Stunning 3 Bedroom Beachfront Apartment with Parking

I spent 4 days - with family (3 adults + 2 children). Appartment has a beautiful view on the ocean + spacious and really clean. The building is clean and quiet. We loved the electric blankets in our beds (as we travelled in winter). I would definitely book again.

Location is great and the sunsets are stunning. The apartment is very spacious. Was super clean. The stocked coffee station, chocolates and soap and shampoo in the bathrooms were a lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

Road is noisy until about 22h00 and apartment block can also be noisy. The second bathroom is more like a guest toilet with an added on shower. It is small and has mismatched tiles. The envelope requesting a donation for the staff that cleaned the apartment - this I feel is included in the price you pay and one feels obliged to leave something because the apartment was very clean. Some of the windows don't close properly and we didn't touch the wooden blinds for fear they might fall apart. We never got the TV working as each channel - Disney, Netflix, Prime etc all required a log in code which we didn't have.

Attention to detail increasing comfort. Complementary bottle of wine, electric blankets in all beds (this was a winter visit!), somebody really thought about this!

The property was everything it promised and more. It is spacious and equiped fully for convenience plus the beachfront location is idyllic.

The apartment is lovely. Very spacious living area and close to all amenities . It was very clean and well equipped. It was safe and secure and the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small to facilitate two bedrooms while the en suite in the main bedroom was very spacious, Traffic noise was an issue especially at night.

The unit was very clean, spacious, quiet, and just like the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

What was there not to like? The hosts are responsive and assisted with any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped, even having salt and pepper which always seems to be missing in self catering stays. They have thought of everything and the security was super helpful and friendly when we arrived. Definitely will book again!

One evening/night no electricity which was not communicated to us in advance, however it was a scheduled maintenance according to the securtity guard Parking place is not suitable for a minivan (height)

- Lärm von draußen und von den Nachbarn, schlafen war nicht möglich für uns und unsere kleine Tochter - kein Zimmerservice bei 6 Nächten - ein Bad war so klein, dass man es nicht nutzen konnte - im Hauptbad war Schmutz oder Schimmel an den Wänden - Einrichtung sehr sehr alt, vieles hat auch nicht funktioniert (Herdplatte, Fenster zu schließen usw)

The en-suite was great but the other bathroom is tiny even for one person of average size to use-this would be a big problem if 3 couples were staying in the property and 2 of them had to use this. Suggestion- convert the covered balcony areas attached to the bedrooms(which only look out on the adjacent building) into en-suites-this would make it into a truly upmarket property

Shared bathroom too small, construction noise was hell, wooden sliding doors were hard to open and close.

View, scenery the look and feel

A great location just opposite the beach but easy to walk to the V & A waterfront. It was really spacious with everything that we needed. Lovely Security staff meant we felt super safe.

The location was convenient, safe, close to numerous attractions and has a great view.

Sa Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Seite hin, so dass sie ruhig sind und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

This is the nicest apartment we have stayed in along the Sea Point promenade. It's location is perfect - great view, close to grocery shops, really well located. There was so much thoughtfulness and kindness from the hosts. Even spring water ice cubes in the freezer and fresh lemons in the kitchen. Every detail was thought through. Checking in and out was so easy and communication clear and warm. The apartment block is secure, and the reception staff are friendly and attentive. What a perfect stay.

This is the cleanest apartment I have ever booked on any platform. The hosts have prepared everything for a comfortable stay, like a home away from home in a stunning location. The area is safe. I recommend it 110%.

Wow the view, stunning! Extremely comfortable, thoroughly cleaned and spacious. The side balcony to dry clothes on was a bonus meaning we could sit on the main balcony and just enjoy views without laundry! We felt extremely safe at this property as the security man on the door was friendly and attentive and there are gated extra locks on the door. We walked to the Woolworths just around the corner for groceries and felt safe and at ease. The owners were responsive to messages and prompt at dealing with solutions (I noticed the hairdryer did not work and they brought one and left with the security guy within an hour of the message for us). We were able to park the car in the garage which was an added bonus. At check out when we were loading our car the cleaner approached us within minutes of checking out to advise she had found a second hairdryer left out and was checking it wasn’t ours – I explained the above that there were now 2 one broken to be taken away. Her actions reflect honesty and integrity and I hope the owners retain such wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend to others this accommodation.

