It was not clean enough, toillet seat was broken,

La ubicación es genial, a minutos del centro palm beach. La piscina es enorme, el wifi funcionaba muy bien. Nos limpiaron el departamento y nos dejaron toallas de sobra. Super equipado, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, vajilla, y todo para cocinar. Hasta pava eléctrica! La atención del personal excelente. Lo super recomiendo! Volveré 😄

La relativa cercania a las playa de Palm.La piscina muy linda,grande y limpia.

En gral.todo bien.La tele no funciona,pero no fui a ver tele.La cama demasiado blanda.

El sitio y la comodidad de la zona, el cuarto bien organizado y con lo necesario.

Al principio pensé que estaba muy alejado de todo por la impresión al llegar pero el transporte es asequible y la zona tiene salida cercana a la playa es prioridad ubicar el transporte o las rutas de movilidad. .

The place was under construction when I arrived and one morning they woke me up with the loud sounds

It was close to the beach. It was cheap

It wasn’t clean. It was the old room with many problems

Nothing about this place was worth the stay.

This place is poorly managed, a pizza box and dirty dishes were left in my room. The linens smelled musty and there was no blanket on the bed. The pool and hot tub were dirty and could not be used. No staff was on site -not even to let me into my room- my room key was taped outside with a sheet of paper with my name on it. I have never had a worse lodging experience. I would have left if I hadn't already paid for my stay in full.

Nice pool and good location

Host was absent, there was nobody to check us in when we arrived. No room cleaning, very old room in bad condition. Unable to reach staff members. We decided to leave. Host promissed to refund us but never did.

nice size pool but NO shade anywhere! Nice BBQ area that nobody was using during my stay, working AC that we were requested to turn of when not present, but necessary to be on when inside to be comfortable. Has Jacuzzi, but not heated. Outdoors community cooking facilities, but unless you travel in a group, likely nobody is using it.

This studio room is a stand alone wooden shack with poor insulation and failing roofing. Tiny at 10ft x 12ft and a clutched on shower-toilet combo that turns boiling hot during day and leaks water at the joint during rains. I would call this a dump! Minimal throw space to put luggage and cloth. A Hodge podge of furniture thrown in in an attempt to provide some facilities. (No closet, just a metal single tier locker cabinet, a portable 2 burner hot plate with no working space or fume hood, the microwave on top of fridge where former's door could not easily and completely opened as it interfered with the fridge's hinge, a vinyl accordion door to separate living from toiled/shower. Bed had old fashioned box spring mattress where springs could be felt pushing through the topper. 3 windows of which 2 had no means to block light. 3 safes but no instructions on how to make them work, so no safe in essence. Electrical of this shack would never pass US inspection, actually what it is rented out for would never pass any kind of building code. Minimal maintenance done of property (poor repairs, peeling paint, chipped tile work, some pool chairs in disrepair) 15 to 20 min walk to public Palm beach (access road between Marriott's / Ritz Carlton). Google maps made me believe there is a shortcut, but this is a non passable lagoon! Bring bug repellant (at least I needed it in December!) pics uploaded are mostly taken with wide-angle, so items look larger than they actually are

Pool was ok.

Old and tired property needing much repair. No staff at property to speak to about issues. You could only contact Fred by phone and he would be helpful but sometimes he was busy and you would have to wait. Cheap accommodation but not worth price.

The room was super comfortable and the location is good (about 10 minutes walking distance from the beach).

There was no staff there, so you have to send them messages if you need something.

You cannot beat the value of this stay. Such a great price! My mom stayed at the Marriott a block away and couldn't believe we were able to stay a longer length of time than her for maybe a quarter of the cost! We loved that we were able to save money on food by going to the supermarket and cooking some meals on the BBQ. The best part of this stay is the host Nita. She is so nurturing and it felt like we were being cared for by a mother. She looked out for our needs and made arrangements for us so we could enjoy more of our time there. I even got sick on the trip and she showed up with tea and lemon and honey. My parents go on Sandals vacations often and compared her level of service as being better than the butler service that you pay extra for on those, already expensive trips. She is truly what makes this place so special. Thank you Nita! We love you!

No complaints.

The manager Nita´s is a oustanding person, always with arms wided open to help. The swimming pool and the cat is awsome.

As a improvement i believe that would be nice if the property offer (Cabana´s one) had: breakfast in local, a better room ilumination, fix the Village open door to avoid noise and disturb who is sleeping.

Do not book. There was nobody at airport for pickup, took own cab to Sunflower to find it desserted. No access instruction despite being confirmed. We had to find another place to stay.

The location was amazing. Close to Palm Beach . Nita was great, really helpful all the time.

I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me regarding the questions I had before booking, and honestly was so afraid when I arrived in Aruba that I might not have a place to say, thank goodness for Mika, because she called me two weeks before we arrived

The pool is beautiful but leaks

The room we got was not expected. Brown room had a very hard full size bed not a queen as advertised. No cupboards. Only one sink which was clogged

Nita the office manager was exceptional and very accommodating. She went over and beyond being helpful and welcoming. The apartment was clean but needs a little updating. Overall the property is in a good location with the beach area in walking distance and bus stop. There is a big supermarket a short walk from the property for those who are self catering.

