Rapport qualité prix, simplement très bon. Le personnel aux petits soins.. On est pas dans un 5 étoiles , mais pour le prix je ne vois pas ce que nous pourrions demander de plus . Vous avez un petit budget, voulez erre dans un bel hôtel et un très bon contact avec le personnel, n'hésitez pas une minute.... réservez !!! Avec un chauffeur vous partez pour le mont Ijen sans difficulté depuis cet hôtel pour revenir en fin de matinée pour une bonne sieste. Merci au personnel....

L’accueil était chaleureux et l’emplacement idéal ! De plus la chambre était bien propre et très jolie.

To jeden z najlepszych noclegów w jakich spaliśmy. Pokoje to jakby oddzielne małe domki, dzięki czemu nie słychać sąsiadów. Okolica jest sympatyczna, w odległości na piechotę jest dużo restauracji i kawiarni, 10 min do kliniki po certyfikat na Ijen. Obsługa była bardzo pomocna, wszyscy mieli perfekcyjny angielski, byli w stanie udzielić dosłownie każdej potrzebnej informacji. Dodatkowo po wymeldowaniu pozwolono nam skorzystać z przestrzeni wspólnej w ich hostelu, co było bardzo miłe.

Trochę słychać motocykle z ulicy, ale nie przeszkadzało nam to w spaniu. Naprawdę wszystko nam się podobało, bardzo dziękujemy.

暖かいシャワーの時間が短いです。 窓は使えないですが、外でくつろげます！

We loved our stay at Snooze. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and a nice seating area outside. There's even a spotless clean community kitchen and a fridge. The staff is super helpful and informative and helped us with the tour to ijen with a excellent tour organization.

Das überaus freundliche Personal war sehr bemüht uns bei allen Tourenplanungen und Transfers zu helfen. Wir durften trotz Check-Out im benachbarten Hostel verweilen, bis unser Bus ging. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich.

Man hört die Roller von der Straße in der Nacht manchmal vorbeifahren (was aber wirklich nicht schlimm war).

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt & die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Hatten die Unterkunft leider nur für eine Nacht zur Ijen Tour gebucht, hätten gerne noch 1-2 Nächte mehr dort verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind: - das super freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal - Große, modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Zimmer - Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Super Tipps für Restaurants & Co. erhalten

Wunderschöne , gemütliche Zimmerausstartung! Es war alles vorhanden was wir uns wünschten. Genug Ablageflächen, gute Dusche, super Matratze, angenehme Beleuchtung. Die jungen Frauen an der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit, geben alle notwendigen Informationen und sind interessiert am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Dankeschön! In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Krankenhaus, wo man sich ein Gesundheitszertifikat für die Besteigung des Vulkan Ijen besorgen kann ( ist notwendig und kostet nur 25.000 indonesische Rupien ).

The room was exactly as shown in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, secure and private. The location was good - shops and cafes are within a close walking distance. The staff were amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local food/laundry/tours. There is also a cat named Sapi (he loves tuna in case you want to buy him some). This accommodation was great value for money. I would stay here again, and would definitely recommend.

Super schönes und großes Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Super leckeres Restaurant in Laufnähe, welches wir Dank Empfehlung der Dame an der Rezeption gefunden haben. Generell sehr hilfreiche Tipps und freundlicher Empfang durch die Dame an der Rezeption. Es gab ein kostenloses Willkommengetränk. Leider waren wir nur viel zu kurz im Hotel, da wir abends angereist sind und nachts schon gleich weiter zur Ijen Tour sind. Touren und Transport hätte man auch alles vor Ort buchen können. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen !

Everything was perfect. The communication before, during and after the visit was great and they helped us arrange a transport to Bali. The beds are very comfortable and we got some great restaurant and cafe recommendations. We unfortunately only stayed one night but would 100% come back.

El trato del personal es lo mejor, nos ayudaron a sacar los tickets del ferry y nos ofrecieron mucha información sobre Banyuwangi. La ciudad no tiene mucho atractivo y este hotel es una muy buena opción para alojarse.

Nada que comentar, quizás el colchón un poco incómodo, pero no fue un problema.

We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!

Major benefit of the place is the staff, everyone was so helpful they booked a tour to Ijen and helped us book train tickets. Decent room, pictures are accurate, but you need to have one away from the entrance. They let us hang around after checkout until we caught our train.

Unfortunately we stayed in room A ( I’m sure the others are better). It is the room nearest the road and the kitchen, where people smoke and the fumes drift into the room and you can hear people’s conversation. TV remote for internet failed to work even after being changed. Towels didn’t smell great.

Die nettesten Rezeptionisten, die ich seit langem erlebt habe. Man hat uns bei allem geholfen, sei es ein Restaurant zu finden oder einen Ausflug zu organisieren. Schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Allerdings ziemlich laut mit Verkehr und mindestens drei Moscheen, die teilweise gleichzeitig zum Gebet rufen, was schon mal eine halbe Stunde dauern kann. Mit Ohropax eine echte Empfehlung!

Very nice homestay with everything you need : clean, confortable, good location and the staff is amazing. They gave us all information about activities, transportations and restaurants. And they were available at every hour of the day and night. I totally recommend! Thank you again for having us !

Beautiful rooms with the comfiest bed we’ve had in the last 4 months in SE Asia. The staff were so so lovely and helpful with giving us recommendations, and their English is excellent. They even made iced tea for us on arrival. There is a kitchen area with free water, tea and coffee too. Would 100% recommend staying here 😊

Such a comfortable bed! really friendly staff, always around to help or have a chat. Great location for a few restaurants & also easy to be picked up for mt ijen tours. Hot water shower. Really lovely, spacious room. Great price. It was nice to have a shared kitchen too! Would definitely stay again.

It is in a quiet area which is great but you will likely wake up because of nearby call to prayer around 4am each day

Staff were so friendly and really helpful. The room was spotless and so nice, my boyfriend injured his ankle so we couldn’t do much during our time here so was so nice to have a lovely room, amazing air con and Netflix :)

The hotel was great The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and modern, communication with the hotel from the beginning of the reservation was at the highest level, they sent all the necessary information and a list of nearby restaurants. Also we felt very safe, because the mane gate was locked and there was security all night. We are also grateful to the hotel staff, who helped us solve problems with the transfer, guide, bike rental and another in short, the hotel is 10/10

This is the best accommodation we have stayed in so far during our time in Indonesia. The room is very comfortable and feels like your own bedroom rather than a hotel or hostel. All the staff are very friendly and they provide great local tips. There is a small kitchen area that you can prepare simple meals and also chill out on the sofa or on your own terrace in front of your room. The price is also good for the quality of accommodation.

We stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Moreover, the hotel’s location is ideal, close to several points of interest. Without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Java. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for people who want to rest. It’s not a social place so it’s ideal for people who are not looking to socialise - although you can go next door to their other branch which has a lovely social area. Room is massive, clean, and amazing value for money. I would defo stay here again.

The hot water runs out pretty quickly but no big deal
