三間房間真的太棒了，室內大桌子也是非常實用！設備應應俱全，如果能有烘衣機及浴室置物架的就太完美了！

NOTHING! AVOID THAT PLACE!

1. Scam photos - the apartment we received was completely different from the one shown in the listing (the photos of our apartment are not even on the site!). When I asked why, the owner didn't see a problem - he claimed it was his house and he could replace the furniture anytime, apparently without updating the the site. 2. Basement location – the apartment was located in a basement, while on the photos it even had a balcony/terrace. We have not booked an apartment in the garage level below the ground! 3. No day light- the windows were covered with opaque foil and they were barred like in jail 4. Damaged and unsafe windows, windows are sticky from dirt and all in insects – the windows had holes and gaps, and one of the window panes was broken. Also, I have never ever seen so dirty windows in my entire life. 5. Leaking AC – in main bedroom the water was constantly running down the wall straight on the bed, making it wet all the time. After reporting the host came and said he repaired it - no, he didn't and judging from the stains on the walls, the problem with AC has been going on for a longer time. 6. Cockroaches – there were cockroaches of the mouse size inside the apartment. 7. No waste bins – guests were instructed to leave their rubbish bags outside the entrance, where they remained in 30°C heat throughout the day, causing a strong and unpleasant smell. 8. If you anyhow happen to be there - pull out the drawers from the beds and you will se it has never ever been cleaned there. There are tons of dust, people's shoes and condoms.

地板很不平！房東的提示太多！好像在警告客人讓人覺得有壓力！搬行李上下樓不方便！

距離地鐵站相當近, 只是入口要找一下. (這次民宿主人發給我們的指引照片, 因為巷子入口處的店家在整修中看不到明顯的招牌, 所以在找路比對時錯過了繞了一圈) 出來就是延南洞商店街也很好逛, 去弘大也是過一條馬路就到.

地板很軟，而且根本就不平，即便是1樓也有階梯沒有電梯

Super clean, comfortable beds.

Could only find one trashcan in the bathroom. Figured there would be one in the kitchen. Also wished there was a sofa, buy understand theres not a lot of room.

I loved the location, cleanliness and the facilities, amenities provided. The property owner is amazingly kind, helpful and understanding. Made my stay really comfortable and amazing.

1. 房子沒有地熱只有房間附有電暖器，冬天的時候很冷可能無法接受。 2. 住宿位於巷子內 還需要爬樓梯再往上，安全上比較有疑慮。 3. 住宿當晚跳電兩次，房東並沒有立刻回覆這個問題。 4. 沒有提供任何瓶裝水或飲水機、衛生紙。 5. 因為沒有地熱，浴室又有個對外窗，基本上洗澡時真的非常寒冷，會讓人發抖的程度

1.老闆人很好有求必應 2.離弘大站市區超近 附近都是吃的跟逛的 3.房間很大 可以放很多咖行李箱 4.洗澡熱水很熱 5.有個大客廳很讚 還有兩個暖氣 6.老闆有附兩個吹風機 跟三個萬用插座 不用自己帶轉接頭！ 7.有個超大全身鏡 可以每天打扮美美的 8.衣架蠻多的 插座也很多的！ 9.餐具很夠用 有電磁爐可以煮一碗熱呼呼的泡麵

1.老舊房子改建 所以窗戶都封起來 2.隔音比較不好 會聽到樓下住戶的聲音 3.在二樓 下雪那時候上樓梯有點滑 4.行李箱要抬上樓梯有點累

部屋がきれいで、色々揃っていたので便利で快適でした。チェックインの時間に間に合わないことを伝えると対応してくださり、パスワードを事前に教えてくれた。

住所が少し違っていてわかりにくかった。 エアコンの暖房が効きにくかった。

The host was kind, friendly, and always helpful. The place is very close to Hongik Univ Station Exit 3, with spacious and well-organized rooms.

Good location.

Water leaking problem of the wall and under the refrigerator. It was too humid, too old and it’s not as good as the pictures. No elevator.

Location, amount of rooms and beds, size of property, long table in the dining room, towels provided, soaps and shampoo provided, great communication, kindness in letting us arrive early, and easy to follow instructions.

No knifes, no rubbish bin, no bed sheets, shower was an extension off the basin and caused the whole bathroom to get wet, can’t flush used toilet paper - which isn’t bad but the collection bin needs a plastic bag and lid, alongside better instructions for discarding bathroom waste upon departure, and although we didn’t need it there was no oven.

