Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Excelente apartamento. Estávamos em 2 casais e foi o tamanho e a localização ideais para os 5 dias que passamos em Tromso.
Apenas o colchão de um dos quartos (o que tem guarda-roupa) que era um pouco mole. De resto, tudo excelente!

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Nice apartment, welcoming host, easy checking instructions. It has all the facilities that you need to stay a couple of days in Tromso. Free parking, best to use a car there.
It was cold in December. We needed one-two days to warm up the apartment.

Huoneisto oli kuuma eikä ikkunoissa ollut verhoja, joilla suojata auringonpaisteelta. Parisänky oli liian pehmeä jopa pehmeän sängyn ystävälle. Keittiössä astiat ja pinnat likaisia.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025Instructions how to get there and find the keys. Location. Beds. The living room.
We had our check in 16:00 because there was another check out on 11:00. We asked for earlier check in and our request was obviously declined because they needed sometime to clean the house. However most of the rooms remained dirty (not the bathroom) and even the dishwasher and the kitchen were dirty. One of the bedroom has no plugs. The garden should have more facilities.

I was charged for a room that was much better, than the one I got. I asked several people about this, they said the same thing. I spoke with the owner via email and he even admitted to improperly listening the rooms on booking.com in emails.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025The location is excellent, just minutes away from the city centre. The apartment is spacious, with a good living area to have lunch/dinner in, as well as comfy beds for sleeping. The communication from the hosts throughout our stay was excellent.
We weren't able to turn the TV on and the kettle was broken, so we were unable to use these two appliances. However I have informed the host who said they will aim to have them fixed soon.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2024The location is good, not so steep terrain and near to city centre, about 15-20 mins. Kitchen is well equipped and ample sitting spaces for our family. Was a little concerned about privacy as it is located along the road. But the privacy film on the windows helped that.
The apartment could do with more lamps and firmer beds.
