Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Es la segunda vez que vamos y nos dio mucha pena marchar. Es limpio, cómodo, tranquilo, tiene todo lo que necesitas y el estupendo balcón para disfrutarlo. Nuestro perro estuvo encantado con estar al lado del río. La dueña muy amable y flexible. Muchas gracias.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The apartment is in the middle of everything, but one street removed, so was very peaceful, and right on the riverfront. Three different supermarkets within walking distance. It’s a beautiful little apartment and has absolutely everything you’d want and need in a home away from home. It had a veranda that we could sit on and watch the world go by, plus listen to the sounds of nature. The beds were very comfortable, linen and towels good quality. Had a coffee machine which we enjoyed using every day.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Todo ha ido muy bien, hemos estado muy a gusto. La cocina está muy equipada y comoda. Zona tranquila, el parking resulta cómodo aunque hay que hacer alguna pequeña maniobra para entrar. Paula ha sido muy amable, sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Beautiful tranquil apartment with amazing view of the river and bridge, we wanted to stay longer but we only had 2 nights. Great little village with everything you could need, welcoming host. We did find it tricky to locate initially as google maps couldn’t drive there , we just needed to go further down the little street & there it was ❤️

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025The location at the centre of the town is excellent, and the view over the river from the balcony is very special. The apartment is very comfortable and well designed. The town is a perfect base for exploring the National Park by car, allowing us to have excellent and very varied walks in countryside and mountains. It was great to have a reserved parking space on site. The host, Paula, and Rosinha who met us to hand over the keys and show us the flat, were both very friendly and helpful.

La hôte a pensé à tous les détails, on se sent comme chez nous. Elle a été très prévenante et soucieuse de notre bien être. On reviendra sans aucune hésitation !
Rien, tout etait parfait . Le. Parking est un vrai plus, la rue est très étroite donc il faut bien faire attention pour manœuvrer.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The house was very clean and well located. It is right in the historical centre, so the parking was really a plus. Great balcony with the river view, and with a grill. The kitchen was very well equipped. The building is in great condition. The communication with the host was good.
The checkoutprocess, where the host wrote asking that I "take the garbage with me, felt very odd. I had to walk around the town looking for a disposal, and frankly it felt like we were staying in a mountain hut. There were also problems with the parking gate, which didn't open, forcing me to go round and round the streets until I found where to park the car. Finally, for a stay of 2 nights, 5 people had two rolls of toilet paper. Why?? These are relatively minor but worth mentioning. A much worse comment is the fact that the owner is messaging me after I posted the review, complaining about my review (as if it's not totally factual). This in itself is unacceptable, and I would like to mention it here. I drop my evaluation to 6 from 8 based on this alone. Customer opinions must be respected.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025El apartamento es tal y como se describe en las fotos. Es importante recalcar que tiene aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en las dos habitaciones. Lo cual se agradece porque pillamos una ola de calor y dentro de la casa se estaba de maravilla. Tiene un menaje más que suficiente, lavadora y lavavajillas. Tiene parking propio aunque si tienes el coche grande es complicado a acceder. Supermercado Continente e Intermarche muy cerca. Al primero se puede ir andando. Hay mucho restaurantes y bares. Hay piscina muy económica. Desde Ponte de Barca puedes ir a otros lugares de interés de Portugam a menos de 1h. Guimaraes, Braga, Viano do Castelo, Milanha ...
Por poner un pero, faltaría cerrar la ducha.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025What a lovely place. The pictures speak for themselves. The apartment is clean and modern but still very traditional in this charming stone village. There is a refreshing river beach just up the river walk. The owner is very attentive and even left us a delicious tawny port. Close to so many points of interest.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024The apartment is well furnished and having the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed eating on the balcony enjoying the wonderful view. The bed is comfortable and the apartment was clean and smart. The town is pleasant and we were able to travel around to visit within an hour or less Ponte de Lima, Lindoso and the National Park and Valenca. This is an excellent base.

The apartment is very well equipped and the hosts very responsive. If stairs are an issue, there is an elevator.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2023We were met by Jessica who was friendly and helpful When any problems arose they were dealt with speedily and cheerfully. The apartment was better equipped than any we have previously seen and the view from the balcony was spectacular.
More towels would have been nice but these were brought promptly after we had asked for them.

Há um amplo parque de estacionamento público, muito perto, não pago, que pode ser alternativa ao estacionamento privado cujo acesso é um bocadinho complicado.
