arranged my guide with Renny ( reasonably priced) My guide was very knowledgeable and patient with me ( it was alot of walking we walked for 2 hours there ! And 1hr around and 2 hours back ! I was exhausted) for the morning tour and approx 2 1/2 hr walking in the evening tour ) it was great having the rest in-between. I was exhausted but it was totally worth it and just so amazing to see in the wild ( l had seen Taziar before but captive in the Philippines) I stayed 3 nights which suited me * day 1 tour * day 2 rest * day 3 explore the area ( I'm a slow traveller) In all Renny and her staff will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is good. I would definitely recommend

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch ausgebildete Führer sind. Führung war super. Individuell an uns angepasst. Das Essen und Trinken in Rennys Bar am Strand war sehr lecker! ( Eher etwas teurer als die Warungs rundherum, dafür auch abwechslungsreich). War einfach schön die Tage dort!

Die Adresse stimmt nicht mit der der Grabfahrermap überein. Googlemaps stimmt.

Our stay at Renny's was really good. We were personally welcomed by Renny with a nice drink and a pleasant talk. Our tour in Tangkoko from 4.30 AM to 11 AM was incredible and satisfied us completely. The neighbours were playing extremely loud music and the hosts personally talked with them to lower it for us which was great and fixed the issue.

Though outside of the owners' control, the entire village is very loud. Music is played at obscene levels. The hosts did fix it relatively quickly for us though

Die Menschen waren super lieb. Trotz Stromausfall am 2. Tag wurden wir bestens versorgt. Terrasse war super zum Chillen. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend und super lecker. Restaurant am Strand ist zu empfehlen.

Fehlender Kühlschrank

Eine meiner TOP-4-Unterkünfte in Indonesien – und ich habe insgesamt 15 gesehen! Eine so herzliche Familie, die jederzeit zu Hilfe kommt, wenn man etwas braucht. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch, selbst die kleine Tochter, und unterhalten sich gerne bzw. erzählen etwas über ihre Kultur und Natur. Renny, die Großmutter, nach der die Unterkunft benannt ist, ist die beste Guide, die wir erlebt haben – sie findet mit viel Ruhe und Geduld jedes Tier und ist unglaublich erfahren! Mit kleinen Tieren im Zimmer (Geckos, Frösche etc.) muss man – wie überall in Indonesien – rechnen. Aber Geckos bringen Glück, insofern freut Euch, wenn Ihr welche an der Wand entdeckt :) Dafür kann man von der Terrasse oder aus dem Panoramafenster des „Doppelzimmer mit Patio“ (dieses ist ca. 200m entfernt von den anderen Zimmern an derselben Straße) und auch von der Terrasse der anderen Zimmer jederzeit das Leben im Dschungel mit schwarzen Makaken etc. beobachten. Luxus pur!

Buon alloggio in una posizione molto comoda per le gite nella foresta. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e disponibilità. Il warung sulla spiaggia offre buon cibo e una atmosfera molto gradevole. Nel complesso è stata una esperienza molto bella.

Ino was an amazing host and guide. He made sure that we felt very welcomed. The homestay was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything, especially the park entrance. His beachside warung is a great place to hang while enjoying the sea breeze (and try his signature Tarantula Cocktail). During the hike to the park, he made sure that we ticked all the animals that we had to see. He was very knowledgeable and ensured that we didn't disrupt the animals. Overall, a must stay in Tangkoko.

Toll war die eigene Terrasse vor dem Zimmer und das Zimmer, Bad waren groß und sauber. Die Lage zum Nationalpark ist unschlagbar und man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zum Strand gelaufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Eno hat die Tour durch den Nationalpark geführt und wir waren begeistert. Er hat uns alle Tiere zeigen können und war so bestrebt. Ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Jeden Morgen gab es Frühstück, das variierte von Tag zu Tag und war mehr als nur genug. Große Portionen. Einen Wasserspender gibt es ebenfalls in der Unterkunft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair. Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen. Lieben Dank für alles!

La stanza é grande e molto pulita, il bagno é nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Lita fa la differenza. È gentilissima e super efficiente. Consigliatissimo!

I liked everything but there were many cheaper homestays if you're on a budget Also note that the original homestay only has one room and you may stay with Renny's sister down the road - but she is lovely also

Our stay was just a dream! The room had a big window so that you can watch direct on a little river an the beginning of the jungle. If you are lucky you can see the monkeys from inside the room. The bathroom is superb! Didn't expect that quality at all. The warung connected to rennys is 500meters down the road on the beach. Food there is very good. Our visit was the second time in tangoko. But it was the best tour through the jungle we ever had. Very lovely people all around Rennys team. From taxi driver, over cook to the boss. We totally can recommend staying there and booking jungle tours there.

Un super endroit pour faire le jungle tour avec notre hôte, Eno. Il nous a aidé à organiser notre séjour. Il parle bien anglais. Son épouse est très accueillante aussi. Et leur warung sur la plage est juste parfaite !Je recommande à 100%. Vous allez pas être déçu

La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Elle était à deux pas de l'entrée du parc. Petit déjeuner copieux.

A notre arrivée nous nous sommes trompés d'endroit car la pancarte renny's safety homestay est placée chez elle et non à l'endroit où sont les logements. Ils faut aller une cinquantaine de mètres plus loin.

Soggiorno piacevole e host super accoglienti. La stanza era pulita, con acqua calda, e la colazione ottima. Abbiamo fatto un bellissimo tour del parco con Ino prima dell'alba. Consigliatissimo

Sehr nette Begrüßung, alles da,was man benötigt. Einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Lage direkt an einem Fluss. Gute Morgen und Abendtour vor Ort gebucht. Indonesisches Frühstück Im Warung der Familie am Strand kann mann schön sitzen und lecker essen.

Keine Nachttischlampe. Man musste im dunklen ins Bett tappen.

Séjour merveilleux au chez Renny et sa famille qui sont des personnes extrêmement accueillantes, touchantes et gentilles. La chambre est situé à 1min de l’entrée du parc et 10min de la plage de sable noire et est confortable : un très grand lit confortable, la clim (!) et l’eau chaude pour se doucher (!!). Ça fait du bien! Le warung familiale est situé sur la plage et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner ou de déjeuner/dîner avec une superbe vue sur l’océan. Nous avons fait le tour du parc avec Renny et Eno qui sont de super guides et qui connaissent la forêt du bout des doigts. Nous avons vu : les tarsiers, macaques noirs, couscous bear, un python, un toucan, un perroquet et un hornbill pendant notre excursion! Ils ont des jumelles ce qui permet de pouvoir observer les animaux (et notamment les oiseaux) même s’ils sont loin ce qui est très cool.

Emplacement idéal à l'entrée du parc, les guides de Renny sont incroyables et nous ont permis de découvrir et observer tous les animaux . Les chambres sont simples mais propres avec la climatisation; le petit restaurant sur la plage les pieds dans le sable est fabuleux!

Great location and staff and very comfortable room with ac. They even noticed I had a runny nose and brought over medicine without me asking, very thoughtful.

Power was on and off, however that is just part of staying in the area.
