Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The AC was excellent and provided great relief from the heat.
I had difficulty locating the property using Google Maps and spent about 30 minutes driving around. I was later informed that Apple Maps works better for this area, so it would be helpful to advise future guests to use that app instead. Additionally, as a woman traveling alone, I noticed that the area has several stray, not-friendly dogs that sometimes barked throughout the night, which impacted both safety and noise levels. Finally, while the base nightly fees were reasonable, the total cost after taxes and cleaning fees did not quite match the overall quality of the stay.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Location is very good close to the beaches and main strip. The AC is very pleasant in a hot environment. The WiFi was also very good. No bad comments to have.
No bad comments, keep in mind this is a small annex that is cosy for 2 people.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025La atención de Jeannick! El anfitrión es muy amable y cuando tuve alguna pregunta o inconveniente se acercó al studio y pudo resolverlo. La ubicación del lugar es excelente a dos cuadras del centro. El studio trae todo lo que dice, más sillas y sombrilla que en la playa te las cobran cerca de 70 dolares el día, además super cómodo y limpio. Gracias Jeannick! Volvería sin dudas!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025Arrived to meet with Jeannick who was friendly and personable, even though I arrived filthy from an ATV adventure I came from directly. He handed me the keys and showed me around the studio. It is a beautiful space with a great private front garden. The kitchen has all the right facilities, clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable with the perfectly suitable bathroom steps away. I found it to be a great location, near practically every where I wanted to be and I couldn’t pass this up for the price
There’s no pool but I knew that from the start. Besides, the beautiful beach is minutes away and the hosts told of another property nearby that does have a pool. Such a cool guy

Reviewed May 10, 2024Great location in Palm Beach lrss than a 10 minute walk to the main drag and within walking distance to supermarkets, Wendy's, and the bisbto Arashi beach or Eagle Beach. Perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple.. Situated in residential neighborhood that was very safe well-lit and easy to locate once you find it the first time.. The studio has beach chairs and a cooler than you can use at the beach.
