Apartement old town of Marrakech

Fabuloso departamento, bien equipado, limpio, exelente ubicación cerca de todo y lejos del ruido...recomendable...

Es un apartamento grande, cómodo y con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Estuvimos con tres niños y disfrutaron muchísimo. Está muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa El Fna, pero sin el bullicio de la Medina.

Nos gustó todo. Nuestro anfitrión rapidísimo en contestar nuestras dudas, nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos y nos dejó guardar el equipaje el último día. Muy recomendable para estar como en casa visitando Marrakech

La camera col letto matrimoniale era rumorosa . La camera con due lettini non ha una finestra . Il bagno è molto piccolo, con la doccia che si passa per andare nel wc

Die Lage des Appartements ist großartig. Man ist relativ fix an der Kotoubia-Moschee oder auf dem großen Markt, aber doch ein wenig abseits davon. In der Nachbarschaft ist noch ein eigener kleiner und sehr schöner Markt, der nicht so überlaufen ist. Das Appartement ist mit allem wichtigen gut ausgestattet und sein Vermieter kommunikativ, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eins von zwei Zimmern ist zu Straße hin und das kann teilweise sehr laut sein. Ich empfehle das Appartement aus den oben genannten Gründen allerdings sehr.

Gute Ausgangsbasis abseits aber nahe des Trubels.

El apartamento estaba bastante nuevo, limpio y bien situado cerca del centro y en una calle bastante concurrida.

El baño es pequeño y hay que pasar por la ducha para ir al WC. Cuando está mojado hay peligro de resbalar y no es cómodo. El lavabo está fuera del baño y tiene poca luz, casi no te ves en el espejo.

Fahd was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. Location is very central and within workable distance to the city centre and malls, especially BIM. Handy tour agency company next to the block So, if you have not pre-booked a tour, you don’t have to go far to get it sorted.

The address as stated on booking.com seem incomplete as we had challenges giving taxis exact address, Thankfully Fahd was helpful and timely when contacted Updating the address will ease things a lot

2nd time back…great like the first time.Clean property and everything is exactly like seen in the pictures.Close to Medina,quiet inside the home,air conditioning and hassle free stay with easy check in.

Everything was great

Excellent location, wlaking distance form mais touristic sites, like Place Jemaa el-fnaa, Koutoubia Mosque, etc. The rooms are big. It was really hot in the city, 45C, and the air conditioning of all rooms were really effective.

The mattresses were hard, they could be more comfortable. The bathroom is small, and in starnge narrow configuration, the shower had no curtains and you needed to walk through it in order to reach the toilet.

Perfect location for your stay in Marrakesh. Close to the souk but with less crowds. Great amenities, laundry machine, fast wifi, and a simple rooftop. Has some staircase but very easy one. Toilet was in smaller side but not a big deal. Owner was very friendly, the cleaning lady I met after checked out was really nice and she surely did a great job with the space - very clean and neat! Will be back!

The road was quite busy and traffic noise can be heard in one of the bedroom, but I managed to sleep through it.

It was close to the centre and a mini shop nearby - Great location. Perfect for a family with own private kitchen and terrace on roof. Place was clean and provided all amenities. Fahd was very welcoming.

No complaints but to be aware the place is on a Main Street so one bedroom can be very loud from the traffic

The location is very good but there is noise in the room coming from the street below.

The address on the site is not precise. Our taxi driver had to call the owner for him to explain the exact location. The address provided to the driver was a Riad near by (we though we would arrive to the exact location). When we got there we asked the riad staff to call the owner again, who came to pick us up about 10 minutes later. This process should definitely be sorted out.

It can be noisy at night time (from outside) but that’s to be expected from the hustle & bustle of Marrakesh life.

The apartment is Ideally located,fully equipped,spacious,close to tourist attractions,restaurants and markets. Mr Fahd waited for us and provided all the infos we needed.

Everything was perfect.

Fahd the owner is incredibly kind, and he agreed that we may check in early. There are no strict rules for utilizing the property; it feels as if you own it throughout your stay. The property is fully furnished. The location is really accessible by car or taxi. Souk is only a 5-minute walk away, while the Square and Great Mosque are a 10-minute stroll. Banks, mini-grocery stores, and police outposts are just around the vicinity. I definitely recommend this apartment; it can accommodate a family or a group.

Location close to Medina . All essentials present

Great location, modern amenities, clean, air conditioning, communicative owner, plenty of room, rooftop.

Hard beds, no a/c in one room, harsh towels, empty oil for cooking (but he filled it when we asked), hard to park car.

Being so close to the Medina (10 minutes of the major market Jamaa el fna,koutoubia ,souks,Berber market and much more)

It is not subtle for picky people no double glazed windows same lose wires but if you can look past it you will be fine Great property for common people

Great Apartment on the great location. Checkin was great and host is great as well. Great Welcome cold drinks as its hot in summer. Air Conditioners were working well.

There could be better light in front of mirror but not a deal breaker or mirror on the room wall would be nice to have.

EXCELLENT stay with no problems! Everything was clean,working well,air conditioning,kitchen appliances,extra linen if needed,hot water and working toilet (great for Marrakech)..wifi was superb and the whole place is exactly like the photos! Couldn’t recommend this stay MORE! Excellent host with great communication and leaves you to it without interference.The area is close to Media and main square but nice and quiet!..lots of shops close by and easy to get to everything from the location. I’ve been to marrakech SO MANY times but this has been my favourite place to stay so far

The ONLY thing I wish the property had was a light for the mirror so I could do my hair better hahah…it wasn’t a major issue but better lighting for the mirror/sink would of been amazing.

Had young children with me and everything was on the main floor only a staircase to the apartment.

Bed are really hard. Sorry but is not how we have bed in Europe.

It was a very pleasant stay in Marrakesh not only thanks to the atmosphere of the but also because of this great apartment and its location. We enjoyed this roomful flat where up to 4 people may stay, it goes without saying that being two was undoubtedly confortable. Its natural light must be highlighted as well due to the design of the living room with a ceiling who used to allow light to illuminate us. You have your own rooftop - views not available but useful to aerate your clothes and the flat itself - . Last but not least, if you care about safety, Marrakesh is completely safe; nevertheless, you may feel uncomfortable in such a different atmosphere, well, this is your place. There is a policeman always opposite the gate. And another one a few metres far. In a nutshell, if you prefer to keep yourself near from the medina but out of it, this is your place.

If you ask us, the toilet distribution is not the most efficient I have ever seen because the shower is just in the middle and you need to cross it to reach the WC. My piece of advice: don’t forget your flip-flops; anyway, that is not a reason to avoid it at all.

The property was in an excellent location, very close to the popular square and medina. It wasn’t too busy where the property was located either.

The apartment and the host Fahd are amazing. The apartment is located in the city center and nearby everything. We liked that it combines the old style of a Moroccan home while the facilities and utilities are modern, well maintained, and sparkling clean. We stayed there for 8 days, and truly, it made our stay joyful and pleasant. 100% recommended, and definitely we'll stay at Fahd's next time we visit Marrakesh.
