The location was nice because everything was walking distance like the shops and pubs.

I didn't liked that the place don't have a secure parking.

Nice and close to everything needed - loads of good restuarants and the beach and promenade very close for walks.

The location was great. Close to VA waterfront and a walking distance to the beach. It was wonderful of them to provide milk for tea, cooking oil etc. I could atleast make a nice cup of tea for myself as i settled in on the first day 😀

Very good location and very good, well-maintained and well equipped apartment. Close to everything, a lot of restaurants, walking distance from sea point promenade.

The apartment was only one ac unit in the living room, so in the summer it might be a little hot in the bedrooms to sleep. they should put additional units in the bedrooms.

I was able to do my laundry, the place was easily accessible and I enjoyed the sea view from where I was staying. The staff was very friendly and helpful everything my friend and I needed was catered for upon request, free Wi-Fi made it easy to remain in contact with family back home we didn’t experience any network issues

It's very noisy because of the construction next door.....our passage on third floor was smelling soo bad ....our shower was blocked down so water was everywhere and we reported and requested assistance with no help at all ....the rooms are very small not worth the money we payed....they charge us cleaning money but they come only once and never change the sheets ...the cleaning ladies left our window room open when we come back our bed was full of dust 💔💔however staff are very friendly....their ceiling boards are old n dirty.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und den drei Nächten die wir dort verbracht haben. Wir konnten uns im Supermarkt etwas zum Kochen holen und im Apartment kochen, so muss man nicht jeden Tag essen oder frühstücken gehen.

Man muss an der Straße parken. Hauptstraße kostet Geld und in den Nebenstraßen ist sehr voll alles.

I loved the kitchen of our unit and the fact that the building’s rooftop had the perfect sun exposure.

The cleaning services were nonexistent, yet they charged us a cleaning fee. Even after approaching reception for cleaning still nothing happened. For that, I have no desire to stay at the building again. The bathroom in our unit could do with more shelve space. There is literally nowhere to put your toiletry bag in the bathroom besides on top of the toilet. The toilet brush was broken so I didn’t even understand why it was kept there. Room 504 was terrible.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to celebrate my birthday! 🥂✨ From the moment I arrived at ONE26 ON M, I felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. What truly touched me was the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for me in my room — a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine and a handwritten birthday card from the Fluent ONE26 ON M team. 🥹🥂 It was such a personal and unexpected gesture, and it genuinely made my birthday feel even more special. The accommodation itself was beautiful, comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and warmth of the team really stood out to me. It’s one thing to provide a beautiful place to stay, but it’s another to make a guest feel genuinely celebrated and appreciated — and they absolutely did that for me. ❤️ After a busy and exhausting few weeks, being able to arrive, settle in, pour myself a glass of sparkling wine and simply enjoy my birthday was exactly what I needed. 🥰 Thank you to the entire ONE26 ON M team for going above and beyond and for helping make my 34th birthday so memorable. Everything was perfect, but during the time I was there, there was construction in the area which I would’ve preferred not to experience on my vacation. The apartment is close to a lot of shops, local spots, the promenade, the WiFi was good, the pool was always clean, there was 24 hour security surveillance and the staff was friendly.

Location is great at Sea Point, close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Also walkable distance to the ocean. Uber is a few minutes away to V&A waterfront. The apartments have different designs and sometimes different amenities in terms of pots and pans but overall you have a very well equipped kitchen. Sometimes you have an espresso coffee machine but in any case you have a french press and coffee grounds to use. My studio apartment has everything I needed so no complaints. There was a small issue with my original apartment but the staff acted quickly and I moved to another one which is much quieter as well. Those apartments facing the Main Street could be noisy till 10pm. Remember to go up to the rooftop, sunset is great up there

Nothing to do with the property itself but there were people smoking weed all the time at the back of the building or at least on the side where I was at so the smell could get into the apartment.

Housekeeping not done as agreed. Stoep was left very dirty, had to clean it myself. I have extended my stay with 7 days to 1 Sep, checking out on the 2nd, and another 4 days till 5 Sep 2026, checking out on the 6th. However, staff messed up the booking, charging me almost double the booking.com price, and booked me for 6 days till 31 Aug, checking out on the 1st. I couldnt provide proof. So basically Ive lost around 1k rand. Make sure to get your receipts and verify if you pay at the reception.

Ambiente muito limpo, arrumado, pequeno mas dispõem de tudo que é necessário, secador de cabelo e ferro de passar no quarto. o prédio tem lavanderia, vc paga pra usar a máquina mas eles disponibilizam o sabão no quarto. O serviço de limpeza passa a cada dois dias e deixa tudo limpinho e arrumadinho. Tem portaria 24 horas! É muito bem localizado, ambiente muito silencioso, tem piscina no deck, tem uma pequena área de treino. Água quente funciona super bem! Para brasileiro as tomadas não precisam de adaptador! O

Só o ar condicionado que é portátil aí quando enche de água a gente precisa ir lá esvaziar pra ele voltar a funcionar e o Estacionamento que é pago por dia. Mas isso é o de menos comparado com as outras vantagens do apartamento

The view from the apartment was great with a nice outdoor setting to enjoy the coffee. The reception staff always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Luggage storage available.

