Those in my party are too old to sit on high stools and low chairs. I should have paid closer attention to those details.

Difficult to find front entry using google maps, parking was awful…had to get out of car twice to swipe my key card to open 2 different gates just to park. The apartment was hot and only ventilation was to open patio door. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area each had a heavy self closing fire door that were difficult to open and loud when they closed.

Apartments are closed off by room and doors are hard to keep open. However, staff were accommodating when asked for extra blankets and missing elements. Apartment configurations aren’t great for families, better for business travel. Evidence of wear in some. Hot water issues with multiple showers

Der angrenzende Boiler hat sich bei der Warmwasserbenutzung regelmässig eingeschaltet und leider unangenehme Geräusche erzeugt.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The apartment was spacious, super clean and the beds fabulously comfortable. Our 15th floor apartment had an amazing view with a full glass 'walkway' decking external to the bedrooms and lounge area. Fully equipped kitchen too. Minor negatives: the recycling pull out draw contained three bins which could have been labelled accordingly; the hand soap dispenser in one bathroom had been placed in the shower cubicle and vice versa the body and hair wash had been placed where the wash hand basin was. I couldn't see how to swap them over. It meant there was very little foam when trying to wash hair. But these are just tiny negatives which can easily be rectified. The towels and bed linen were of an excellent quality.

Je n'apprécie pas la moquette dans les appartements ou hôtel en général, mais ce qui m'a déplu avant tout c'est que les portes de la chambre, salle de bain etc ne peuvent pas rester ouvertes, pire, elles claquent très fortement, pas facile de ne réveiller personne en allant au WC la nuit.

It felt unclear that the apartments did not have A/C. Initially when looking at a booking for 2 double rooms that show with A/C and you get recommended within the same property to do their apartments instead, you would assume the same features/amenities.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The room was comfortable, with a nice view of Dublin, and convenient to the airport with an airport shuttle. When we arrived, check in was easy, and the woman was very friendly and helpful.
Small shower with very hot water; doors slammed if you didn't hold them. The closest attraction was the Botanical Gardens, a 15-minute walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to visit because of our short time there.

Rooms are just that little bit tight and that was more noticeable in the very warm weather we were having. Also a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but then it is Dublin, so understandable too.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026At 11:00 pm the unit finally cooled off with the doors open so that it was possible to be comfortable and to sleep. The unit was beautiful and modern, but unsafe. The restaurant downstairs was very nice for relief from the heat.
No air conditioning in this metal and glass framed building. It was extremely hot both inside the unit and in the hallway just outside of the unit. There were no alternative units available with air conditioning. We were not able to stay inside the unit safely until about 10 pm, following sunset and with open of sliding glass doors to let the cooler air in. The outdoor temperature maximum that day was 81 F (27 C).

Idéal pour dernière nuit proche aéroport . Nous avons laissé la voiture à l'aéroport la veille et profité de la navette de retour ainsi que le matin à 4h !

Messaged ahead for parking but then told when we arrived there that may not be a spot - all sorted in the end. Very hot rooms - no airconditioning and broken stool fans. Sensor light that went on and off all night - told staff but they weren't too concerned.

Very heavy fire doors between rooms. Corridor was boiling hot. Showers were very difficult to work out and I burnt myself briefly. Called reception and they had to cone up to teach us how to use.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Geräumiges Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer + 2 Badezimmern und bequemen Kingsize Betten. Gut ausgestattete Wohnküche. Sauber und sicher. Gut per Bus vom Flughafen Dublin zu erreichen. Bus in die City von Dublin fährt vor der Haustür. Die Rezeption organisiert einen gut funktionierenden Shuttle zum Dublin Airport. Rezeption war sehr bemüht und entgegenkommend.
Es war an dem Tag sehr warm und sonnig in Dublin. Das Apartment war zur Südseite mit breiter Fensterfront und ohne AC. Es hatte sich über den Tag erheblich aufgeheizt und wir konnten erst nach 22.30 Uhr lüften und kühlere Luft reinlassen. Damit war es nachts sehr warm in den Schlafräumen. Wir hatten alle Probleme und bekamen nicht ausreichend Schlaf. Das einzig Gute: Wir bekamen ein Teilbetrag rückerstattet. Aus einem kleinen Raum mit einer technischen Anlage im Apartment kam die ganze Nacht ein leises Geräusch, das auch in einem der Schlafzimmer zu hören war.

TOO HOT. It was 95 Degrees F inside with NO DIRECT FRESH AIR or AC to the habitable rooms. Bedrooms were off a enclosed greenhouse shared balcony with lights that NEVER TURNED OFF.

There is excessive heat in the hallway to the elevator that is intolerable if you have to wait for the elevator. Did need to open windows and use fans to help cool down in the evening to be able to sleep.

Shower in bathroom was broken (shower head) but it still worked. Socket beside bed didn’t work, walls looking a little tired, could do with a paint.
