The location was amazing. The room was very clean with great breakfast.

Couldn’t sit on the terrace and the pool didn’t really seem appropriate to swim in. Although it was beautiful and a great place to stay.

The staff were incredibly kind. soumia made sure a driver came to pick me up and even arranged transport after. The breakfast was good and it was quiet and nice at night.

The accommodation is really convenient, it’s in a really good location and it’s really nice and comfortable. Soumia and Youssef were great and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was amazing too.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Medina, pero a la vez muy tranquilo. El desayuno muy completo, servido en planta baja o en la terraza donde tú prefieras. El trato muy cercano, siempre dispuesto el personal a solucionar cualquier duda.

The Riad was beautiful. We had an organised driver from the hotel who dropped us off early hours of the morning and someone met us and walked us to the riad which we were grateful for. Our room was HUGE!! And it was beautiful! The breakfast s unbelievable, it was so good that we woke up early every morning to make sure we got it! The staff were so so helpful and so lovely, always smiling and we just overall felt at home. The walk to the souks was really short too. We would highly recommend this Riad to everyone !

The staff, especially Soumia, were wonderful! So helpful and hospitable, always wanting you to be as comfortable as possible. It is a 15 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna, and even coming home late, it was a perfectly safe walk back. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, the rooms are lovely and air conditioned! Lovely spot

There was construction happening right outside our bathroom window, so if it was open, you could hear the wheelbarrows and some loud crashes sometimes, but that is not the staff's fault at all! Just unlucky timing

Al reservar ponía check out incluido hasta las 15h, pero nos enviaron un mensaje que era un error de la página. Aunque luego no nos dieron prisa para dejar la habitación y lo hicimos tranquilamente.

J’ai passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans ce magnifique riad ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance incroyables. Tout le monde était aux petits soins, toujours disponible, souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux. Ce riad est un véritable havre de paix, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Je m’y suis sentie tellement bien que j’avais vraiment l’impression d’être chez moi. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette merveilleuse semaine et pour toutes ces petites attentions. Je reviendrai très vite avec grand plaisir ! ❤️

We had one of the best stays we've ever had at Riad Excellence and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The location is perfect,close to local shops and within walking distance of the souks, yet peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was truly amazing, and the staff were beyond nice, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the room, the rooftop, the pool, and the overall facilities. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Marrakech.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en este riad. Es un sitio precioso, decorado con muchísimo mimo y con un ambiente muy especial. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse después de un día recorriendo la ciudad, pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue la tranquilidad: solo se escuchan los pájaros, así que se descansa de maravilla. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, el desayuno estaba riquísimo y el trato de todo el personal fue excepcional. Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Abdul y Youssef, que estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento, y también a las mujeres de la cocina, que fueron encantadoras. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos con los ojos cerrados.

È un’oasi silenziosa nel caos della vecchia medina. Il personale estremamente cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualunque problema o esigenza.

L’accueil était au top, tout était très propre et le Riad était magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment excellent, avec beaucoup de choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

The Property was centrally located and very safe, easy to access from all the major places around. Soumia and her team are very attentive and prompt in responding and giving you a very warm hospitality with a smile on everyone’s face. Soumia was so nice to arrange for a birthday cake as well.

It was perfect! The owners couldn’t have been more lovely to my daughter & me during our stay. In fact all the staff were friendly to us. The room was authentic, beautiful & very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the only noise we could hear were the birds occasionally chirping. The breakfast eaten on the roof terrace was delicious. We really enjoyed the traditional mint tea and treats on arrival. The location is perfect for entering the souks. We couldn’t fault anything. A word of advice, I would advise anyone staying there (or, in fact, any riad within the Medina) to download a location map (maps.me or Google maps) and drop a pin of the riad prior to arrival…we would have struggled to locate this wonderful riad without it.

