1. The master bedroom bathroom lacks a place to put soap or shower cream. 2. The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on; it sinks in. 3. Mirrors could be placed in each room or the living area to make applying makeup easier, so one doesn't have to wait for the bathroom mirror. 4. A water dispenser could be provided. 5. The key collection locker number is blurry and unclear. Everything else was very satisfactory.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Everything was good. The room was comfy and spacious for 4 people, and had a nice view too.
Parking -was a bit confusing; to go up to the next floor, you have to turn around and follow the signs to "Exit/Keluar" to reach the upper level. Lift. - It takes quite some time, especially during peak hours when checking out.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Great location as long as you have a vehicle which we did. Great looking pool although we didn't get an oppertunity to use it as we were so busy being tourists :-)
Extremeny minor, but the tv screen looked to be sun damaged which affected the picture and the padding on the couches has been compressed over time making them not so comfortable.

The surroundings were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was neat and well-maintained, creating a cozy and enjoyable environment throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was convenient and well-situated.
What could be improved: The bathroom floor cleanliness could be improved slightly. In addition, the kitchen wall appeared a little greasy and could benefit from more thorough cleaning. These were minor issues and did not significantly affect my overall stay.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026The sequence of check-in is simple & safe. Eatery outlets nearby the Airbnb. Prompt whatapps replies.
Previously, when we stayed there, the staff did help us to housekeep the unit & of course cleared the dustbin. This time, I just asking for clearing the dustbin, the staff replied us to dispose the dustbin ourselves by snapping a photo of the location of the ‘Pelongsor Sampah’. ( We stay for 4 nights)

The Bad : 1. The elevators are slow causing people to crowd at the elevator lobby trying to get to their rooms. Stuffy when many people making it unpleasant. 2. There was an odour when we first check in the apartment . Had to open the window to release this odour. 3. Furniture was torned, drawings on the walls and an unfunctional clock as seen in photos.

The most thing I didn't like about is your parking staff that Indian guy he charges me RM10 while I'm just waiting for my wife check out dan down to the lobby. I parked my car not even 1 hour yet because the lift was very crowded at that time. Because of this reason I will never bring my family again to this place. First and last I come to this place.
