Tolentino Studio Flat by Napoliapartments

Great location, equipped kitchen, nice balcony and attentive host.

When I first arrived shower wasn’t working properly and washing machine is not on its best state but it does work - I reported those issues to the host and he immediately sent someone to fix the shower. AC might need some cleaning inside, but it worked well. I missed a bin in the “ kitchen “. A microwave would also be amazing :) Thanks anyways.

Location is perfect. Absolute top for everything you might want to do in Napoli. At the edge of Spanish quarter, right below to bus stops and cable railway (funicular). Supermarket right above at the main street around the corner (1 min walk). Safe part of the city. Good communication. We asked for a bit earlier check-in and the request was granted. Thank you once again! There was a brochure with all necessary information at the table. We were offered support also via WhatsApp and had our contact person available. Wi-fi worked well. A kitchen is well equipped, incl. a big fridge with working freezer. A bed was harder (which we appreciate) and comfy. A changing room with enough space, plus coat hangers, an iron, hair dryer, etc. Bathroom with bidet. Well working air conditioning. Enough space for 2-3 people. The table could be extended. If the dressing room had a mirror (at least a small one), it would be nice and usefull. The street is busy and noisy but it is the same in all streets of Napoly so no complains.

We missed two things - a trash can in the kitchen (only one small trash can in the bathroom) - we managed somehow but there is both space and necessity for tash can in the kitchen (we used a cleaning bucket with a shopping bag but obviously would be better to have a trash can with upper closing). Second, there were no (bed)side tables - two chairs were used instead. It would make much difference to put small side tables or even small (puff) ottoman instead of table chairs. The flat is the first one right after the entrance door and we could hear everyone going there and back all night and morning. The enrance door made horrible sounds.

L'espace

Letto particolarmente scomodo