Para nosotros el mejor Riad de Marrakech. Habitación y servicio 10/10, localización perfecta, bien comunicada y muy cerca de la plaza. Sitio céntrico, pero no en el pleno escándalo de la ciudad. La zona del Riad es muy tranquila. El desayuno 10/10 y tradicional de marruecos además Soumia, Abdul y Yousef son excepcionales, muy atentos siempre ayudándote en lo que haga falta y poniéndote las cosas fáciles. Tuvimos problemas y nos ayudaron a encontrar solución rápido y sin pedirte nada a cambio. Recomendamos 100% el sitio, volveremos.

Man hat sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit waren klasse. Die Gasse in der das Riad liegt war ebenfalls echt gut, man war direkt mittendrin und die Gasse war auch nachts angenehm entlang zugehen. Das Personal war einfach zuvorkommend, immer höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und war an jedem Tag leicht unterschiedlich. Die Betten waren super bequem und alles in allem einfach empfehlenswert.

The team are incredible. Youssef and Soumaria (I may have gotten her name wrong) were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with anything that we needed. The bed is really comfortable and the rooms are really nice. They have set up the terrace really nicely and allowed me to do some work at night without bothering anyone.

Mi experiencia ha sido excelente. El riad es muy bonito, con mucho encanto. El trato ha sido espectacular, especialmente por parte de Soumia, que ha estado atenta en todo momento. La comida es deliciosa y, además, nos ayudó a organizar las actividades. Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal es muy atento y el servicio en general ha sido impecable. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Everything, it was an amazing experience staying in the Riad. So peaceful but so central. Lovely roof top terrace. The Team and manager Soumia could not do enough for us. Everything was organised perfectly and so well coordinated ( taxis, excursions, restaurants ). Everything is possible with this Team.

Nothing not to like. My only one request would be a fridge in the bedroom to store some water. Other than that it was perfect in every way.

Zeer gastvrij, we voelden ons zeer welkom en iedereen was heel vriendelijk.

De kamers zijn niet zo goed geïsoleerd waardoor je wel andere mensen kan horen. Op zich hebben we daar niet veel last van gehad want niemand heeft voor overlast gezorgd terwijl wij daar verbleven.

Some facilities a bit run down (toilet, shower) and very noisy, you could hear everything: from people going up the stairs, others rooms and above all a bird they keep in a cage which is very loud starting from 6am (to the point of waking us up).

Pessoal muito competente. Tanto a manager Soumia, como o nightmanager Joseph foram essenciais. Como chegávamos ao fim do dia, falámos muito com Joseph que recebe 5estrelas pela cortesia e saber-estar. Oferceu-nos a possibilidade de fazermos uma excursão, que aceitámos, ou o Hammam, que declinámos. Joseph sabe aceitar um não, como um sim. Foi incrivelmente disponível a marcar-nos um restaurante numa noite de fim de semana, onde tudo parece estar busy! Grande educação. Grande saber estar. Estamos perante alguém que parece ter saído de uma escola de hotelaria na Suiça. O seu inglês é perfeito. tal como a sua cortesia. Pequeno almoço muito delicioso e é servido com grande atenção à mesa. nada está previamente disponível. Jantámos na noite da nossa chegada depois de Soumia ter tratado de tudo previamente o que foi um bónus para quem chega tarde. Quarto e cama impecável. Dormiu-se muito bem. O bairro onde este Riad e outros se encontra tem uma beleza especial. Ruas limpas e com vasos com plantas, algumas obras decorrem, certamente ainda fruto do terramoto. Sentimo-nos MUITO seguros.

Nous étions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée un peu bruyante et la lumière de la cour du riad était gênante la nuit

Una estancia muy agradable, estuvimos un grupo de 10 amigos. El trato del personal fue excepcional, especialmente de Soumia, atenta a cada detalle desde antes de la llegada. El desayuno muy rico y completo. El día que llegamos nos dieron la cena, también con muy buen sabor. También se encargó de los traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto, puntualidad y con personal atento y agradable nuevamente. Las habitaciones son amplias, todas con baño propio, decoradas al detalle. Está a unos 15 minutos de la plaza principal pero el paseo es agradable y entretenido por diferentes rincones del zoco.

