U Mall Apartments - 400m to Sokha Beach

Apartament znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, tuż obok UMALL. Wygodne łóżko i bardzo szybki internet. Można było oglądać film na Netflixie. Drzwi na kod. Ładny widok z tarasu.

Bardzo słabe wyposażenie kuchenne. Powinno być więcej do użycia. Garnek przypalony. Jak się zameldowaliśmy to łazienka była cała mokra bo ktoś inteligenty opłukał ją prysznicem z bidetu. Pralka byłan ale nie było proszku do prania. Brak ręcznika papierowego, dodatkowej rolki papieru czy dodatkowego ręcznika na podłogę gdyż prysznic nie zawierał drzwi więc cała woda wylatywała na podłogę i drzwi. Jeśli się tym nie przejmujesz to za te cenę miejscówka - ok. Aaa i budynek mieści się w jednym z wieżowców Star Bay na przeciwko UMall.

There was absolutely nothing to like.

Everything.. hosts are scammers and collect security deposit on arrival, which they don't mention on their booking and on departure simply ignored all communication - neither returned the deposit. Stay at your own peril, and if you're only willing to get scammed.

Auf den ersten Blick sah die Unterkunft ganz gut aus, doch relativ schnell haben wir bemerkt, dass es in dem Zimmer 909 Bettwanzen gibt. Natürlich haben wir dies sofort mit Fotos dokumentiert und die Unterkunft kontaktiert. Telefonisch wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sofort jemand kommen würde. Nach einer Stunde warten, war allerdings immernoch niemand da und unsere Nachrichten und Anrufe wurden ignoriert. Es war kurz vor Mitternacht und da es auch keine Rezeption gab waren wir auf uns alleine gestellt und mussten nach einem neuen Hotel suchen das noch offen hatte - dabei wussten wir genau, dass diese Unterkunft noch freie Zimmer hatte und uns eines hätte anbieten können. Nachdem wir unser Geld zurück haben wollten, da es absolut nicht zumutbar war in dem Zimmer zu schlafen, da Bettwanzen hohe Risiken mit sich bringen, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie das Problem ja noch nie hatten und es uns nicht glauben. Außerdem hätten sie ja am nächsten Tag jemanden vorbei geschickt um zu schauen - was absolut zu spät gewesen wäre, da die Wanzen in der Zeit gegebenenfalls schon in unser Gepäck gekommen wären. Außerdem mussten wir vor dem Check in über 30 Minuten an der nahegelegenen Mall warten bis uns jemand abgeholt hat und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Das WLan in unserem Zimmer hat auch nicht funktioniert und auch das sollte behoben werden. Wurde es aber nicht.

Can't talk about u mall apartments but we stopped in the sky bay view there was mold around the sink you had to go into the shower to close the door tv unable to tune it in only seen one member of staff and more than 400 metres from the beach if you walked to the beach it took about 20minutes not a place I would go again ment to be a kitchen in the only 1 hotplate one knife 2 forks and not much else

The balcony was the best part in the shade and private with a reasonably comfortable seat. The pool looked nice and big but I didn’t go in. Near the mall.

The bed was full of springs you could feel. Not completely bug free. Not near the beach. Check in relies on someone coming to meet you.

Ich konnte nicht einchecken, Kommunikation von Seiten Hotel verweigert! Eingang zum Office ist in einer Tiefgarage in der Ecke. Ich bekam keine Koordinaten um es zu finden. Personal in der Mall unterstützte mich.

Nicht zugänglich, erst am späten Nachmittag, bis dahin habe ich was anderes buchen müssen.

Complex pool, access to U-Mall and unit was quiet.

We picked this location as it was central and an easy walk to two great Cambodian beaches. However, the large amount of "international" construction being undertaken surrounding this particular location made it feel like you were walking past unfinished construction sites and the Khmer feel for the area was fading quickly. This was very disappointing for foreign guests seeking a more traditional Cambodian beachside feel.

Good location - in front of the U-mall (on opposite side of the street). Quiet neighbors. Good view. Washing machine is in good condition.

