Las recepcionistas no hablan NADA de ingles y llegas al pais y no entiendes nada todas las apps de tu movil no funcionan y no ayudan, solo tienen un movil traductor y nunca entienden nada es super frustrante

I booked apartmant in this hotel, and showed up after two hours driving with busea and metro. They told me that they dont have free rooms and they forget to take it out of booking. So it was 8:30pm with heavy rain outside. So they offered me “same” room but in hotel 14km from center which i declined. So after two hours they found “good room” near. It was the worst hotel i ever saw in my life. So they didnt wanna pay for my taxi and its their mistake. They were arrogant speaking only chinese. The next day i paid taxi again and they let me wait for hour to have my room free…. Next three nights it was very loud and i couldnt sleep. Dont book this hotel!!!! + one child is play and climbing on reception…

Worst property and worst stuff in my life. Took them out of booking!!

The day time staff were so rude, couldn’t even have a conversation with them without them gossiping about you in Chinese (fyi, I studied Chinese for a year so I understand a bit so be careful when you gossip about guests!!!)!

This hotel is adjacent to Shanghai University. It is at a very convenient location where you can find many restaurants and grocery shops. The subway Line-1 station is just 15-minute walking distance. The hotel room is very clean, so is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi speed is super fast. The staff are very nice and friendly. They’re always happy to answer any questions and to help you for your staying. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Very disappointed with this stay. There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel, and it was especially noticeable in the room. The smell made it uncomfortable to rest and enjoy the stay. I expected a clean and comfortable environment but unfortunately had a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to people sensitive to cigarette smoke.

I liked the way it looked on booking.com, however -They did not recognize the booking.com reservation. I made the reservation 1 month in advance, when I arrived they told me they never saw it. This hotel does not communicate with booking.com at all -so I had to find another hotel at the last minute. Terrible experience.

They never saw my reservation, even though booking.com sent me 3 "welcome" messages saying the property is excited for me to stay there. When I arrived, the property had no idea about my reservation through booking.com.

I booked a room two months before my trip. I received confirmations and booking reminders. But when I arrived at the hotel from the airport at night, the receptionist told me there had been some kind of error and my reservation was gone. We communicated through a translator, and I still couldn't really understand what the problem was, considering I had a confirmed reservation. Ultimately, Booking.com considers my stay at the hotel a success and is sending me emails asking me to rate it.

Не рекомендую выбирать эту гостиницу, при нашем заселении оказалось что наши номера проданы другим людям, а наше бронирование на booking. Com они не празнование, даже при наличие подтверждённой брони и переписки с этой же гостиницей. Персонал грубый, гостиница обманщиков, нам пришлось вызывать полицию, . Если не хотите быть обманутыми и оказаться на улице в Шанхае , пролистайте эту гостиницу. Думаю система booking. Com должна принять меры в отношении их и размещения объявлений для туристов. Одним словом мошенники.

周围小店很多，吃早餐很方便。

第一天前台说，我定的豪华房没有房间，没有收到我的订单，不能提供住宿。然后好像订单又有了，因为没有房间，免费升级家庭房，可是那个家庭房装修比较简陋，浴室的水忽冷忽热，难以控制。

얼리체크인을 신청해놓고 메세지를 안 읽어서 도착시간을 말 못했는데도 얼리체크인을 해주었습니다. 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 호텔층에 카드키가 없으면 못들어가는 점과 배달음식을 배송로봇으로 가져다 주시는 점이 보안면에서 안심이 되었어요. 난징동루까지 택시로 15-20분 정도로 4-5천원에 왔다갔다 했던 것 같습니다. 앞의 정류장에서 버스를 타면 난징동루에 내릴 수 있는 노선이 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 근처의 숯불구이집이 있는데 맛있어요. 직원분이 항상 상주해 계셔서 뭔가릉 부탁할 때 편했습니다.

근데 창이 얇아 잠귀가 예민하신 분들은 3층 객실을 부탁하시면 좋을 것 같네요.

Замечательный, дружелюбный персонал, на все наши вопросы, отвечали, помогали. В номере уборку проводили ежедневно, меняли полотенца, докладывали чай, ставили воду бесплатно. Если нужно постирать, в отеле есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Отдыхали вдвоем с дочерью, очень понравилось!!!

