Riad Rayan

Sehr liebes Personal und ein super Frühstück! Lage ist perfekt gelegen:) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

The place is very difficult to find but the owner will help you with everything (we booked the taxi with the owners, our plane was 3 hours late, meaning we arrived almost midnight and they were there waiting for us) It is extremely well located, very close to the Medina points of interest and you can do almost all of them walking. The owner and the breakfast/ cleaning lady were excellent and very nice to us. The breakfast was simple but very nice and local, we were happy with it. Nothing luxurious but really nice. No fridge or any other facilities in the room but they do have good air conditioning which was very welcome in hot weather (our room was room 5 by the way). We had the keys for the room and the main entrance so we could come and go as we please.

Nothing to do with Riad Rayan but we were let down badly by GetYourGuide and Morocco Spartel Tours, beware when using them. To repeat, this was nothing to do with Riad Rayan.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in maximal zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind

Weniger gut war jedoch die Sauberkeit. Wir mussten das Personal mehrfach nach frischen Handtüchern fragen. Zudem waren die Betten sehr sehr hart.

The couple running the place were lovely, the rooftop terrace brilliant and the rooms comfortable and clean.

There is no signpost to the property which would help finding the place.

Le Riad est situé à 5min du souk (en allant tout droit sur la gauche) et a 15 min de la place Jemma el Fna en marchant tout droit en sortant du Riad. Au pied du Riad on trouve des ATM et des petites épiceries. L’emplacement est vraiment très bien. Le riad est très propre le ménage est fait tous les jours. Notre chambre comportait le nécessaire pour qu’on soit à l’aise pendant notre séjour. À savoir il n’y avait pas de fenêtre dans notre chambre donc il y faisait parfois assez sombre. Mais le point sur lequel je souhaitais appuyer est surtout sur les hôtes Christine et Abdallah, ainsi que Khadija la dame de ménage, qui sont exceptionnellement accueillants et qui ont mis tout en œuvre pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous proposer des activités. Ils nous ont organisé une journée piscine au cœur d’Agafay avec un dîner spectacle en soirée avec prise en charge aller/retour pour un prix très abordable par rapport à ce que nous avions pu trouver nous mêmes. Ils proposent également des dîners faits maison au Riad, que je recommande fortement !!! C’est très bon. En bref, je recommande ce Riad, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés.

Il faut parler doucement car cela peut résonner assez vite dans le Riad

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Rayan. Il est très bien situé dans la Médina. Les lieux sont d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement entretenus. La terrasse est magnifique et très calme. Les petits déjeuners étaient très variés et vraiment très bons. Abdellah et Christine nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux tout au long de notre séjour. Notre petite babouche Riad Rayan est attachée à nos sac à dos et nous suit partout dans notre voyage.

Muy buen trato de los dueños del alojamiento, nos facilitaron toda la ayuda posible para que nuestra estancia fuese la mejor posible. Además, nos proporcionaron ayuda con el transporte ida y vuelta del Riad al aeropuerto

De ligging is zeer prettig, aan de rand van de souk. Heerlijk echt Marokaans ontbijt

Nos alojamos dos personas en una habitación con baño propio, y camas separadas. El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, se encontraba fácilmente. Estaba todo muy limpio, las camas eran muy confortables. Abdellah nos atendió estupendamente, muy simpático y disponible para organizar transporte o excursiones. Te recogen en la misma puerta. El desayuno es local y bastante rico. Si tienes alguna alergia o intolerancia debes comentarlo previamente y se adaptan sin problema. Además el último día antes de marcharnos, nos prepararon una comida que estaba muy rica. Gracias por hacer la estancia tan agradable! 🙏🏼

Al ser un Riad, puede ser que las ventanas den al interior o al exterior, personalmente me hubiera gustado que la nuestra diese al exterior. Por todo lo demás genial.

Riad Rayan is a small riad in which they really have attention for the guests. The hosts- although not fluent in English- make sure your stay is as best as it possibly can be. When going out for an excursion they took the extra mile and prepared me a small go to breakfast the day before. Absolutely lovely! The location is great too. No need to wonder around the long windy roads as this is close to the main Medina. At the same time the noise is absolutely 0. As a light sleeper this is great!

Un po troppo essenziale l’arredo delle camere. Manca poi l’indicazione della struttura. Nel senso che arrivati non si sa dove sia il Riad

Excellent séjour. Le propriétaire est très accommodant. Endroit parfaitement bien situé au cœur de la médina. Je recommande ce riad.

