Reviewed Nov 22, 2024The location to the main bus terminal and the gondolas is very convenient. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They go way out of their way to help you plan your time in Manizales. They made this city so much better!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2024The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect, if you need to be close to the bus terminal. The room is small, but there are shelves and hooks for your things, which is well done. I've probably had the best hot shower during 7 weeks of Colombia there.
If you have an inside room, your "window" will go into the corridor and you can't close it ( it's slats for ventilation- you can pull a blind over it) so that you can hear everything that happens in the staircase. Which also means hearing the TV at reception. Once Everybody (including reception) is at sleep, it is quiet, but until then, it's rather noisy. It felt slightly overpriced to me.

But once we arrived at hotel adel, they Took really good care of us, the room is very clean and confortable. Also- the hotel is right across the street from the bus terminal so that's very convenient. Another thing- theres a teleférico from the terminal to go up to the center of town which is what we did. Had some food, walked around and then back down the teleférico. Convenient and cheap.