Youssef always welcomed us with his lovely smile, and Soumia went above and beyond by physically going to the ticket counter helping us get tickets for Agadir when our cards weren’t working.The hammam and massages were amazing too. True hospitality at its best, highly recommend!

Deze accommodatie was echt fantastisch. Eerlijk gezegd hebben we hier niets op aan te merken, alles was gewoon perfect in orde. Eén ding wil ik toch nog extra benadrukken: hoe geweldig is het dat ze al om 5 uur ’s ochtends ontbijt voorzien, zodat je nog iets kan eten vóór je vlucht? Wauw!

Nous avons séjourné dans le riad EXCELLENCE du 21 avril 2026 au 28 avril 2026. Nous ne connaissions ni Marrakech, ni même le Maroc et sommes tombés sous le charme de cette ville, de sa culture et de la gentillesse de ses habitants. Si notre séjour a été incroyablement agréable à Marrakech, c'est en immense partie grâce à ce riad et à son personnel. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ce magnifique voyage de noces. Sur le riad tout d'abord: celui-ci est parfaitement bien placé, au cœur de la Médina et très facilement accessible en transport depuis l'aéroport notamment. Il est également parfaitement situé pour ceux qui, comme nous, apprécient de sortir à pied pour dîner et boire un verre dans un des nombreux rooftops du quartier. Une fois que vous avez poussé les portes du riad, il y règne non seulement une atmosphère détendue, mais également un calme absolu. Un doux parfum de fleur d'oranger flotte, de l'accueil jusqu'au rooftop, parfaitement aménagé grâce à ses transats et canapés à l'ombre. Ce rooftop est un endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la vue sur la Koutoubia lors du coucher de soleil notamment. Notre chambre était très agréable, très confortable et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour d'une semaine. Le personnel a d'ailleurs eu la très délicate attention de couvrir notre lit de pétales de fleurs à notre arrivée, en souvenir de notre récent mariage, ce qui nous a beaucoup touché. Sachez que chaque matin vous aurez droit à un très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et de qualité pour démarrer votre journée! Nous avons dîner deux fois dans le riad (à l'arrivée et au départ): les repas (traditionnels) étaient non seulement copieux mais surtout délicieux. Encore merci à la cuisinière de nous avoir régalé! Sur le personnel du riad: Depuis notre arrivée, et jusqu'à notre départ, toute l'équipe s'est montrée d'une gentillesse absolue à notre égard.

Un séjour incroyable au Riad Excellence ! L’équipe est tout simplement exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, très présente, avec d’excellents conseils et de bonnes adresses qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. La nourriture est également excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et nous avons eu l’occasion de dîner sur le rooftop… un moment magique avec un repas succulent. Nous avons même eu la surprise et l’honneur d’assister à des musiques berbères jouées par une partie de l’équipe, c’était magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad et remercions encore toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux.

The property was exceptional. It was always clean and tidy and our room was beautiful. The staff would come every day and change the towels and make the bed leaving the room tidy for us. Our room was spacious and had a large bed with plenty of wardrobe space for clothes, a safe and air-con. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and served in a timely manner. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive during our stay and went above and beyond. They also allowed us to leave our suitcases after checking out before our flight and helped with taking our suitcases to and from the taxi.

I can’t fault our stay. The property itself was beautiful and all the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Riad is makkelijk te vinden, ligt in een mooi straatje wat veilig aanvoelt Personeel liep mee van en naar de taxi. Kamers zijn wat klein maar prima voor een aantal nachten

Er zit een vogel in een kooi die s'ochtends heel hard fluit. Het dakterras was niet echt klaar voor gebruik of voor ontbijt te nuttigen (jammer want mooi uitzicht) Het water werd of heel heet of koud. Het bleef niet constant. Laatste ochtend kwam er bijna geen water uit de kranen