Le Riad Rayan est idéalement situé en plein centre de Marrakech. Les lieux sont d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement entretenus. La terrasse est un véritable atout, propice à la détente et au repos. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Abdel et Christine nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et nous ont prodigué de précieux conseils et explications sur les visites, le change et la découverte de la ville. Une chose est sûre : si nous revenons à Marrakech, ce sera chez eux.

Das Riad ist gut gelegen. Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig. Der Empfang war, wie üblich, mit Tee und Informationen, gut. Das Bad war sauber und es gab heißes Wasser. Zimmer auch sauber.

Das vierer Zimmer ist sehr klein für zwei Doppelbetten. Daher zu teuer für dieses Zimmer.

Abdellah und Christine sind zwei ganz tolle und freundliche Besitzer eines sehr schönen Riad. Lage ist optimal in der Medina und sehr leicht zu finden. Ihre Herzlichkeit war super

costumer service was very poor especially from the host itself, limited help, details on property not accurate. This is the worst breakfast I had so far. Very disappointed and choice extremely limited

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war perfekt!

Alles war super - nur beim nächsten Mal würden wir 2 Doppelzimmer buchen, da das Familienzimmer für 4 Personen mit Gepäck etwas klein ist.

Tout était parfait. Abdellah est vraiment très accueillant et représente la gentillesse incarné. Il nous a beaucoup aidé dans l’organisation de notre séjour, nous a donné des conseils. Le Riad est magnifique, très propre et idéalement placé puisque nous sommes à deux pas de tout et dans une rue très calme. La chambre était très propre et très confortable. Bref, tout était parfait et cela a évidemment contribué à ce que nous passions un merveilleux séjour à Marrakech.

Great breakfast! Such a hospitable host who helped me with taxis to and from the airport and excursions. Very easy to find location next to a larger hotel and restaurant as well. Great rooftop resto, flowers, just two doors down. I booked this because it was easy to find and not as chaotic as other locations in the medina and it was exactly that! Super friendly host who was available on whatsapp if I needed. Felt very safe and cared for. Daily cleaning service in room as well. Very clean riad with kind people! Would totally recommend, especially to solo travelers.

The beds are harder than I’m used to, but that might be me! Otherwise perfect!

L'accueil d'Abdellah était parfait, le petit déjeuner, la chambre, le calme du Riad, la propreté tout était super. Il nous a super bien conseillé sur l'ensemble des activités à faire, les lieux à visiter. On reviendra !

La posizione, la disponibilità ( a qualsiasi ora)l'ospitalità, e la cortesia del proprietario . Anche la colazione sul terrazzo.

La camera è un pò piccola per 4 persone e un pò fredda .Ci sarebbe da cambiare i cuscini .Al mattino presto la pressione dell acqua era un po bassa.

De ligging van de Riad is erg goed, dichtbij het centrum, maar toch rustig. Je zit op wandelafstand van de Souks, de restaurants en Jardin Majorelle. Het ontbijt is minder uitgebreid dan op de foto, maar wel lekker en voldoende. De gastheer is enorm vriendelijk, doet graag een babbeltje en is heel behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons veel tips gegeven en stond steeds voor ons klaar. We werden elke ochtend begroet met een glimlach. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Prijs-kwaliteit is dit zeker een goede Riad.

Het enige minpuntje: ons matras was heel hard.

Tipico riad maghrebino con grazioso cortiletto interno e bella terrazza ove viene servita una buona colazione. Posizione ottima, fuori dal suk ma struttura a due passi dal Palazzo del Bacha e dal suo rinomato Cafe’ ed a 10/15 min a piedi da Koutubia e dalla Piazza simbolo di Marrakech. Ottimo anche il transfer da e per aeroporto . Il titolare è persona gentilissima e disponibile per ogni info sulla città.

Un po’ fredde le camere! A marzo a Marrakech può ancora fare freddo …(l’Atlante è lì vicino con le sue vette innevate).

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le gite est vraiment très bien placé et calme même au cœur de la médina. la place jama el fna est vraiment à 10 minutes à pied, les points de rdv pour les excusions sont à 2 min du riad. Le propriétaire est très serviable, arrangeant, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Rien à dire tout était parfait la propreté également. Nous reviendrons à l'occasion avec plaisir.

