Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Здравствуйте, хотела написать отзыв про Ваш отель, понравилось буквально все. Номера очень уютные, где предусмотрена каждая мелочь, номера убирали каждый день и тщательно. Завтраки разнообразные, но в основном восточная кухня. Хотелось бы немного и европейской, но в целом было очень вкусно. Отельное благодарность менеджеру Yuqi, очень доброжелательный и шустрый, благодаря ему домой увезли 20 бесподобных подушек отличного качества, Обязательно вернемся еще раз.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Ma sœur et moi avons dormi dans le même lit, dans le format de chambre 27 dans l'étage 5 et l'étage 8. À notre retour nos fesses grattaient, nous n'avons pas prêté attention. Une fois arrivée à la maison, nous nous sommes rendues compte que nous avions plus de 30 boutons sur les fesses. Nous nous sommes empressées aux urgences et nous avons contacté l'hôtel, mais ils n'ont pas prêté attention. J'ai des photos juste horribles de nos fesses

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025"I like many things about this place. The staff and their service are superb. Although it's located in the city, you won't hear any noise from outside. The breakfast is good, and the environment is very clean."
As a business person, I sometimes need a weighing scale for my goods. Although the premises provide one, a customer was using it the entire time. It would be helpful if the staff could check with the customer when it’s not in use so others can access it as well. Additionally, it would be great if a few continental food options could be added to the breakfast.

I did not like the location and the choice of food at breakfast. The WiFi was not as fast as I expected sometimes. Also there was no member of staff at reception that was multilingual so it was a struggle to communicate sometimes.