Можно было бы добавить завтраки, но с учетом, что рядом много мест питания, проживание без завтрака не портило наш отдых.

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 3 nuits dans cet établissement (du 31/12 au 03/01) à Shanghai, un mois auparavant. Le jour de notre arrivée, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait aucune chambre de libre et que nous devions nous trouver un autre hôtel ! C'est tout simplement inadmissible !!! Nous avions reçu une confirmation de notre réservation et nous n'avons clairement eu aucune explication. Pire cela semblait amuser le gérant de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû insister lourdement afin qu'il nous trouve un autre établissement car la faute lui revenait. Nous avons donc dormi dans un hôtel avec un surplus de 700 yuans. C'est le gérant qui nous a conduit jusqu'à ce nouvel établissement. Nous lui avons également demandé de nous payer le taxi jusqu'à ce nouvel hôtel car après tout nous en avions déjà payé un pour arriver jusqu'à chez lui. Il a carrément refusé en nous disant que c'était nous qui avions choisi de dormir dans ce nouvel hôtel. Or nous n'avons pas eu le choix puisque c'est lui qui n'a pas honoré sa parole. Bref, tout ça pour dire que nous avons fait tout notre voyage en passant par booking, tout s'est très bien passé dans tous les hôtels avec des gérants accueillants et charmants sauf celui du "Orient Rose International Hôtel". Il a eu une attitude parfaitement scandaleuse et moqueuse.

I booked and confirmed my stay and when I arrived to the hotel for checking in they told me they didn’t had my booking i had to loon for a hotel room at 1:30 am!

Quando chegamos no hotel não tinha nossa reserva, tivemos que aceitar ficar em quarto de duas pessoas para quatro pessoas ou procurar um hotel às 3 da manhã. O hotel estava cheirando cigarro, além disso pedimos toalha para tomar banho e hotel não tinha mais toalhas. Pior experiência

The location was good with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The metro station is relatively close, around 15 min walking. We booked 2 rooms and both were nice and clean and the services were great. The towels were changed daily and they offered everyday bags of tea,coffee, water, slippers. The staff doesn’t speak English but we used translation app and they were willing to help. Also, we appreciated that in the last day they offered free storage space for luggages, after check out.

There is no noise cancellation as you can hear everything from the hallway and from the street.

Номер чистый, убирают каждый день, все удобства есть, месторасположение хорошо, рядом метро, много магазинов и кафешек. Персонал в принципе старается, помогли вызвать такси до аэропорта, помогали запускать стирки в прачечной.

Получили не тот номер, который бронировали, разницу в цене нам потом вернули баллами на букинг после долгих разберательств, но ситуация не очень приятная. Не знаю, кто в этом виноват, персонал или нет. В прошлом году было лучше, как мне показалось

Very friendly helpful staff always smiling and answering all my questions, they helped me booking my rides and receiving my parcels actually they made my first visit to china easier and more effective. The room is clean. House keeping are doing great job. They clean the room and change towels and bed sheets every day also restock water and coffee every day.. A washing machine and drier are available in the reception which is great. My room 301 is narrow but it's good compared to the price. Location is in the center close to shopping malls and restaurants. Ten minutes away from the subway station... Very recommended 😊工作人员非常友好热情，总是面带微笑，解答我所有的问题。他们帮我预订了行程，还帮我收了包裹，让我的首次中国之行更加轻松高效。房间干净整洁。客房清洁人员工作出色。他们每天打扫房间，更换毛巾和床单，还每天补充水和咖啡。前台提供洗衣机和烘干机，非常棒。我的301房间比较窄，但考虑到价格，这已经很不错了。房间位于市中心，靠近购物中心和餐厅。距离地铁站十分钟路程……非常推荐😊

Near to everywhere! Local restaurants, malls and subway. Very well manners and friendly people.

The WiFi is not good because if you use WhatsApp, FB and messenger it didn’t works well. There is a certain application that work well in their WiFi like Alipay video or wechat channels. so don’t be expecting to much when it comes to connection. It’s much more better to get your own data.

6 minute walk from metro station. In a residential area, with plenty of eateries to choose from.

Could do with a small fridge in the room.

I found used condoms next to my bed. Clearly they don't clean good.
