La faccenda con le ciabatte. Non si può entrare con le scarpe, lo trovo giusto. Ma che poi le mie ciabatte le trovo mischiate a quelle messe a disposizione dall' albergo e le devo cercare...anche no. Colazione essenziale e minimalista

Chambres très mal insonorisés, on entend absolument tout de dehors et des couloirs. Petit déjeuner très peu varié.

The accommodation was comfortable, and the view was absolutely delightful.

The floor was not clean and should be thoroughly checked before guests check in. I also recommend providing a Qibla direction sign for Muslim guests and prayer mats.

Old building but cosy and very clean. Staff most helpful and kind, especially the guy at the reception.

Posizione leggermente defilata rispetto la via centrale quindi assolutamente slenziosa. Staff eccezionale, gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze. Camera pulita.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable très gentil, poli et soucieux de votre bien être. Par contre n'essayez pas d'y déjeuner ou d'y manger.

Par contre les malaisiens ont vraiment un vrai problème de respect ça crie dans les couloirs des 6h du matin comme s'il était 13h. Il a fallu sortir les réprimander pour que le bruit cesse.

I stayed at Hillview Inn for 12 nights as a solo female traveller. Unfortunately, although Cameron Highlands itself is beautiful, there were several serious problems with my stay. There was a horrific fertiliser-type smell coming onto the balcony, which at times made it extremely unpleasant and effectively unusable, despite the fact that I had specifically paid for a balcony room. There was also an ant infestation, both in the bathroom and on the balcony. The Wi-Fi in my room was poor or unavailable, meaning that I regularly had to use the communal area in order to work online. On occasions, male members of staff were drinking alcohol in this area, which made it an uncomfortable environment for me to sit and work in, particularly as a woman travelling alone. Most concerning of all, housekeeping left my room unlocked on two separate occasions. As a solo female traveller with my belongings and travel documents inside the room, I found this completely unacceptable and it left me with significant concerns about security. Unfortunately, because I had booked and financially committed to a long stay through Booking.com, I felt trapped and unable simply to move elsewhere when these problems continued. There were aspects of Cameron Highlands that I really enjoyed, and I had some lovely experiences elsewhere in Tanah Rata, but I would not stay at Hillview Inn again. For me, reliable security, a usable room and balcony, and a comfortable place to access Wi-Fi are basic expectations, particularly during a 12-night stay.

Personnel accueillant et toujours disponible. Établissement propre et très bien placé. Les chaussures ne sont pas autorisées dans les étages des chambres ce qui évite le bruit et les saletés. L’établissement propose également un service de taxi et des excursions.

Que nos dieron la habitación sin balcón.

Alles was prima en zoals beschreven. Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel.

Jammer dat de balkon aan de zijkant lag en met een andere kamer gedeelt. De bedden waren erg vies bij aankomst. Dit werd echter meteen gefixt na een melding van ons. De communicatie met de accommodatie was moeilijk, hun Engels was niet toereikend.

Extreme overlast van lawaai, je hoort letterlijk alles wat er in het hotel gebeurd. Als iemand zich op het einde van de gang doucht hoor je alles, ook zijn er op de kamers glazen uit de ramen gehaald en zijn hier anti insectennetten in geplaatst waardoor je alles van op straat hoort.

Tolle Unterkunft am Rande der Stadt. Man kann den Orr fußläufig erkunden oder einen Roller mieten. Frühstück kann einfach dazu gebucht werden.

Bustickets lieber beim Touri Schalter buchen als über die Unterkunft

La ubicación, a pocos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas. A menos de 10 min andando de la estación de autobús.

La habitación olía a humedad. El baño es todo uno, sin mampara ni cortina para la ducha, por lo que mojas todo cuando te duchas. El desayuno es poco variado y hay que ir sin prisa porque los hacen uno a uno. El dueño nos dijo que podríamos contratar la excursión con ellos, pero cuando llegamos solo nos ofrecía el horario que no queríamos. Terminamos contratando la excursión en una agencia cerca del hotel y resultó que el chofer luego estaba en recepción. No entendimos porque nos decía que estaba todo completo. Te hacen descalzarte para subir a las habitaciones y la limpieza deja un poco que desear.

Very uncomfortable room, only a window high against the ceiling, very small for 5 people. Extra ‘bed’ was a thin matress at the floor. No shower curtain so wet feet when you go to the toilet.

A localização é óptima. Fica no final de uma rua. Não há mais casa atrás. Muito silencioso. É garantida uma noite de descanso. Tem vários lugares de estacionamento disponíveis e as pessoas são simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar.

Podiam ter mais cuidado com a limpeza. Ao chegar abrimos a cama e os lençóis estavam usados e sujos. Foi desleixo. Pedimos para trocar e imediatamente colocaram lençóis limpos. Isto podia ser evitado se houvesse algum controlo. O pequeno almoço é a pedido e há apenas uma ou duas opções. Poderia ser melhorado facilmente.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en staat echt voor je klaar voor van alles. We hadden de private tour geboekt via het hotel en die beviel heel goed. De gids had veel kennis en wist het zelfs zo te timen dat je niet zo in de mensenmassa’s zat.