Well, the fact that the wifi went down on my last night whilst working, it stayed of till I checked out on Monday with no communication or anything. Also the unit I was in had cockroaches, I saw on the kitchen counter, but then Monday morning I had to kill two in the shower. Was horrible. Previous I stayed ad had no issues, but this time was too much.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at this accommodation and was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay, which made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a warm and positive attitude. Their professionalism and attention to guests made a great impression. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Tras realizar el check-in, tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente una hora para poder acceder a la habitación, ya que no encontraban la llave correspondiente. Ese mismo día comprobamos que la luz del baño estaba averiada y no podía apagarse (estuvo encendida durante toda la noche con lo que eso conlleva para el descanso). Al día siguiente, un técnico acudió a revisar la incidencia pero tras su intervención, la luz dejó de funcionar por completo. Nos dijeron que hasta el día siguiente no podrían repararlo así que pasamos la segunda noche sin luz en el baño. Al día siguiente, (nuestro tercer día de estancia) el técnico, de nuevo, no pudo solucionarlo. Estuvimos tres días con trabajadores entrando y saliendo del apartamento (algo muy incómodo estando de vacaciones). Por otro lado, el lavavajillas tampoco funcionaba. Lo comunicamos el primer día y nos dijeron que no podrían solucionarlo hasta dentro de varios días. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Hasta que no pusimos una queja en atención al cliente en Booking, el alojamiento no nos ofreció cambio de apartamento. Nos cambiamos de apartamento para la ultima noche (así que 3 de cuatro noches fueron muy desagradables).

Didn't like the bed tucked into a corner which made it difficult for old people with ailments to get on/into the bed. Booking.com should explain the layout of the compact units better and add more photos. Booking.com showed the amount payable then AFTER payment is made, there was extra costs added for cleaning that wasn't disclosed during the booking process.

Nice apartment. The bed was comfortable and warm. The room is big enough with a big table and kitchen, washing machine and some kitchen utensils, not too many but everything you need. We were here in winter, so the room is cold, but you can warm it up with the Aircon with warm air, which is nice. There is a balcony, but it's too loud outside to sit and relax. The washing machine was working well and there was even some washing powder provided. Warm blankets were provided. Many shops and nice restaurants around the corner, even a Thai massage. :D But I still wouldn't walk in the night alone! The TV had many channels and choices of movies. The beach is around the corner. Downstairs is the reception. The room gets cleaned every second day.

We were on the second floor. The windows are big but there is no sunshine coming inside the room. There is not much view except for a little bit of table mountain from the bedroom. The furniture is a little bit old, but still ok. There is a construction side nearby, so it is quite loud during the day. Also there are some people outside the pizza place which also makes the place loud. The garage is not free, you have to pay per day.

Seeing that you offer self service laundry, maybe look at selling washing powder pods as well perhaps.

The facilities were kept clean and Tammy was always friendly, checking on us if we were okay each and every day. The cleaning staff were very professionally and they did their work diligently, always leaving the room spotless clean, and would always ask if we needed anything else.

Very beautiful and convenient place to stay. The apartment has all the necessary things, stove, microwave, fridge and iron.

The cleaning rules are terrible, the apartment is cleaned every second day, and the linen will only be changed after 8 days of stay. They charge a separate cleaning fee, not disclosed at booking which made the place more expensive, worse they dont clean daily, and 8 days for linen change is unreasonable.

I was not happy with the room they gave me , very small I couldn’t even move around.

We had a fantastic stay at One26 on M in Sea Point and couldn't find anything to complain about. The views from our 7th-floor balcony were beautiful, both during the day and at night, with stunning mountain views. The rooftop pool was small but lovely, and although it was too cold to swim, the rooftop area was a great place to relax. The property was spectacular, and we would definitely book here again. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice and clean. It was worth every penny I paid. I loved it.

The kettle wasn't working and they took it and never came back (only issue I had was the kettle not working). Also if you call with a cellphone it doesn't go through until you use a landline. You don't reply to WhatsApp messages but it's the only convenient option to get through to the facility.

Our stay was excellent. The team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured that everything was comfortable and seamless. Their service and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional.

i loved the location

The single room, or was it double, 401 was very, very small

When I came to the building, they opened for me so I didn't wait too long outside. The staff was kind and they made it easy for me to interact with them freely. I really liked and appreciated that they allowed me to check-in earlier before 15h00. The room was properly maintained, and nice. But most of it all, the location was perfect for me because it's close to the promenade (sea). The building also has nice views by the pool deck on the last floor.

There are a couple of things that I was concerned about during my stay. The sink for washing dishes had a leakage on the drain pipes connecting to it. The kitchen cloth had an unpleasant smell. The door handle on the inside was a bit loose and felt like it could come off. Some of the staff or the cleaners made a lot of noise, their voices were high.

Sehr moderne gut gelegene Anlage, die Zimmern haben alles was es zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles war sehr sauber, das WLAN hat einwandfrei funktioniert, es gab einen Netflix Zugang und auch die Küche war mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Personal am Empfang war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Da wir im Südafrikanischen Winter hier waren haben wir den Pool leider nicht benutzt, dieser sah aber modern aus und die Aussicht von der Dachterasse war großartig - hier kann man bei heißen Temperaturen sicher ebenfalls gut entspannen!
