Înternet médiocre surtout la nuit à partir de 20h . difficilement pour obtenir une facture de réservation jusqu'au dernière minute de départ avec insistance desfois internet lent ou problème imprimante mais c un détail Problème de cet hôtel ni taxi ne peut arriver ni navette booking d'ailleurs j'ai annule ma réservation taxi car il m'a dit il m'attend a une ruelle a 100,,m de l'hôtel c trop j'ai du prendre navette hôtel seul qui peut arrivé a un emplacement près de hôtel en sens interdit hhhhh donc prévoyez tous ces paramètres sinon Istanbul comme d'habitude rien de changer sauf la cherete de la vie .

Unser Aufenthalt im Kent Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit (Vielen Dank an Doğukan. Çok teşekkür ederim). Die Lage ist hervorragend, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind und die Strassenbahn direkt in der Nähe ist. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The Hotel is central and walkable to all main tourist attractions. The tram stops in front of the hotel. We had a problem with our window and they immediately came to fix it. The staff is great and helpfull and the breakfast was excellent. I loved the fresh fruits.

We booked 3 days extra before our tour departed from the Hotel. I requested via booking.com and at the reception if we could stay in the same room. Both agreed we can, buy we had to pack up and move when our tour started. We were tired and was not pleased with the arrangements.

Super good location, breakfast is very generous in terms of the portion and the space is comfortable and bright

موقع ممتاز فندق نظيف الطاقم لطيف جدا فطور جيد جداً انصح بزياره الفندق. الاخذ بعين الاعتبار الشارع المقبل للفندق مغلق للسيارات لكن يمكن الوصول بلسيارن الى مكان قريب جدا من الفندق. الشارع المقابل للفندق حيوي جدا وهنالك كل ما تحتاجونه بقرب القندق بالاضافه الى محطه قطار قريبه جدا.

الوصول بعربات الاطفال يحتاج الى تحسين. الاضائة بالغرفه خافته جدا جدا تحتاج الى تحسين

Kent Hotel is definitely a 5 star ⭐ rating, the hotel is central to the Tram, shopping and 5 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar

Very noisy from neighbouring rooms and cleaning staff. Double glazing cuts sound from outside, but any noise, like talking, children crying, carries through the walls and doors

Location was excellent! Right across from the tram station . Lovely shops & restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptional.The beds & linen were exceptional! Hussain at the reception was amazing! He was very helpful & always kind . The Kent Hotel organized transport ftom the airport to the hotel upon arrival which was the best thing as we had zero stress upon arrival. When we moved across to the Asian side, Uskudar to experience that side of Istanbul the Kent organized a taxi to take us across. Ww will definitely be staying at the Kent Hotel on our next visit.

It's very difficult to find good Hotel with high quality service in Istanbul. Kent - was the best choice! Front Office Manager very professional, kind and nice person. To tell the truth, all Reception Staff trained well and they have very good example. Never had issues with check in and check out, and during stay they are ready to help. Luggage Porter will help you to check the suitcases weight and will take care of your Luggage, if you need so. Rooms cleanliness and set up amazing and up to standard. Bed very big wit good quality mattress, white new linen, soft comfy pillows. It the bedroom you will have coffee/tea facilities, TV, Air-conditioning, very cozy armchair, beautiful dyzain of the room, a lot of sockets, enough lights. Bathroom set up with shower cubic or bath tub, very fluffy and white colour towels, all amenities. Bathroom very clean , no mould and bad smell. Water pressure really good. Housekeeping Team doing amazing work! Bravo! Breakfast very delicious and definitely you will put so easy extra kg😁 Breakfast Staff taking care of every guest, especially children. Hotel location close to all famous places. If you need tram, it's front of the Hotel. I would like to say huge thank you for all the Kent Staff, who made my stay comfortable and safe!

The Hotel did Breakfast very well Location was fantastic, right beside public transportation Staff were fantastic

The Airconditioning was not adjustable, therefore the rooms were hot and not at all comfortable. The view was none existent, we looked over the Air Conditioning plant.

Beds uncomfortable, and small. Comforters also small for two people Breakfast was lacking, no omelet station. On return we were put into 518, beautiful big room with breathtaking views. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it off 5th floor. Just wish our bed was bigger and mattress more comfortable. Location is excellent across from Metro, short walk to Bazaar, across from university.

The hotel is perfected located close to the Old City, near the Grand Bazaar, restaurants and not far from the Blue Mosque and other sites. With the tramline directly outside you also access other areas of Istanbul. The hotel is clean, the room was nice and big and well and the rain shower was powerful and hot. The hotel seems to be triple glazed which also gives you a perfectly quite night.

Wifi was hit and miss - sometime slow so I ended up switching to mobile data quite a bit.

Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful

Air conditioning was always hot and unable to adjust or regulate. This was noted in several rooms during our stay and also experienced by several other guests. Drink prices at bar were ridiculously expensive.

L'hotel è molto pulito tutta la biancheria della camera viene cambiata ogni giorno. Posizione ottima.

Il letto è King size ma non il piumino, il personale non conosce nemmeno le parole basiche di italiano.

The hotel is well located and made for easy access to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Kent Hotel is absolutely amazing and definitely recommend it! Hotel cleanliness up to the standard. Housekeeping doing great work. Reception staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. At 6 am they met me with smile and did check in very quick, and upgraded my room. Breakfast very delicious and Breakfast Team taking care of each guest in Restaurant. Room was very clean, spotless, fresh white linen, cozy and comfortable bed. Complimentary water and coffee/tea facilities. Water pressure in the bathroom really good enough. Huge thank you for everyone who was taken care of me for my three nights in Kent Hotel. See you soon again in May.

Excellent location, right next to tram line. Clean and comfortable rooms, great selection at breakfast. Good value for money.

Some hooks or rails to hang things on would be helpful. I don't think the a/c was working but it wasn't a huge problem for us, we didn't report it so can't judge how well they would have dealt with it.

Location is fantastic.

Rooms are very small and dated. Fridge and A/C did not work. The room gets very hot and stuffy so you need to open the external window for fresh air as the A/C didn’t work. No tissues in room despite asking housekeeping for some. Breakfast was cold and tasteless. Overall, a disappointing stay but serves its purpose if you want somewhere centrally located.

Desi era anuntat cheak out la ira 12.00 este scris incusiv in lift la ora 11 nu se mai putea intra in camera cartela fiind blocata, femeia de la curatenie descjizandune cu cartdla ei si spunandu ne ca sa terminat timpul. Este rusinos pt hotel eu considerand ca respectul pentru client e zero.

Рекомендуем руководству отеля Кент заменить все полотенца для гостей - для рук, банные - очень старые, много раз использованы, срок службы вышел - не впитывают воду когда вытираешь руки и тело Полотенце для ног - лучшего качества, чем полотенца для рук и тела
