Trong toilet có vài chỗ mốc , máy lạnh không đủ lạnh, dù để 16 độ nhưng chỉ mát thôi, chứ ko lạnh nổi, buổi trưa nằm trong phòng k dám ôm người yêu luôn vì ôm cái là nóng, sau khi check out phải tự dọn dẹp gôm rác đó là qui định của home dán trong phòng .. book dịch dụ phòng xong out phải dọn dẹp phòng .. .

Lamy House est placée dans une petite rue très calme mais les commerces restent à proximité. Petite terrasse pour manger dehors. Possibilité de laver son linge. Micro cuisine mais largement suffisant. Exceptionnellement propre Pour info, le marché flottant de Cai Rang est à 15 minutes en scooter

Nhà vs hơi bé nhưng phòng còn mới và sạch sẽ

- Vị trí tốt, ngay sát trung tâm Cần Thơ nên đi chơi rất tiện. - Giường sạch. - Great location, right next to Can Tho city center, making it very convenient to get around. - Clean bed.

- Có chiếc xe hơi đậu ngay trước cửa nhà, tôi đi xe máy, ra vào vô cùng bất tiện, cổng mở theo kiểu kì lạ. - Nhà tắm không sạch, cống nước còn rất nhiều tóc bẩn, bệ cửa sổ phòng tắm dơ và còn đồ khách trước để lại, thùng rác dọn còn vương giấy ra ngoài. - Parking is an issue. A car was parked right in front of the house, making it extremely difficult to get my motorbike in and out. The gate design is also quite strange. - The bathroom was not clean, the drain was full of hair, the windowsills were dusty, and the previous guests' belongings were still there. The trash can was left with a small piece of paper on top.

De locatie is echt super. De kamer die we hadden was mooi en smaakvol ingericht. De douch was heerlijk en het bed zeer comfortabel. Communicatie met de beheerder via WhatsApp ging erg soepel.

Izba bola čistá, cítili sme sa veľmi dobre. Upratovali nám každý deň. Dostali sme veľmi podrobne inštrukcie k otváraní brány aj dverí od izby. Prišli sme veľmi neskoro večer, vôbec nebol s tým žiadny problém.

The apartment was absolutely clean and cozy. Everything was within walking distance, or it was not a problem to order a taxi. People were friendly and very helpful.

Enfin un lit confortable, ce qui est à souligner car c’est plutôt rare en Asie… et la localisation plutôt au calme avec les commodités à proximité.

La fenêtre en sortie de salle de bain qui donne sur l’appartement voisin et implique un gros vis-à-vis. Aucun contact avec l’hôte qui gère tout à distance, pratique pour le Check in/ out mais un peu dommage.

It’s a nice, clean place. The interior design is lovely. I asked to cancel a few nights and they agreed immediately and didn’t charge anything which was very nice of them.

This is a self-check in hotel. It wasn’t clear enough when I booked, so this was an unpleasant surprise. It says “private check in” in the description which is misleading. Since I booked last minute and was in a hurry I didn’t try to go figure what this obscure definition means. The staff is very attentive over chat, but it’s a very impersonal experience. It feels almost like talking to AI. Also, the lobby has motorcycles parked in it, which block the entrance.

La disponibilità dello staff a risolvere problemi ( ci hanno cambiato subito la stanza a causa del lavandino ingorgato del bagno) la cura nell' arredo della stanza e la struttura in generale di recente costruzione, pulita e tenuta con cura.

L'emplacement du logement dans Can tho proche du centre ville et dans une rue calme, la chambre est jolie.

La serrure électronique qui n'avait plus de batterie, nous a quelque peu dérangée à notre arrivée. Heureusement, la propriétaire a été réactive pour la changer.

We weren’t that keen on Can Tho besides the Mekong and night market not a lot to do the food in general is not that great either

It was a nice room, AC worked very well, bed was nice, WiFi was nice as well. The host was super kind.

There was a dog outside that was barking the entire night. Even with (very good) earplugs we could still hear him. We really struggled with sleeping. Also, the window towards the hallway has some pretty bad blinds I would say. You can literally see in the neighbours room through it…. So the light was also coming in. We did ask her to put the hallway light off in the night and she did but didn’t help enough cuz there were some other lights. We had to sleep with sleeping mask.

