Good price for the area.

The breakfast was pretty basic so I just had toast and tea. It was out of town a bit and a very steep road up to the accomodation (there is a shuttle service) just as well. There was a water pipe on the outside wall of my room that rattled every few minutes when people used the plumbing so that didn't help me relax.

Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff, possibilità di noleggio motorino e di organizzazione escursioni/tour. Lo staff ci ha cambiato subito la stanza dopo che avevamo segnalato un forte odore di muffa.

Odore di muffa in camera e bagni davvero poco accoglienti. La Struttura non è lontana dal centro ma c’è una salita molto ripida da affrontare

La struttura,la posizione,la navetta che ti accompagna ovunque e il personale è davvero gentile e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. La terrazza della stanza è molto bella e la stanza comoda e pulitissima. l'Autista della navetta è molto disponibile e più di una volta ci ha accompagnato fuori dall orario.La ragazza della reception ci ha aiutato con tutte le gite

We had a wonderful stay! The place is nice, affordable, and located in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was also good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Alle unsere Anliegen wurden sofort bearbeitet! Klasse!

Kein Fenster, absolut funktional und einfach eingerichtet. Am Waschbecken war der Abfluss kaputt und es hat im ganzen Zimmer gestunken! Unsere Reklamation wurde sofort behoben.

Good room and view, breakfast is okay but limited choice.

The drive up to the hotel is too steep, may be dangerous for those who cannot drive with low gear.

I must say that the staff were particularly friendly and having a free shuttle bus was a bonus. Its a basic place but it met our needs. It was great to be able to refill ones water bottle with cool water and reduce the use of plastic. There is also a view from the balcony.

During our time there the staff had difficulties refilling the breakfast dishes and keeping on top of clearing and cleaning the tables. It was 'slim pickings'

El estándar de las habitaciones es muy bajo, el desayuno muy muy básico y de mala calidad. La ducha de poca presión. Es una propiedad familiar y desgraciadamente durante nuestra estancia había familias muy inconsideradas. Ruidos y gritos de los niños a mitad de la noche y desde las 7am que impedían descansar

Deras chaufför som sköter shuttlen var både duktig och mycket trevlig.

Inget fönster (endast balkongdörr utan glas), delvis trasig garderob vilket gjorde det svårt att packa upp. Helt kala väggar (opersonligt) och framför allt en från personalen var otrevlig och oengagerad (välkomnade oss med ett barskt ”shoes off”).

Lo mejor del alojamiento es su personal. Super atento y amable.

La ubicación excelente porque está encima de una colima y tiene bonitas vistas. Está a unos 5 min caminando del centro y no estás en todo el meollo. Muy limpio, buen desayuno.

Mooie ruime kamer. Het balkonnetje is ook fijn.

Ik heb van te voren contact gehad met de accomodatie over een excursie die we wilden reserveren. Ik kreeg te horen dat we die niet van te voren hoefde te reserveren en dat het gewoon ter plekke kon. Daar aangekomen bleek de excursie vol. Heel vervelend. Gelukkig konden we zelf iets anders regelen.

Lokatie was prima. Kamer genoeg ruimte voor 5 personen.

Familiekamer 102… (5p) de geur is werkelijk weerzinwekkend. Overal zwarte schimmel. Geen airco of ontvochtiger. Badkamer heel erg nat (al bij aankomst geheel natte vloer) zonder raam of ventilatie mogelijkheid overal schimmel. Iedereen misselijk en ziekelijk van de geur. In deze staat is deze kamer echt niet verhuurbaar! (Ongeacht de prijs). Doe er a.u.b. iets aan!

The staff were incredibly helpful! The location is fine, a 15 minute walk for the bus station, plus a steep road up but not that bad! Anyway, the shuttle van is a plus!

The rooms looked a bit dated, with shower curtains and cardboard "walls" dividers. Half the showers and taps had absolutely no water pressure,

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Der Shuttle war super.

Das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster und das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht richtig warm.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt.

Leider mussten wir nach der ersten Nacht das Hotel verlassen, da die hygienischen Standards nicht gegeben waren. Daher dass es kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage gab, sondern nur eine Balkontür, welche man aber über Nacht nicht offen lassen konnte, war es im ganzen Zimmer sehr stickig und feucht. Das ganze Zimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Hinzu kam, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber war und auch sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Das Bad konnten wir nach der ersten Nacht nicht mehr nutzen, da es von einem penetranten Geruch von Abwasser bzw. Fäkalien erfüllt war. Außerdem kamen aus dem Duschabfluss diverse Insekten heraus.

Er was een lekkage in de kamer(in het plafond zag je vlekken) waardoor het heel erg stonk. Bij binnenkomst innde kamer was er ontzettende veel spray gespoten zodat wij dit niet zouden opmerken. Echter na 2 uur kwam de vieze lucht in de kamer echt te voorschijn. Dit was niet heel fijn. Het ontbijt is heel summier en niet echt lekker. Wij zijn geen moeilijke eters en snel tevreden maar dit was echt onder de maat!

A bit hard to find the hotel

Nous arrivions de tekoma Taman Negara qui est largement au dessus en terme de qualité. Petit dej préparé en retard, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter le 1er matin

Personaal was FANTASTISCH. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is beperkt, maar voldoende (geroosterd brood met zoet beleg, pannenkoekjes, fruit). Gratis drinkwater machine in de lobby. De kamer was erg schoon, maar…. Zeer vochtig met een sterke schimmel geur. Vooral als je net binnen komt, is het even schrikken hoe het ruikt. Badkamer is erg basic, maar dat is oké met deze prijs. Leuke tour geboekt via het hotel, wat door taxi chauffeurs werd aangeraden (zonder dat ze wisten dat ik daar verblijf, zeiden ze: boek je tour bij Tekoma).

