🔴⛔️NO BOOK HERE⛔️🔴 Muy sucio todo y con una falta de mantenimiento terrible. La alfombre muy sucia y con mucho polvo acumulado. Sufrí un episodio crítico de asma por esto. Para acceder te envían unas instrucciones de 16 páginas con las indicaciones, como si fueses a estudiar un máster universitario. La ubicación es fatal para todo, tienes que usar grab sí o sí. No hay nada cerca donde comer ni comprar. Al llegar encontré mucha agua en el suelo, avisé y me dijeron que irían a ver que sucedía, y nunca aparecieron. El check in es a las 15:00 y el check out a las 11:00 con la excusa de la limpieza, pero ahí hace años que no limpian, solo cambian sábanas y toallas y poco más. Menos mal que solo reservé por una noche. 🔴⛔️NO BOOK HERE⛔️🔴

Not recommended at all. We did not receive any check-in instructions from the platform or via email. There was no notification until one hour before check-in, and only after we contacted customer service to obtain the host’s WhatsApp number ourselves. Once we messaged the host, he finally sent the instructions. We were extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit. The carpets were very old and dusty. We found extra bedsheets and blankets simply folded and hidden under the bed without any covering, which was unhygienic. The artificial grass in the indoor balcony area, including the table and chairs, was also very old and poorly maintained—the grass kept coming loose whenever we stepped on it. The worst part was finding a total of six small cockroaches during our stay. We contacted the host to inform him of the issue and expressed our dissatisfaction, but there was no response at all, let alone any immediate action taken. As a result, we had no choice but to check out one night early and book another hotel. Worst homestay experience ever.

Lots food nearby, 10mins drive to Jonker Street, A Famosa, Dataran Pahlawan, etc. Spacious studio and facilities were good and well maintained. Free Wi-Fi and Free Parking. NO deposit needed 👍👍👍

Shower water heater in the morning not stable. Last person shower not getting the hot water. But not an issue during night shower. Both fan remote have dead battery. Need to keep swapping from ac/tv remote to control the fan. Small issue only.

The location is very convenience. Near to jonker street, mahkota parade, dataran pahlawan.

High density condo. 4 elevators for 38 floors residents. 1 to 6 are parking. 7th is facility. Long waiting time to go up and go down during the peak hours.

Fast host respond, even i have problem when check in, but the host respond my phone call quick. My kids happy with all the accommodations especially the pool and playgroud.

first time enter the parking lot, i get confuse with the car path. but still acceptable and the parking is consider safe.

Location was good. Near shoplots and at town area. Facilities was good. Recommended for family with kids

The room was not up to expectation. The smell of the carpet in the room was bad. I had to buy some fresher to spray the room and keep the windows, fans and airconds on. Essential items was not provided. Like soaps and shampoo. Cutlery only have 1 set of fork and spoon. Plant in the room are also dieing didn't upkeep. Hope the hoste can improve the quality of the room.

I like the concept of being a studio with dining,living and bedroom together even with a small yard. The owner provides a fast solution when there is a problem.

The exhaust in the bathroom is too loud sound and irritating. The pillow provided is too soft and too flat. Some of the accessories like the table in the makeup room is spoilt already.

The location was very good as it's just a short drive from jonker. The aircond was cold that we always set it to a higher temperature and there is hot water although it seems like the hot water is limited. Facilities like gym, sauna and swimming pool were good especially their kids pool.

There were no shampoo and body soap so you have to bring some yourself, the only amenities were the towels and there were only 1 which we could not use after swimming as we would not have other towel. The room was mediocre at best in terms of cleanliness and design. The bathroom were oozing sewer smell out to the room. Ventilation was loud.

The extra bed was not comfortable - mattress too thin. The bathroom sink has poor drainage. No microwave - oven available was not able to heat our drinks. Bath soap and shampoo were not available.
