The room was basic but very clean. Narrow staircase to the room/ rooftop . Not for people with movement restrictions

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Krásne ubytovanie má výbornú polohu. Ak pridete taxi, hlavna cesta je 50 m od ubytovania. Poloha priamo v centre, do 5 minút ste na hlavnom námestí. Personál veľmi milý a ochotný pomôcť. Vynikajúce raňajky na krásnej terase. Upratovanie apartmánov každý deň ako aj výmena uterákov. Odporúčam.

Nada de relevante, apenas no nosso caso o WC, embora privado era fora do quarto.

Dois pontos nos incomodou bastante: não aceitarem cartão para pagamento da estadia porque estavam com problema, o que obrigou-nos a ir apressadamente levantar o montante e a nossa reserva estava feita desde muito antes e mesmo assim ao chegarmos fomos surpreendidos com a notícia de que estavam cheios e iriam nos colocar em um outro hotel (perto dali), entretanto não foi isso que pagamos e muito menos queríamos estar em um local diferente, uma vez que esse novo hotel estava ainda visivelmente em obras e com alguns pormenores a serem finalizados.

Cuando te duchas ,el baño se inunda. No responden cuando haces alguna pregunta antes de ir al alojamiento. Contactó con un taxista amigo que me quería cobrar mucho y al final el taxi fue compartido con otra huésped pero nos cobro a ambos. Me pareció un mal gesto de despedida por parte del chico más mayor de recepción

La salle de bain est bien privative mais sur le palier soit en dehors de la chambre.

One queen bed room was clean enough, not very specious but good for one, little tight for two. If you want bigger room, take room with two separate beds.
Breakfast on the rooftop was very romantic however could've been a little more filling.

Está muy bien ubicado, en plena Medina, muy cerca de todo lo mas interesante para ver en Marrakech y poder moverte andando a todos los sitio. El servicio por parte del personal, es impecable, están todo el rato pendiente de que este todo bien y no te falte de nada. Nos dieron la bienvenida con un te. El desayuno en la terraza es de lo mejor, muy completo y muy rico. La limpieza excelente.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes à pieds de toutes les commodités (place jemaa el efna, la médina) Le personnel est adorable, serviable et toujours aux petits soins : thé offert à l'arrivée la terrasse est agréable, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié avec des bons produits la chambre est spacieuse et les lits confortables, le ménage est fait tous les jours avec changement de serviettes nous avons bien apprécié le calme, car placé dans une impasse au calme
