Only 1 tissue for 3 days and 2 nights and did not replace it. No microwave for reheating food. Bins need to be bigger, only had a bin in the toilet and nothing in the room.

Neighbourhood was very low class...dirty..unsafe. Its a hotel built inside an old commercial building. Not a real hotel. Rooms are tiny, neds are small doubles...very tight for 2 persons. Unsuitable for 2 children to share. Had to spemd a further 500php for an extra mattress for 2nd kid. No kitchen facilities, lots of mould in bathroom, shower taps broken, Then tried to state we made the floor mat dirty (we wore.shoes into the property...took them off inside only..feet were clean until they touched the obviously dirty floor.) Of note floor mat was a dirty grey upon arrival, and all the low quality bath towels were also dirty grey not white. Avoid avoid avoid.. .cheap nasty hotel, and they try to scam extra out of yoi for everything!

The Lock in our room is broken, it's not safe and we would have been stuck. The Shower is very noisy especially if you turn on the water heater and The TV has no signal.

Reviewed May 27, 2024Location is great it’s really in front of Lourdes Grotto and 6mins away drive from Burnham Park. Transpo is also good, taxi is everywhere! Staff is very kind. The room is so spacious. Love the mirror with lights. The ‘Family Studio’ is really for family since it has 3 double beds.
No hotel slipper but bearable as we have our own. I just saw 1 super small cockroach in the shower which I think from the pipe as it disappear afterwards.

No programs on tv even account on netflix wala but understandable on our part kasi we are considerate nman kasi trip ang pinunta namin. We pay 200 pesos for the use of aircon. No electric fan provided. It should be free because the room provided was in the middle(No Windows). Lahat may bayad we book for 7 people but they only provide for 6 people. Additional 500 for extra beddings. But overall it was a good stay. Thank you