Despite I had contacted the host in advance, he did not provided exact location of the apartment, so I arrived to the U-mall. In fact the facility is located on opposite side of the street where I had to walk with my luggage. No drying rack available.

The location near the mall was useful as we wanted to do morning shopping. But would never stay here again.

The property pictures were misleading. If we would have the real ones, we would have never booked. Inside there were dirty walls that were peeling at come places (pics attached). There was also a dirty shower floor. The staff sprinkled water on it to proof that it can't be washed. Yes, not this way... We were too tired to leave after arriving close to midnight following long hours of travel. But it turned to be a mistake to stay despite we only booked a night. The AC dropped water to the bed. And the worst part was the wobbly mattress where you could feel the springs. So in the morning we left totally destroyed. Pickup of the keys was on the other side of the mall. Having quite a lot of luggage, we had to walk about 5 minutes to the building entrance. But in light of the other issues this was just a detail.

Trasig toasits, en stol, fattades porslin + bestick. Otroligt skitigt. Fick ingen hjälp av uthyrare trots påpekande. Ej prisvärt överhuvudtaget.

Good location near the beach, nice view of the buildings from the room. Staff is very nice and answers quickly.

The room need real cleaning and rearranging to be ready for renting. Everything seemed old and broken as if no one was taking care of the place, a weird smell was in the room as if it had been clean a while ago and I even found a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed is not comfortable. There is no reception they welcome you in the middle of the street, the swimming pool was half closed and the gym is so small that residents take all the place inside. Fortunately there was a big discount on my reservation otherwise it would have felt like a joke… I wanted a break from dorms and some real cleaned comfort, I didn’t find it here.

Firstly it said that you needed to let them know 10 minutes prior to arriving to check in when you arrive. We sent them a message 20 minutes prior, did not get any response and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. Secondly, we told the guy how badly we wanted to shower because we spent three nights in the jungle and that we wanted to do our Laundry but he forgot to tell us there was NO water. We can fully understand that some problems are not at all your fault, but it is mostly how they handled the situation that made us upset. We booked the accommodation the same day, when the problem already existed, so it's weird that they still allowed us to book or did not give us a heads-up. Secondly, when we asked about why there is no water he first told us it would only be 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked again and he showed me a screenshot of a message (the timestamp of the screenshot was from before check in, but we cannot see the date so it could have been even earlier) saying it was a big city wide problem and it would take some time to fix. However we could see the people working on the pipes in the lobby (see photo), so we do not believe it was city wide and we now knew about the fact that he had been lying about the water coming back on soon. And ended up not having water for the full stay, luckily we only stayed one night. Again we understand that this was a problem out of their control, but to double check if we have towels because we wanted to shower so badly knowing full well that we would not even be able to shower is not a way of handling this correctly.

Nosotros solo estuvimos de paso una noche. El estudio estaba en la planta 33. El baño muy pequeñito, la ducha salia con mucha presión, la cama bastante cómoda y también tenía una terraza con una mesita y lavadora.No tiene piscina Para una noche estuvo bien. No me quedaría más, ni en la ciudad ni en el piso.

Non c'è attrezzatura da cucina per poter cucinare, ci sono due pentolini ma completamente arrugginiti e rovinati. Il divano è tutto macchiato. C'è la lavatrice ma niente dove poter stendere i vestiti. C'è una struttura ma non ci sono i granchi per appenderli.

L’appartement est correct et confortable. Attention cependant : les deux ATM à proximité ont été retirés. Ce n’est pas forcément un point positif, mais le quartier est en pleine expansion, avec beaucoup de travaux dans les environs. Beaucoup d’expatriés chinois occupent l’immeuble et il y a de nombreux investisseurs, boutiques, casinos et restaurants chinois dans le quartier. Je n’ai pas trouvé le quartier particulièrement intéressant.

L’appartement possède une cuisine, mais il n’y a pas grand-chose pour cuisiner. Des verres seraient le minimum. Il y avait aussi des trous de cigarettes dans les draps et le placard de la salle de bain n’était ni vidé ni nettoyé. Le stationnement est payant.
