Urban Flat

Posizione, gentilezza, pulizia, arredo

Duschablage hält nicht, Gummidichtung Türe Dusche fällt ab

Decent size and cleanliness

No washing machine and the closest laundry is 15 minutes away

Posizione comodissima, centrale. Host gentilissimo.

The apartment was very spacious and had a terrace. The neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment was well equipped with things like a coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen had coffee capsules, cream, olive oil, spices, and even pasta, which was especially helpful since we arrived in the evening. Before check-in, we received detailed instructions about where to find the keys, how to enter the apartment, and where the trash containers were located. After traveling around Italy, it was also nice to finally have a proper duvet cover on the bed - in many places in Italy there was only a sheet with a blanket on top.

Overall, the apartment was excellent. The only thing missing for me was a washing machine, although this seemed common in other apartments we stayed at in Rome and Milan as well. In Lugano, however, you can easily find self-service laundries if you need to freshen up your clothes after a long trip.

Immer gerne wieder!

This flat has everything you need. The kitchen is super stocked and literally its all there when you arrive, you don't need to go out and come back with anything. For business this is great. The wifi is excellent and the facilities are exactly what is described. I would not hesitate to book here again. Its excellent.

nothing, its perfect

Great flat, spacious, clean and has everything you need. Large balcony. Car parking space. Close to everything in Lugano. Host was so helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this flat, thanks for everything 👌

The apartment was more spacious than expected. It was in a great location and host was easy to communicate with, helpful and flexible. Plenty of towels provided, elevator access, parking spot in garage included.

A washing machine to do laundry while traveling would be a huge plus. The host was helpful and provided a list of nearby laundry options, which we did use, but being able to do laundry on your own when traveling with kids a significant consideration when booking. The parking space is tight, which the host lets you know about beforehand, but it is good to be aware of.

Moderne, saubere Wohnung in Top Lage. Gute Kommunikation

Next level, everything was fantastic, just above and beyond of all expectations, will definitely book them again next time

Estremamente pulito e curato nei dettagli. Poi Stefano, l’host, è staro gentilissimo e disponibile.

Nulla

Good location, ample space, new/very well maintained, and the host was very responsive and great in general. Grazie Stefano!

Sheets a bit old - not crisp but honestly we loved this apartment and the host was very responsive. Excellent

Posizionare centrale e tutto perfetto

Clean, functional

Bed sheet could be bigger to avoid detaching from mattress

It was very nice, very clean and functional

The lockbox was not easy to open and close, anyway staff found promptly a solution to help

Very clean and very good location! Near train, bus, shopping, restaurants and sea.

In a million years I would not have found it or intuited how to get in based on the insights I had! The TV didn’t work even when calling the help number and the internet didn’t connect until the last night of my stay.

Super clean, spacious, modern. Perfect location.

Good location, spacious for the 3 of us.

Modern, spacious and good location

A toaster would be good and extra toilet roll but apart from that was very good

Spacious and cozy.

1) No rack in the bathroom to hang wet towels. 2) coffee machine seemed having problem with water injection. Suggest to get it checked and fixed.

This is an impeccable modern apartment located a short walk from the centre of Lugano. The bed was comfortable (we especially liked the double sheet, rather than individual coverings). The apartment is also air-conditioned, which in the hot weather was much appreciated. The host went out of their way to supply us with a Swiss-European power adapter, as all sockets were of the Swiss style.

Nothing. This is an exceptional apartment.

Very spacious and clean! Very central location, yet calm area. The balcony is very enjoyable!

The bed was too soft for us, thus not the most comfortable. But we are used to harder bed, so this might not be a problem for other people.

The apartment was big, comfortable and with all the necessary amenities included. Also the location was excellent, 1 min walk from the city center. The host was very responsive to any questions that came up.

Nothing.

Very clean and spacious in the heart of Lugano
