Reviewed Feb 27, 2026The apartment is in a great location. Rovaniemi centre is a 5-10 minute walk away and there's a bus stop just across the park (roughly 100m away) that goes to Santa Claus Village as well as the bus station and train station. Fully equipped kitchen, nice living/dining area and nice bedroom.
The bathroom area is a wet room but the drainage is under the sink meaning the shower floods the bathroom entirely due to slow drainage. It doesn't cause any problems as such as long as you're wary of the water, it just means sometimes spending time sweeping water into the drain after using the shower.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025We loved Iiro’s apartment. It was exactly like the photos in the listing, very clean and well stocked with essentials for a home cooked meal. Location is great and walkable to almost everything in the city. We had a minor issue with the heater and Iiro immediately set a time to come by to take a look at it. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rovaniemi.