Het is allemaal wat basic maar daar is de prijs dan ook naar.

Internet connection was very very bad. 90% not connected for 4D3N stay. Our room was at the front facing the road. The Wi Fi antenna was at the centre reckoned those who stayed at the centre will be wifi connected. Please bear some rascals will pressed their accelerators at the wee hours like they are deaf. Just bear it Every where we will faced Mat Remp it.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, um das Hotel sind viele Restaurants und Aktivitäten.

Die Balkontür war nicht bodentief geschlossen, weshalb ununterbrochen Mücken reinkommen. Auch die Dusche ist nicht abgetrennt, sondern hängt einfach neben der Toilette, sodass das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht, wenn man duscht. Für den Preis geht mehr.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención del personal. El guía fue excelente: nos explicó todo con detalle e hizo todo lo posible para que estuviéramos lo más cómodas posible durante la estancia. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara especialmente, aunque hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorarse. El colchón de la cama individual se movía bastante, lo que hacía que resultara algo incómodo. Además, es importante tener en cuenta que el hotel no dispone de ascensor, por lo que puede resultar poco práctico para quienes viajan con maletas grandes.

The washroom don't have shower stand, limited shower soap, no hangers to hang our towel or clothes Not much storage for clothing in the room. The room was stuffy and 1 miserable table fan was available. Some where around 12 midnight next room guest was making noises and irritated our night sleep. Never ever going back there. Good luck to other guest.

Looking for authentic place to stay for a running event and yes the building is very authentic . Location is also very convenient , les than 3min walk from main street.

>Booked with breakfast included and was surprised to get different menu for it. The breakfast was very disappointed. >Came during week day before sport event and want it to work a bite but internet connection was not good at all . >I have to plug the TV cable and set up the app but because of poor wifi , TV was laggy. >During 3 days , the bed was never made by the staff as we ask for room cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at Hillview Inn Cameron Highlands. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and local markets, making it a convenient choice for visitors.

There wasn't much to dislike during my stay. The only minor improvement would be to have slightly better sound insulation between rooms, but it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

Quaint little place. Cooling. Lovely if you need a place just to crash after a long day. Hot water supply was heavenly after being out in the cold.

Bed was a bit on the hard side. Some rooms have shared balcony which gives a bit of nerves.

Stanza un po' umida (dovuto alla situazione climatica ma rimediabile ci fosse un climatizzazione che aiuterebbe a togliere un po' di umidità) e bagno molto piccolo con getto della doccia su sanitari perciò dopo averla usata tutto il bagno risulta bagnato.

Allotjament senzill, però perfecte per al que buscàvem. Està molt ben situat, en una zona cèntrica, ideal tant per moure's en moto com en transport públic. En el nostre cas, també ens va anar molt bé per sortir a fer una excursió en jeep. El millor de tot, però, va ser el personal: molt amable, atent i sempre disposat a ajudar. Ens van permetre guardar les motxilles després del check-out i ens van donar totes les facilitats. Un tracte de 10.

És un allotjament senzill i sense grans luxes, però compleix perfectament la seva funció. No tenim cap aspecte destacable a criticar.

Ottima posizione in centro ma fuori dalla via principale, la camera era pulita, di buone dimensioni e con balconcino annesso. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Organizzano tour e trasferimenti. Consigliato!

Colazione molto basica. Bagno piccolino con doccia senza tenda e pressione dell’acqua un po’ scarsa ma non è stato un problema. Torneremmo volentieri.

Tout était parfait, proximité des restaurants, propositions excursions à l'hôtel, gentillesse de la personne à la réception. Très très propre, parfait pour visiter la région.

Onderhoud kamers is echt wel nodig. Het ontbijt was heel karig/weinig. Geen goede voorlichting over betreffende excursies.

Hotel bien placé, très central, on peut aller au marché à pied et manger dans des restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Calme malgré l'emplacement. Personnel très à l'écoute, donne des bons conseils pour des excursions.

Juste confortable, hôtel un peu vieillot. Douche difficile à régler.

Away from centre, a bit of a quiet spot yet walkable to everything. Clean environment and friendly staffs.

Thin walls and noisy guests. Establishment does not tell their own guests to keep their volumes down. Had a night where guests checked it past midnight and didn't quiet down until 3AM. Couldn't sleep properly.

The location is further from the main road, just serenity & peaceful area. It's my 2nd time staying here.

We were assigned to the furthest room next to another lodge. Unluckily, there were small celebration just behind our room beginning at 6pm up til 1am. They're all drunk and made noise until I had difficulties to sleep.

The fan cannot be tilted.