We were wonderfully welcomed in this timeless place. The surroundings are enchanting, the accommodations are beautiful, and a true sense of peace flows through the whole property. The owner is an inspiring person, deeply dedicated to offering her guests an authentic and caring experience. Each morning, she prepares delicious homemade breakfasts in a peaceful and warm atmosphere. Other meals are also available on-site, all lovingly cooked. Bicycles are provided free of charge—perfect for exploring the area, especially the beautiful "land of coconuts." The property also includes a workshop where she creates natural products from coconut and garden plants. These handmade creations seem almost magical, and we left with several of them, happy to support her commitment to nature and local traditions. Her recommendations also led us to great restaurants and a wonderful boat excursion. This special outing gave us a deep and authentic insight into the local lifestyle, economy, and traditional know-how. An inspiring, rejuvenating, and deeply human experience. Thank you for everything!

Can’t say anything bad! The staff were so helpful in organising a new bus when ours got canceled even after we had checked out! The room was clean and comfy, no complaints 😊

Very neat and clean. Comfortable bed, extra toiletries, and free water. Appreciated the air conditioner and availability of the elevator. Close to restaurants, other attractions and airport which is 10km from Lamy House.

Lovely modern bachelor type apartment. Wonderful shower, fridge, kettle, comfy bed, 4 pillows , lots of storage and a washing machine! Very secure building. Great location with a surprise water feature at the end of the street. Close to some great restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the Night Market , street food area, and waterfront, about 25 minutes to “Lovers Bridge” get there before 10:00 p.m. /22 as the lights are shut down. Someone was always available via What’s Up for any inquiries we had.

We had a fantastic stay at Lamy House. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows (2 thickness). Very clean with a nice deco. The little kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need to cook a simple meal. Condiments provided. Located in an alleyway next to restaurants and supermarkets. Contrary to some previous reviews, the room is very quiet at night. We didn’t hear at night the dogs nor the birds. From around 8 pm the street was very quiet. Nice spacious terrace where we had breakfast in the morning. We never saw Lamy but all communication is via WhatsApp and she is extremely responsive. Insanely good value too! We only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed a lot longer.

I hated the sound of caged birds coming from somewhere near the window. It made me sad. Instead of being trapped inside small cages,they should be in the wild, flying.

Comfortable bed, enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain with large bottles of body wash and shampoo provided. Super easy check-in via key code and fast communication in English with the host via WhatsApp at any time. Having a lift (elevator) was great. Good location within easy walking distance of major sights. Extremely reasonable price.

Not much space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries but easy to use the kitchenette counter just outside the bathroom door for this purpose. No desk or chairs in the room so the only place to sit is on the bed (or go down to the lobby where there’s a large table with chairs). Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

the hosts are great, always available on WhatsApp for further info. Balcony room was great, good bathroom and strong ac, I did a little cooking on the induction hob.

My comments are the same as the previous reviewer (Alex). A great value, very well located, clean and comfortable property, just a short walk to the lake and the lively De Tham street that leads off from the opposite side of the lake. Contact with Lamy for assistance through the booking.com app or whatsapp was fabulous. I thoroughly recommend Lamy when you visit Can Tho.

Our room 301 was a great space with a kitchenette and use of a full shared kitchen if required. Good lighting and plenty of power points. Beautifully kept and true to photos. The kettle in our apartment wasn't working, and they quickly arranged a replacement. Plenty of hot water. Washing machine on rooftop although we didn't use it. Nice restaurant/bar on the corner of the road.

Not a big problem but the blind by the entrance door lets in quite a bit of light to the room. We told the owners of this, so hopefully it will be replaced at some point.

Amazing shiny new look property in an an area close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Access was easy through the code provided on booking and the operators were easily contactable and communicative via WhatsApp. The room was beautiful and clean with some modern oriental styling.

Nice and clean- nice quiet location but still had cafes and restaurants near by and could walk to harbour. Was able to use washing machine to do laundry. Lamy was very good at WhatsAp communication.