דירה מרווחת , בעלים נחמד ושירותי מאוד. מומלץ. שני חדרי שינה , שלוש מיטות זוגיות מקלחת טובה עם מים חמים נעימים ומגבות זמינות. מטבח שימושי ומצויד אזור עישון מחוץ לבית על המדרגות. המיקום נהדר במרחק 20 מטר מרחוב כיפי מאוד , ובמרחק שתי דקות מתחנת מטרו קו 2 . וממנה יש גם רכבת ישירה המגיעה לשדה התעופה icn תוך שעה. מסעדות מצוינות לארוחת בוקר ממש קרובות וזולות. וכל אזור Hongdea הוא חוויה ממש!!

הרצפה באזור חדר המגורים קצת לא ישרה . יש לינולאום שבוצע באופן קצת חובבני ומכסה חורים ברצפה. זה לא משמעותי בכלל אבל ניתן היה לשפר את זה . ( להזריק לשם בטון דרך חור קטן בכיסוי)

Excellent location. There's lots of restaurant and cafe nearby, very close to the metro station.

Wall between apartment is a bit thin, sometimes is noisy.

-Cleanliness , very clean -Location is very good - within 5 mins from hongik university station . You can take the airport rail from Incheon and straight to hongik ( exit 3 )and you do not need to change the train - food was around us , very convenient , there’s 2-3 convenient store -Bed was comfortable -Design of the property was very cozy and warm - heating for shower is good - the shampoo and conditioner was really good - hairdryer was good n dried our hair nicely - no place to store your luggage , but owner was kind to allow us to put it outside of the rooms first .

- owner texted few days before our arrival to change my original property to another which we agreed , but I had specifically mentioned that I have elderly travelling and the steps cannot be many or steep. - he said the new place had 10 steps ( no choice ), but it turned out to be 15 steep narrow steps - misunderstanding on the bedsheets, the property do not have bedsheets , they use mattress protector which they call bed cover as “bedsheets “. So do not be shocked . Owner said he had 6 Airbnb and all was done in such way. It was soft though. ( picture below) - the heater console for bath is Not beside the bathroom But in 1 of the bedroom. And it’s all in Korean ( Google translate did not help) . I had to text the owner to ask how to use .As the heater console includes floor heating buttons which you can accidentally press. - the owner Yoon was upset and suggested I should have stayed in hotel when I suggested that his staff may have forgotten to put the bedsheets. - out of 3 room , only 1 room have mirror ( small issues) - there is 1 toilet - so not too ideal for big group - 4 pax max - I had asked if I can have early check in , but owner could not give me a firm answer . I think he has 6 properties and do not handle the coordination himself. He had a staff Hoi to assist me and you need to liaise with the staff . It is 10KRW per pax for early check in . I did not get an early check in though…and waited to 230 pm to text Hoi and ask if room was ready . FYI - Check in is officially at 3 pm Overall still good except for the cultural misunderstandings and the steps to climb for the old folks ..

Good place if you wanna hang around Heongdae for a few nights with friends. Everything is close by, restaurants, bars, GS25. Parking is really hard to find (and pricey), so plan accordingly. The apartment was clean, very well equipped, the owner's response to my messages was fast, and the instructions were clear. Rooms are cozy and clean. Each room has AC, except for the bathroom, here's a window with a curtain. We were booking an apartment for 5 people, so we had to take stairs. Mind that if your movement is restricted - there's no elevator and the room is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is in this dead-end street with one small restaurant that seems sketchy during the night, but we had no issues. Close to Hongik University Station.

We had small miscommunication with the owner, he sent me the wrong access code, but it was solved within 10 minutes.

We got a different option to what we booked. Instead of one apartment with 3 bedrooms, we got two separate apartments beside each other. They were both lovely. Clean and easy to find. It was our second time in Seoul and we were so happy to have found a good location this time. A lot of cafes and restaurants around it.

There is a terrace space Infront of the two apartments. It would be lovely to get a sunshade there As Seoul's humidity is often quite high, a dryer beside the washing machine would have been nice for us but generally there is nothing negative about the place

no kitchen towels. bath towels too small not enough. too steep stairs. difficult for baby strollers and old people.

The rooms is very nice. Location is good near convenience shop, restaurant and craft beer.

Good location , near station and central

It’s spacious and clean. The inferior design was nice and the beds are so comfortable. It’s silent at night and I sleep so well.

No lift for the luggage

The location was excellent with easy access to Hongdae. The rooms were clean and comfortable and our host very helpful with questions we had about local restaurants.
