1- I can say the in room dining menu should be more options especially for Muslim ( Halal ) . 2- in room dining service close at 11:00pm . We reached the hotel at 11:30 pm after long flight and ending up with no food . Knowing that i sent an email with my booking and i asked to keep some fruit in my room as i will arrive late and i will pay for it when i check in , unfortunately my request has been ignored. 3- i asked for the same request in 2024 and i raised my feedback about the food menu and in room dining services but nothing improved.

Good foundation: The hotel has a solid basis and potential.Comfortable beds: The mattresses and pillows ensured a very good night's sleep.Quick solution: The staff quickly arranged an extra bed when requested

Dated rooms: The interior is showing its age and felt a bit dingy. Smoke smell: Despite booking non-smoking rooms, there was a clear, lingering cigarette smell. Overpriced dining and breakfast: The hotel restaurants were exceptionally expensive, even by European standards. Booking mistake: The hotel expected two teenagers (13-17 years old) to share a bed, despite our booking for three children.

I was offered a free upgrade at check-in, I was made to pay for that “free” upgrade at checkout. I had no recourse since they had a holding deposit which they could just deduct from. This was really unpleasant.

保潔人員和行政走廊的工作人員態度都很好，下午茶和歡樂時光的食物也不錯。

建議一下~健身房的跑步機全部都是有彩色液晶螢幕，可能有的人很喜歡，但是對於上了年紀的人就不一定了，工作了一輩子，眼睛早就被螢幕給害慘了。來這裡住，最主要是要放鬆身心，如果可以更換一部分沒有彩色螢幕的跑步機，會更好，我代替眼睛感謝您們了！

Clean, staff were prompt to respond to concerns Instant membership benefits applied, late check and extended check fee reasonable.

Some rooms had damp smell but did get changed. Rooms intercom - telephone old and poor audio , losing contact. No smart TV so you can have your own entertainment, perhaps grant opportunity for other language subtitle. Internet was really bad, was unable to use laptop.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist even when there was a language barrier. The breakfast had an exceptionaly rich variety of offerings . The hotel was located in a quite area of town. The hotel is walking distance from shopping mall (about 300m) where there a few resturants and a Walmart store.

My room for the first two night was facing a new construction site were construction work was being done throughout the night and being a sensitive sleeper, I found difficult to sleep well through the night, the noise constantly disrupted my sleep. But when I complained to the hotel reception staff the swiftly moved me to another wing of the hotel, were there was no noice. Otherwise my stay at the hotel hotel was exceptional.

The rooms smelt of mould, there’s a construction site operating 24/7 with noise all around the room. I had a terrible experience and expected to be compensated somehow, all that I was offered was 50% off the laundry, not sure how they thought that would put me at ease after the horrible stay.

The location is really good, next to it is two big shopping malls with lot of food options.

We stayed at the executive floor, the faculty at the executive lounge was 3 star standard very low category of alcohol and food is really not unto the standard and also for breakfast we found the same thing at the same place every day no change and options were also very limited we stayed for 7 days very disappointing .

Ethan and Stanley were very helpful (they were just superb) including Chef John who helped me with selection of vegetarian food were labels were not clear to me.

The bed was abit soft which led to some back pain.

Grand entrance lobby, the marble used gives an upscale finish.

1. The carpets in the hotel are all past their functional time. 2. The gym is date, old equipment that need to be changed. 3. Part of the restaurant floor needs to be changed.

Great Hotel. Booked for access to the Hilton Lounge this time and it was great for having space to work. Helpful staff. Couldnt fault anything. Perfect place to stay for Canton fair.

40 mins minimum to Canton Fair on the bus - ok but always lots of traffic!

يوفرون باصات اثناء فترة المعرض لنقل النزلاء

الغرف قديمة نوعاً ما للأسف كان في حشرات فالفراش و تسبب لي بقرصات و تحسس فالجلد و ظهر صرصار فالحمام قدمت شكوى للفندق و بوكينق و كان في تجاوب منهم بالاعتذار و ترقية الغرفة إلى جناح و خصم قيمة اقامة ليلة من الفندق و ليلة من بوكينق و هذا شي يشكرون عليه مع انه شي طبيعي فالحالة الي صارت بس فالنهاية تسبب في خسارة يوم من رحلتي و تاثير نفسي سيء و مستحيل ارجع للفندق مره ثانية الفطور مقبول بس مش افضل شي خصوصا ان الخيارات للعرب محدودة جداً و هذا شي في غالبية فنادق الصين موقع الفندق بعيد شوي عن المطاعم العربية بس في مجمع قريب و ستاربكس و مكدونالدز

Очень уютно. И место расположение супер. Все рядом, даже очень. Отель стоит своих денег. Ресторан отличный. Еда очень вкусная. Рецепшн приветливый. Весь персонал очень отзывчивый. Всегда помогут и подскажут. Если не знают ваш язык своим переводчиком вам все обьяснят. Обязательно вернусь, очень скоро.

В день выезда ночью провожающий (на улице) попросил деньги, мне не жалко, дал бы если он помог с чемоданом или открыл дверь машины сам дал бы, а он попросил деньги когда Я уже сел в машину и загрузил чемоданы 🤦‍♂️ Почему Я ему должен давать деньги… за что 🙄

La habitación amplia y bastante nueva.

Estaba delante de una obra, un edificio que estan construyendo gigante, que no para durante 24h. Justo delante. Un ruido toda la noche que hace imposible dormir. Deberían avisar antes de reservar o hacer un descuento descomunal para compensar. Porqué ir a un hotel y no poder dormir en toda la noche no tiene ningun sentido.

Как всегда Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun, подтверждает свой великолепный уровень, нравится буквально все! При заселении приятно был удивлен сюрпризом по украшению номера, хотя у меня юбилей уже прошел несколько дней назад, но администрация сочла нужным подсветить мое день рождения!!! Выражаю большую признательность! В Гуанчжоу останавливался на один день вылет был поздним, администрация предложила провести время в ожидании трансфера в зоне СПА. Хочется отдельно отметить завтрак по системе шведский стол!!! Если попробовать взять по не многу от каждого блюда, то это невозможно съесть одному!!! Огромный выбор и очень вкусно!!! Про ужин скажу отдельно, сервировка и выбор блюд от фруктов, овощей, морепродуктов начиная от креветок, устриц и заканчивая камчатским крабом, мясных блюд, всевозможных нарезок, элементов национальной кухни и конечно сладкий стол пирожное на все вкусы, выпечки, мороженное и сладкий фонтан!!! Плюс включенный пакт белого и красного вина, наблюдаю уже не первый раз что местные жители приходят отмечать день рождения и другие мероприятия!!! Про расположение, буквально в пешей доступности метро и торговый центр. Однозначно рекомендую этот вариант для путешественников, любящих уют и комфорт!!!

Масштабность умеренная. Немного людей в принципе в этом районе. Неплохой завтрак. Наличие тренажерного зала и бассейна.

Достаточно поношенная гостиница. Запах как "старой бабушки сундук", хотя и местами проглядывается основательность в ремонте, мебели, сантехнике. Чувствуется необходимость освежающего ремонта этой достойной, вне всякого сомнения, гостиницы.