Az Óváros (Medina) szívében helyezkedik el. A bazársor, élelmiszerbolt, éttermek, kávézók, gyógyszertár 5-10 percre van. A szállásadó nagyon kedves, bármilyen kérdésre gyorsan válaszol. Kérésre idegenvezet a közeli népszerű helyekre. A szállás csendes, igazi marokkói stílusú, a reggelit pedig a tetőteraszon fogyasztottuk, szuper kilátással, csicsergő madarakkal. A szobát minden nap kitakarították. Reptéri transzfer kaputól kapuig.

Kicsi a szoba és az ablaka csak a folyosóra nyílik, de rácsos, így végeredményben szinte egész nap nyitva hagytuk, hogy szellőzön, hiszen csak estére értünk vissza. Az ágy nekünk túl kemény volt, de 1 hét alatt meg lehetett szokni. A szállásadó inkább franciául beszél, angolul keveset, de mindig sikerült megoldanunk a kommunikációt a google fordító segítségével.

L accueil et l emplacement

Un peu dur à trouver

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et la chambre était propre (ménage chaque jour). Par contre impossible de dormir nous étions comme sur la rue, les gens discutaient sous la fenêtre ou déposaient des poubelles (chambre au rez de chaussée à éviter). Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner avant 8h30. Eau chaude aléatoire et petit déjeuner simple.

Our first room was on the small size and then they put us in another room which was perfect! Amazing hosts.

We had a great time at Riad Rayan! Abdellah was such a kind and welcoming host, he even made us a fresh breakfast to go when we had to leave early for a tour. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to rewind after exploring, highly recommend this place!!

The breakfast was fabulous, the location was excellent, and Abdella was a spectacular host.

Great host and great place to stay. had to book last minute due to another accommodation falling through but very happy we ended up here instead. would recommend to anyone

Einen Aufenthalt im Riad Rayan kann ich nur empfehlen. Die gemütlichen Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ein guter Rückzugsort. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker außerdem wurde sehr unkompliziert und günstig der Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert. Der Host ist sehr herzlich, sodass man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat!

The host of the place was exceptional. Not only they recommended us some good restaurants in the area, but also they were very responsive to the requests we had. The breakfast at the place was also excellent. And not to mention the location, which was really close to the souks, but also away from the main crowd. Highly recommend the place.

Stanze pulite e le rifanno ogni mattina.Nel mercato di Marrakech capita spesso di vedere situazioni dove gente impanicata cerca la borsa dimenticata in qualche bazar e, regolarmente la ritrovano con tutto dentro! Fantastic stay at a beautiful and impeccably maintained Riad - would return in a heartbeat! Lovely hosts made us feel welcome and taken care of. Especially loved the peaceful rooftop terrace.

Muy limpio, los dueños encantadores y súper colaboradores ( a pesar de no hablar español, se esforzó para ayudarnos y entendernos, también consejos de donde ir o donde comer…).Un desayuno muy variado y diferente cada día. Súper bien ubicado: a 1 minuto de calle principal por lo que no había ese “ miedo” a perderse por las callejuelas de la medina, a 1 minuto del museo y en unos minutos varios restaurantes para todos los bolsillos, a 5 minutos del final de un tramo de zoco.

Fuimos en enero y hacía bastante frío, y el desayuno se servía en una terraza, por lo que pasamos un poco de frío…Esto con otra temperatura hubiera sido un lujazo!

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, la limpieza, el desayuno y por supuesto el personal, en todo momento muy atento a todas nuestras peticiones.

Staff accogliente e posizione perfetta

The owner/host was exceptional. He was warm and friendly and endeavoured to make sure we were having a good time, whether that was answering our questions, arranging for us massage treatments and being highly attentive at breakfast. He also arranged a taxi with a fixed price for when we left and helped us with our bags to get the taxi. The location felt safe and is close to the Royal Palace with lots of security, it is on a street near the main road making it fairly easy to find to get picked-up for excursions. This also means getting there via taxi to/from the airport you don't have to walk far with your bags. You are in the Medina so close to lots of attractions and souks. We were allowed to leave our bags for a few hours on the last day after we checked out which helped us make the most of the day. Also, adjacent to the building there is a restaurant which means the path to the accommodation is always lit up in the evening and it provides a local option for an evening meal/drinks and live Moroccan vibes, there is also a newly opened rooftop bar above. You will find however so many options within a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation as well as a bit further near the main (Jemaa el-Fnaa) square.

Nothing - In terms of value for money it is very difficult not to be happy with your stay! There was no hair dryer but this was not an issue for us.
