Bad hotel before you booking be careful

Rien

Scam! Do not book this place! The apartment was in terrible condition—very dirty, with horrible hygiene. The sheets smelled like sweat and were full of stains. It was clear they hadn’t been changed in a long time. Sleeping in such dirty sheets was impossible, so we didn’t even stay the night. The air conditioning didn’t work. We contacted the woman managing the place and sent her photos, but she ignored us. She did nothing to fix the problems and eventually stopped replying. We are still waiting for the manager to call us—of course, no one ever did, and we lost our money. They make you pay in advance for a reason—once you see the apartment, it’s too late to ask for a refund, and they disappear. Also, be careful with the 10/10 reviews that automatically appear—they are misleading! Avoid this place at all costs!

We get a good stay with a good stuff take care everything we need she so amazing Naney

Nothing

-Friendly welcoming by staff (but not helpful after that) - washing machine with cleaning powder - fridge is not small (but unfortunately you can't cook anything so it's useless) - sofa (but no coffee table) - access to pool

- Kitchen is not equipped properly, not even chopsticks, no frying pan, only one glass, one plate, burned boiling pot, all cooking utensils missing. - Bed is not comfortable. - Staff is friendly but not helpful. - No body soap or floor mat in bathroom - broken chair on balcony - no any tv access, just youtube - High cleaning tax

the view from the room and also the position

the check in process was very long. We have had to contact a lady via whatsapp to collect the key. The room was pretty dirty. There was some belonging (empty paper cups and sigarette's ash inside the bedside table We had no towels in the room

The pool

Staff refused to give toilet paper or batteries for tv remote and other supplies during the 4 days. No toilet seat, aircon dripped constantly on bed between the pillows so constantly wet. Stove top was not working only on hi. Pan was too thin to cook with. Would not give us dish soap or scouring pad but told us to wash dishes and kitchen utensils. Sliding glass door did not lock to outside. Terrible customer service. Expected us to buy our own supplies toilet paper, dish soap scouring pad, batteries etc. the host only responded once and said that we must request things one at a time. Do not rent this unit or you will be disappointed.

I don’t like at all and non responsible for any inconvenience.

Room not clean. Pillow and mattress no clean. Blood on bed cover. Smell like a shit.

Loved the hotel. All the staff were very friendly, the food at the mall was great, the gym was good enough for a hotel gym, and the rooftop pool was amazing. The location is central and walking distance to anywhere and beach. This location also made sleeping easier than I imagine it would be in the city. Had a great time at the hotel and in the city overall, and would recommend visiting if anyone is in 2 minds!

It hard to find and hidden

This place boasts a stunning view! Staying here offers incredible value considering its prime location near the beach. The convenience of having a mall just bellow. The staff, especially at the reception and mall, provided exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. The room also was nice. Not so spacious, but sparkling clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. Great wifi speed as well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to others!

Good valut for nice location. The room is located in the mall.

The studio is just above Prince Mall. Very convenient place and best location of the city. I can recommend.

Nothing much

I like the Sea View at the balcony. Even no mobile signal but can access Fast wifi

Not clean well, the floor is slippery with little oil.

Good location of hotel

A large Price Mall is downstairs. High floor (less noise and less air pollution). Full fridge in the room. Cettle in the room. Goof wifi Internet. Smart TV with the ability to watch YouTube. Clean washing machine. Good view from the high floor.

As I'm a big person, the room was a bit small for me. The shower does not have a curtain. The toilet seat is broken, not fixed on the toilet.

All you have inside mall and beach near

Nice appartment. Nice view. Big pool. Direct access to the mall. All you need is here and great staff. Especially Nanei who are really helpful.

Perfect accessibility to shops

Not sure how anybody could rate this property above 5. I noticed some 10 ratings, exceptional! I would suggest this is friends and family, as the property is no more than a 5 rating overall.
