Woodland Pines Baguio

When we arrived at the accommodation the floor was all sticky...but since I cannot refund my payment if I cancel and book other accommodation. I cleaned the whole apartment myself so my kids and I can stay clean and comfortable....toilet is ok and manageable. 2nd day we woke up without water...I tell to my daughter to inform them as we need to used a toilet but I received a msg that water can go back around 3 pm? How are we gonna shower ?use the toilet and other things without water ?...I'm quite pissed off as we need to use the toilet.. so we decided to find ways and drive where we can use toilet... They call me back saying they are infront of accommodation bringing some water ....they being apologetic after I'm being pissed off for all the hassle we have been through.my point is if they inform us at night atleast we can collect water to use in the morning We just did our best to make the best of our days than being irritated in our stay

Homey feeling. Everything you need in a house is there. The hosts were nice and responsive.

Just the heater, its not working properly. Gets hot for 1 minute then water gets freezing cold. Although it adds to the Baguio experience😊

The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious for family of 5. The facilities of the apartment are complete from kitchen utensils and appliances to shower heaterr, towels, shampoo, smart TV and wifi. The location was near enough to city center. The property has allocated parking space.

It would have been better if the shower area has a partition or enclosure so that floor tiles of the toilet would remain dry. There is risk slipping when entering the toilet with wet floor.

Customer service is great and the staff that assisted us is accommodating. The rooms, sala, kitchen and bathroom are clean, they have good amounts of toiletries, towels, trash bags, dish washing liquid, disinfectant, etc. Have a great space for 4pax and small pets. I wish could booked the same place in our next vacation.

just the water pressure from the shower is a bit low. Otherwise, everything is just amazing

The whole place was very clean. Even the blankets and towels smelled so good! I like that they even proactively told us that we can check in earlier than 2pm. I love everything about our stay here. The place was very comfortable and clean.

Everything was great, except maybe there’s no exhaust on the cr. But other than that, everything was really good!

Amenities and cleanliness

The house comes with amenities and it fits our family of 7.

The noisy barking of dogs in the middle of the night, almost nonstop. We did not get a wink honestly. My senior mother and uncle were so tired and both suffered headaches for not getting any sleep. Too bad, the house is good, location is not bad, but the dogs!

The unit was perfect for our group of friends, it is spacious with good interior, very clean and cozy. Also, the staff was very accomodating.

The internet was unstable sometimes, and as the unit is on the ground floor and beside the road, the outside noice was sometimes heard inside.

Water works

The room is very spacious. The beds and sofa are comfortable. Convenient, there's a kitchen and dining area. Toiletries and towels were provided. Slippers and extra mattress are available. The location is good, near popular spots and restaurants in Baguio. If you have a car, parking is free. There's also free wifi and Netflix.

Our room is located in the ground floor near the entrance, so when there are people outside, we can hear them and the noise coming from their vehicles. I also suggest that you prohibit loitering and smoking in front of the building, because during our stay, we can hear noise and smell cigarettes coming from other guests outside. Please also clean the bathroom more thoroughly, the sink doesn't look very clean, there were some dirt residue. We can also see some molds in the bathroom ceiling.

The location is accessible to all sites. Defineltely will book again.

The owner is friendly, and the place is excellent.

We had such a fantastic stay here! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to all the must-see spots, yet still peaceful enough to unwind at the end of the day. The hosts were super friendly and very quick to respond to all our needs. Plus, the spacious accommodations were a great value for the price.

Miss Fiona is the best! Not too far from establishments and very accessible!

the wifi is great and temperature is good there is no need to use aircon Very accessible to Session road and other touriest area.

You can hear many dog barking at the morning

Fiona is a wonderful Host, very kind and polite, was very communicative. Scheduling times for check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Place is clean and well kept, feels like home. Great value for your money, I will definitely comeback. This place is great especially for families. Highly recommended!
