Appartement safran avec piscine

me gusta la modernidad del piso, la piscina y el parking subterráneo.

No me gusta las condiciones de salubridad del piso, nos ha dejado entrar 40min antes de ls 15h, y nos comentó que estaba la chica de limpieza en el apartamento, y al llegar ha llegado un chico encargado por Aissam, y pensaba que era solo para acompañar nos al piso, y mi surprisa fue cuando se pone a limpiar, pero sola frego el suelo, quito la basura, sin cambiar las sabanas ni tocar los lavabos, la ropa de cama incompleta solo habia encimera sin bajera. Al llegar estaba el parking abierto y después me comentó el chico de seguridad que solo estaba bloqueada que igualmente tenemos que solicitar el mando Aissam, porque se v desbloquear y no podremos salir , le mandé un audio ni siquiera me contestó, y a la mañana paso lo que tememos, menos mal que un Sr que salio nos hizo el favor de abrir con su mando, porque hemos llamado al dueño y nos dijo que venia y después le volvimos llamar para avisarle que ya no hace falta ni contesto, le mandé audio lo escucho y nada. Otra cosa cobra en efectivo esto para mi no es comodo, he tenido que enviarlo el dinero por Sendwave.

Manque de chaises autour de la table (deux pour un appartement de quatre personnes) Les odeurs de remontées de canalisations dans la cuisine Tuyau de douche cassé dans une des deux salles de bain

Maison propre mais la climatisation ne fonctionne pas

Das Appartement befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen lage.Es war sehr sauber, gut möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber Issam hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank Issam! Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, tenía todo cerca , supermercado, cafeterías, restaurantes de comida rápida hasta una lavandería en frente

Por desgracia no me gustó llegar y encontrar un par de cosas estropeadas, en teoría el dueño debe revisar cada esquina antes de que pase otro inquilino

Appartement très propre et bien entretenu. Situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. L’accueil de la dame était vraiment au top, très gentille et attentionnée. Tout était parfait!! je recommande sans hésiter.

Que por el calor habían muchas cucarachas

L’appartement était très propre dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Les lits sont confortables la proximité des commerces , cafés et restaurants.

Bon accueil de la femme qui est venu nous accueillir

Le bip du parking sous terrain qui ne fonctionnait pas. Serait il plus judicieux de fournir le nombre de bracelet pour la piscine correspondant au nombre de locataire.

Allereerst communicatie was top . Huis super schoon en ideale locatie . Ook de kinderen hebben genoten van het zwemmen. Enorm bedankt ! Groetjes uit Nederland !

Very clean and modern apartment Close to macdonalds and entre of Marrakech

I had the pleasure of being greeted by our hostess Laila, and I must say, her warmth and genuine hospitality truly enhanced the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and comfortable with her friendly smile and attentive demeanor. She was incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring we were seated comfortably and offering helpful recommendations. Her professionalism combined with her kindness created a welcoming atmosphere that set the perfect tone for our visit. I highly appreciate her dedication to making every guest feel special—her exceptional hospitality truly made our outing memorable.

That was a bit far from the center . You need a car if u have to stay there to move in the city .

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the apartment is a brand new with a private parking

We were a little bit cold in the apartment, the AC produced more noise than heat. Kitchen appliances could also be better: didn’t found salt / pepper, no coffee machine, the cutlery was so-so

Host was awesome Good & safe location (not in the city though) with reasonably priced cafe’s around. Neat apartment and comfortable bed Garage parking

Wifi signal and connectivity was not consistent Lack of toiletries (only shower gel and toilet papers were available) Geyser was small and hot water finishes pretty fast

Luxurious apartment with many facilities. Communication with the owner is very clear and easy. The neighbourhood is very safe and the location is great.

The property was clean and big and is well appointed. The location is close to convenience stores and a variety of restaurants. The pool was not available during our stay (water being replaced) but Issam the owner offered the pool on another resort. He drove us to the resort and picked us up when finished. The property also has Wirelsss internet and Netflix. He also let us borrow the home WiFi SIM card so we can have mobile broadband while out and about around Marrakech.

Nothing really. Except maybe have another set of apartment keys.