De geur op de kamer, de vochtigheid in de kamer. Verder helemaal prima, goedkoop en dus ook niet al te veel bijzonders.

I have never stayed in a dormitory that had normal beds, with bedside table, light and fan, with stud partitions and a curtain at the end of my "room". I loved it. The room had about 14 cubicles opposite to each other with about 4m between the two sides. Windows provide fresh air looking onto the full width balcony, and the easterly sun rise view of the mountains. The long balcony was a great place to chill and read or chat or just watching the clouds. Free cold water top up and very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle bus I used every day and Chan almost became my personal driver. Lol The walk up and down the steep private road may not suit some, and it's a 15 minute stroll into town. This is why they have a free shuttle service up until 9.30pm I will be putting a video review on my YouTube channel @Harryshappenings from August 2026

Nothing, however the curtains should have been wider. I learnt that curtains should be 1.5x the width of the opening. I think a man must have ordered the curtains 😄

Best duk situ tapi sy sewa bilik.. jd dekat lah dgn backpackers lain so esok nye sy nak race cultra. Malam tu jugak mat saleh tu nk berkemas. Dari pukul 9 sampai pukul 1 pagi baru die berenti. Kd lepas ni sy akan tempah bilik hotel untuk 2 orang lah. Bukan backpacker punye bilik. Tq so much.

La navette gratuite depuis le terminal du bus. La situation géographique proche du petit centre. Possibilité de reserver les excursions depuis l'hôtel.

La salle de bain est équipée d'un lavabo beaucoup trop petit. Les tables du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas nettoyées. Le choix au petit-déjeuner était très limité. La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien.

Alojamiento con camas muy grandes y personal muy atento. Vinieron a recogernos a la estación de autobuses.

La velocidad del wifi no era la mejor, pero tampoco lo era la conexión con datos. No se puede esperar mucho en zonas rurales de Malasia, no es un problema terrible.

Weinig tot niets viel ons tegen. Heel tevreden!

Il servizio navetta da e per la bus station (e anche per la AgroBank, punto giusto a 2 minuti dall'hotel ma che fa evitare una salita ripidissima). Staff sorridente ed abbastanza disponibile (finché le richieste erano incluse nel loro lavoro giornaliero). Il voto non è piu basso solo perché ha un buon prezzo

In bagno c'è lo scarico delle altre camere quindi tutta la notte sentirai scorrere l'acqua. In camera c'era una macchina di infiltrazionr a soffitto molto ampia. Sebbene avessimo chiesto con largo anticipo del latte vegetale per la colazione, dovuto a restrizioni alimentari, hanno detto che avevano solo quello normale.

Accueil vraiment attentionné. Une navette vient vous chercher au bus et un service fait des aller-retours vers les centre ville (même si c'est faisable à pied, après une journée de promenade c'est très apprécié). La personne à la réception est très à l'écoute et répond aux questions de manière serviable. Très bon lit

Estaba muy limpio, habitaciones grandes con cama grande. No hacía nada de calor. Personal muy agradable. El desayuno estaba bueno. Muy cerca de la zona donde hay más bares y restaurantes.

Una rampa para subir pero tienen free shuttle con lo que no es un problema y está muy cerca de la parte de más bares . Realmente no es un problema.

Non è da tutti avere uno shuttle che ti viene a perdere alla stazione ( anche se io ho sempre camminato). Struttura molto accogliente, staff veramente dinamico e sempre a cercare di aiutarti e risolvere qualunque problema. Grandi balconi dove ammirare le bellissime montagne e rilassarsi. Spazio per dormire il giusto, con asciugami a disposizione e una piccola ventola se qualcuno soffre di caldo. Dispozione di acqua in tutti i piani e una zona ricreativa con piccoli giochi. Doccia con bagno incluso, tutto in uno. Colazione il giusto, uova al momento e tipiche marmellate, pane, verdura e qualche piatto malese tutto riscaldamento. Con il prezzo che si paga offrono veramente tanto. Mi sono iscritto ad una escursione e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Ci sono molte opzioni. Dieci/quindici minuti a piedi si è in cento dove ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e stress food.

Niente, forse installare delle fotocelluce nei bagni perché spesso vengono lasciate accese tutta la notte ( risparmio è sempre bello).

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. It had the perfect location. Especially for hiking treck 10 and 6. The breakfast was fine but not anything special. Besides they made eggs. They were good.

Ein schönes schlichtes Hotel/Hostel. Sehr einfach und dennoch gemütlich.Personal sehr freundlich. Super shutle hin und zurück ins geschehen. Konnten uns jederzeit melden. Mussten nie warten.Kleiner Balkon.

Das Frühstück hat seeehr viel Luft nach oben. Frühstück ab 7:00Uhr,war jedoch erst um 7:30Uhr fertig. Richtig blöd,wenn man einen Ausflug gebucht hat welcher um 7:45 Uhr beginnt. Sämtliche Confi/Nutella und sonstige Gläser waren leer und sahen sehr unappetitlich aus. Schade.

Prima hotel, vlakbij ht centrum van Tanah Rata. Makkelijk te bereiken met een huurauto, parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, die het leuk vinden om je te helpen met vragen over de omgeving en dingen om te doen,

Het hotel is erg gehorig en er zit een haan in de ren voor het hotel die vanaf 5:30 begint met kraaien.

干净环境的同时要注意空气流通的重要性。 有新电梯，可能在施工中，还没完整弄好全部。 早餐因个人口味，15算便宜，但觉得有些食物有一点咸 尤其是鸡肉和餐肉片😂 那个斜坡入口真的有一点倾斜。😂不过有时段的载送服务。算OK
