Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Die Unterkunft liegt im einem friedlichen und ruhigen Teil von Zeerust und ist zusätzlich durch Zaun und Tor gesichert. Der Check in war unkompliziert, einfach über WhatsApp kurz melden. Das Cottage liegt absolut privat mit eigener Gartenteil und ist einfach perfekt. Alles ist blitzblank sauber und auch hübsch und wertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und zusätzlich überraschenderweise ein paar Sachen für ein kleines Frühstück mit Jogurt und Müsli. Fürs Abendessen haben wir uns Dank der Hilfe des Gastgebers etwas liefern lassen können, was perfekt war, da wir müde waren. Und wir haben sooo gut geschlafen, wirklich ein Ort wo man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen kann. Wir reisen viel und legen großen Wert auf gute und hübsche Unterkünfte, aber hier wird sicher keiner enttäuscht. Schade, dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, hier kann man es gerne länger aushalten. ❤️ Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung! Es war einfach klasse!!!❤️🌺

Reviewed May 17, 2026The location is the best, outside town and a very tranquil location. The venue is beautiful giving that comfort and peace of mind. I like the fact if gives a feeling of that home away from home, where you can have a little braai with family and friends.
The sinks & bathroom mixers. If you are not informed, you would think there is no hot water. The mixers are the other way round. Other than that, all was good.

I hope in future they can consider a door for the bathroom even if it’s those sliding doors, just for privacy.

From the moment you open your door until the moment you leave, there is a peaceful, welcoming feeling that makes you feel right at home. The gardens are absolutely picture-perfect – beautifully kept and a pleasure to wake up to. I have stayed over twice, and it has become my definite stop-over every time I visit Zeerust. Truly a gem!

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Wat een heerlijke plek is dit! Het was zo ontzettend fijn om wat meer ruimte te hebben en ook om even lekker op de bank netflix te kijken. Het huisje is super modern gestyled en afgewerkt. En dat voor die prijs!
Een beetje gek dat de badkamer geen deur heeft. Fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de algemene BBQ faciliteiten, het zou nog een mooie plus zijn als je ook iets van een elektrisch pitje en een paar pannen in het huisje hebt.

The shower head fell down was whilst showering. At night it took 30minutes to finally get hot water running. In the morning, we had cold showers because there was no hot water. We even checked out after 12pm because the receptionist kept on promising and promising for hot water but dololo
