Reviewed Jul 19, 2026It was neat, had access to dstv, the bed was large as described, was coffee and milk, easy to check out, simply drop keys by gate. The guest house looks much better than on the pics. It is a safe place.
Aircon was not changing room temperature. There was no bottled water.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The place was so clean. The had put an electric blanket. It was so warm in room with air conditioning.The water was hot, we were so amazed when we were taking a shower. The staff give you privacy. They are so nice. I will definitely book the place next time I'm in the Province. What you see on the website is what you get and you get more. I would recommend to family and friends.

A couple of power cuts, beyond the guesthouse's control. The power was eventually restored each time. So it was not a major issue.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Beautiful and comfortable stay that is safe and central. So great that they had an electric blanket coz I hate feeling cold at night. Loved the fact that the room was also well equipped with a fridge and microwave. Overall a wonderful place.
The ants were a problem. You leave a packet of chips on the table to take a shower and you come back to them throwing a party. Its summer and this will become worse if not controlled. Perhaps pest control would assist.

The electric blanket is too small for a kingsize bed, leaving the connection point (big hard bump) right under your shoulder position. Very uncomfortable sleep. The bed sheets were not changed. Found some goo from previous guests and bedside tables still had dirty rings on.

From the moment I walked in, the room smelled fresh and was spotless—like, you could tell the housekeeping team really pays attention to detail. The bed linens were crisp and white, the bathroom was sparkling, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. I also appreciated the small touches—fresh towels, toiletries stocked up, and even the floors looked like they’d just been cleaned. It made the stay feel super comfortable and relaxing. If cleanliness is high on your list (which it definitely is on mine), this hotel does not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again and again and again!

The unit we stayed in was big, and everything in the unit was working, and plenty hot water for showers was lovely. We ordered supper, and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. It was divine. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.