There was a barking dog in a neighbouring apartment for a short period, but it was due to the neighbour having locked himself out.

Clean, spacious apartment. Had everything we needed, even plastic tubs for our picnic when climbing Table Mountain. The host was excellent with communication, providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. We were there in winter, the weather was cold, so it was a bonus to find they had provided electric blankets - heaven! Great sea and sunset views. Secure parking. Friendly concierge. Wine and water welcome pack was appreciated.

The inside of the apartment is really stunning,beautifull.the bedrooms is so smart and we did like the beach view,me and my family really enjoy it there and would like to book it in future again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean and sunset situated in a secure complex. Great location in Seapoint- directly opposite the promenade so easy to go for a walk. The apartment had great touches and Barry and Shereen were great hosts.

Not much really. Water filter tap didn’t work and could do with some tea towels for drying at the sink. Bath water brown still after third bath full.

The apartment is spacious, welcoming,, tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, good linen and towels. Every the kitchen needs. OH! And did I mention the view - beautiful!!!!

The noise from Beach Road is loud. If the authorities could ban these straight exhausts or to stop people from removing the mufflers of their exhaust and then adding exhaust noise systems it would help a lot. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and if one closes doors it does lessen the noise when going to bed.

EVERYTHING , the view , the inside , it looks exactly like the photos and is in such a great position . They have everything you need and the special treats were an added bonus . The security staff were so helpful , everything was great . Just be aware if youre hiring a car , dont hire too big if you want to use the garage parking , ha ha it could be a lady thing - us struggling to park ha ha .

The location, the cleanliness and the standard of the apartment

A very spacious, tastefully decorated apartment with a great sea view across to Robben Island. This was perfect for hosting my family from the UK and showing them the sights of Cape Town. Seapoint is a great location being a 10-15 min drive from many attractions with many great food options nearby and it always seems to have the best sunsets. The large living and dining room were great places to relax in the evening after busy days out. There were many nice touches in the property such as beach towels in a basket by the front door. This was definitely the best value place I've stayed in Cape Town and I'd love to stay there again if I ever found it available. The security staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Very little that was problematic

We loved our stay! The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and the apartment is also nicely decorated. The building is very safe and has very helpful and friendly security 24/7. Barry and Shereen (the hosts) were also lovely and quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect for exploring Cape Town. Near to Seapoint, Greenpoint, Clifton, Camps Bay and the Waterfront. Would highly recommend!

Only downside was that you hear the cars/road quite well in the apartment.

10000000% would recommend. Initially when I saw the apartment on booking.com with few reviews I was skeptical as the apartment looked amazing. I found the apartment on Airbnb with more reviews which reassured me this was legit. I took the plunge and booked for a family trip (3x adults) celebrating a special birthday. Barry and Shereen were outstanding! The most amazing host I’ve ever had in all my travels. Before I even got to Cape Town Barry and Shereen were great at communication and offered their advice and guidance and even answered various questions I had from changing money to even what plugs they use, they did not need to do this but took the time to help ensure I had all the information I needed to make my trip as smooth as possible. They even kindly gave us recommendations on restaurants and even activities which was so helpful. Barry and Shereen also helped me facilitate a birthday balloon for my brother. Nothing was to much and their replies were so quick. The apartment is fantastic, and looks exactly like the pictures. I cannot believe I didn’t get any pictures of the apartment but I have included a view from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need from a fully furnished kitchen to plenty of towels even makeup wipes alongside some additional extras (thank you!) The apartment is in the most perfect location, close to main sea point area but far enough to have a quiet holiday. Less than 10 minutes to V&A and to lots of the main attractions. We found this perfect to relax and unwind. It was really easy to get Ubers to and from the apartment. If you are looking to do Aquila Safari, the half day tour does pick up at the apartment which was helpful. Barry even kindly contacted the safari when I needed more information before booking. There is a woolies around the corner and a Checkers 5minute drive away which was super convenient. The balcony was such a treat and it was so nice to finish a long day and just watch the sunset.

We had a minor issue at the apartment which I will not go into detail regarding as the way Barry and Shereen managed this meant that the impact to our holiday was minimal. Seeing how they jumped into action and went above and beyond meant more to us than the situation. If there is any issues please contact your hosts as I promise you they will do their upmost to find you a solution which you don’t see much of nowadays. Thank you for showing your kindness during this time alongside your flexibility and understanding.
