Comfortable room. Staff were helpful. Kitchen and laundry facilities were good.

Listing was not clear about location. 4 different properties scattered across city. Spend less time telling me about all the trips they sell and give me info about finding the right property.

Very clean, simple room, just as shown in the pictures. Lovely staff, very helpful with arranging tours and bus tickets. Really good price, would recommend, especially for a short stay.

Not great ventilation in the bathroom, gets quite hot in there.

Convenient location and hassle-free automated check-in. The private parking is very handy. Loved the clean, bright room with plenty of windows for fresh air! Only downside is the lack of an elevator, but overall a great experience.

Tận tình

Staff disponibile e gentile, tutto come da annuncio

Everything you need. Clean and the staff always answers immediately.

Feels a little weird because nobody is there. Our aircon wasn‘t really working..

Central located, good room, helpful staff

Phòng óc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, ngăn nắp

Thiếu bàn cao để làm việc

Nhà nghỉ tiện nghi có máy giặt, bếp và ban công. Nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình.

The service by the host was excellent. They were readily available at all times by message and responded quickly. They helped me set up activities and onward transportation.

Access code for the door was a little tricky sometimes. Always fine in the end though.

The tiny studio offered some great facilities: washing machine (communal use), fridge and basic kitchenette, air conditioning. It was quiet and allowed a good night's rest. Although not on the premises, staff were really keen and quick to help and resolve any problems. During the evening and at breakfast, street vendors and a couple of little eateries just on the corner near the apartment offered a cheap and convenient option for a quick meal.

There is no lift so if you arrive with lots of luggage it's a bit of a struggle. Kind staff helped with carrying bags though. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the centre of town.

The room was perfect, clean, comfy and very well located. We were able to wash our clothes with the machin at our disposal, a real plus. Moreover, the communication was perfect and our hoste was very helpful. We had a very good time here.

Everything was perfect.

Nice and quiet location but within a few minutes walk of everything you want, staff where just around the corner and come to greet you immediately to show you around and give you entry codes so you can come and go as you please. There's a free washing machine and kitchen on each floor for use and all is nice and modern. I would definitely stay again for the money it was perfect for me.

The host really do everything to help, - and in a very kind way. This was important for me as i do not understand any vietnamese.

Location, staff and services.

Nice location, beautiful, new Friendly staff Highly recommend

No

The room is more beautiful than I imagined. The location is in the center of the city and it's convenient to travel. The staff are thoughtful and very friendly. If you need assistance they will be there in just 2-3 minutes Next time I will come back

Spacious and clean.

Noise from several nearby roosters early every morning

Nice and clean room.

The hanging light was broken, the TV didn't work for the 1st time, so I had to ask the staff for support to connect wifi to the tv.

Location was great. The host were awesome. Although it’s not a 24hr reception a simple msg in WhatsApp and they answer straight away and will sort out anything you need. They organised a tour of the floating markets for us last minute and the guide was awesome. They helped us get to the bus station so we get catch our bus. Nothing was a problem for them. The room was newly renovated and very comfy.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place was modern and very tidy. We could rent super cheap motorbikes.

The only minor inconvenience was the open shower - the entire floor was wet.
