Checkout Time is too early, at least 11h00 will be better. Can you add Airfryer in the kitchen

Reviewed Feb 24, 2025It was a totally self catering apt with excellent facilities for cooking ( not just a microwave) Very comfortable accommodation, great host and excellent to have quiche and salad delivered personally to us by the owner Hennie. Welcoming fruit bowl, and basics for tea/,coffee and rusks. Place was very private and quiet and interactive TV was superb.

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Our stay at Wees Gerus exceeded our wildest expectations. The apartment was accessible, spacious,clean, modern, practical and lacked nothing. Our very friendly hosts Hennie and Marilize went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were settled and happy. Their attention to detail and level of hopitality is rare in today's world. Thanks Hennie and Marilize. Hennie's quiche and salad is to die for. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending your facility to family and friends...Reuben and Vivienne.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025Great location in a quiet cul-de-sac. Host was great and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We ordered his quiche and potato salad for dinner one night can definitely recommend this if you are staying at Wees Gerus.

The property we were welcomed to is beautiful, enchanting neighbourhood, and really a warm place. My partner and I are surely going back to Yzerfontein and to Wees Gerus in particular!!

Reviewed Mar 1, 2024Everything is done to perfection : Decor, space, cleanliness and very comfortable bed. Location: Peacefull, very relaxing with a lovely walk down to the beach and shops. The host, Hennie, went out of his way to make sure all is good and we have all we need during the week we spent there. We will definitely go back if we have the opportunity. THIS GUESTHOUSE is HIGHLY recommended!!

Reviewed Feb 13, 2024The host Hennie made us the most delicious fresh fish one evening and a hearty breakfast.He also gave us some snoek bake that he made himself to take with for free. He and his wife Marlize gave us directions of where we could go to see nearby attractions and recommended restaurants which we really appreciated. The property is within walking distance from the see and beach and the best was no loadshedding,since the unit has a gas stove and inverter for the rest.

There is a WiFi and Internet linked smart TV with YouTube, Netflix and more. The size of the apartment is perfect even for long stays. But you will be more captivated by the KINDNESS of Hennie and Mariana.