The property in general needs a some updating for example the entrance to our apartment was through the bedroom rather than the living room. Also the jacuzzi needs fixing for guests to relax in but the pool was ok. The property should provide breakfast for guests who want it, this would add additional attraction when booking this property.

Neeta, the Manager was wonderful, very helpful and pleasant. The pool was lovely.

The location is excellent. The manager/cleanibg personal was wonderful. She worked hard at providing a happy place to stay. She was very friendly and helpful.

The old furniture in the room. Musty/mouldy smelling. Had only two cooking utensils one fry pan and à pot. Could not use hot stove and microwave at the same time fuse would blow. The outside plaster is falling away. The pool even though cleaned never removed the mold spots on inside of pool sides. Bedding well used, old and stained. Towels as bath mats that were cut in half. Not hand towels or face clothes. Outside areas need some major up keep. Some things of safety were looked after while we were there, for example the broken swing was taken apart and removed, some loose boards removed.

We were given a room

We walked in and were greeted by a woman who stated she had no idea we were coming. She had no rooms for us and especially not the room we had booked. She originally told us there was no where to put us and we’d have to find somewhere else to stay. Eventually when we were asking for WiFi so we could book a new hotel or place to stay she said well maybe one guy won’t come tomorrow, offered us his room. It had not been cleaned and had no sheets or towels. We were given sheets off the couch (I believe had just been washed but not positive) and made the bed ourselves. We were given a few mismatched towels from the couch before being given a few from the drier. We paid the same amount we were supposed to in cash for this room but we’re questioning if we should be staying at all given the situation. With little options we decided to stay but we’re scared to use the facilities in the room and comforter as it was clear the room had not been cleaned. We were very upset with this being our first night in Aruba

The establishment has a great vibe, clean and close to the beach and stores , Nita , the manager is wonderful and truly made our stay very special ,

The owner of the property refused to return the money for one day stay that we didn't use. We had problems with flight and had to leave one day earlier then previously scheduled. We received no money back from it. We travel a lot and this happened first time that the owner refused to return the money. Also, property is not how it looks like in the property photos. Very old and run down which is unfair to mislead people looking to book this property. Also, no beach chairs available.

A very welcoming host Nita showed me around to meet other guests a wonderful pool clean and big close to the beach and shops and easy to ride the bus.

The on site worker Nita was so lovely and helpful.

The place was completely run down. All the pool chairs were broken and someone fell through the chair. The towels were full of holes. The bed sheets were stained. The public washroom wasn’t cleaned until the staff was notified after 7 days.

Nita was a wonderful host and was very nice from the moment I arrived, good location and close to beach, bus and supermarket

So many small maintenance problems, could be cleaner and the common grounds were very badly maintained

I love the home feel of the room and the sun roof bathroom. Also the swimming pool and jacuzzi. My host Nira was very helpful and Super nice.

We stayed for 17 nights, the location was great, quiet area behind all the high rise hotels. Easy to walk in to Palm Beach in the evenings for restaurants/bars/shopping.

The whole place needs a total refurb, dated and tatty!

Close to Palm Beach and a great sized apartment which was very homey.

The kitchen supplies could have been newer. Pots and pans had scratches on them.

It is in a very good location, quiet and the garden area was very nice. Nita was very welcoming and caring, always greeted us with a smile.

The host met me when I showed up. Showed me around. For the value of the property it was great.

I loved the aesthetic and the garden feel which gave the home a tropical atmosphere. I loved that it felt residential and not touristic. The pool was a great luxury.

There really was t anything that stood out to me.

Beautiful property, very accommodating and awesome staff. The pool was beautiful, and we loved our stay. Our private cabin was perfect.

Parking is limited

It is an apartment more than a hotel. It has all that you need for a comfortable stay in Aruba. The hotel is located on walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and a bus station. Nita was a great host, you can learn a lot about the culture of the island with her and she´s super attentive!

The grounds were lovely and Nita was wonderful! She made our stay!

The property needs updating. Burned out, outside, light bulbs need replacing. Our room needed a microwave and a toaster. Some of the plates and bowls were chipped which is unsanitary. We only had two mismatched small tea cups for coffee, two coffee mugs would have been useful. Temperature of the hot water should be improved -a tepid hot water shower can be difficult.

Upon arrival Nita (the manager greeted me with SO MUCH love and caring! she took me on a tour of the property and gave me a quick run down of the area. she even introduced me to a Brazilian family who was staying in property who I later hung out with. I didn’t expect to be in a cabin however it was Quaint and cozy! the bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. The outside grounds was so beautiful but could definitely use a little love and up keep otherwise a beautiful oasis! would’ve been a great place to congregate with neighbors however not too much activity in the outside area during my stay. Overall I loved my stay at Sunflower villas, the location was great (with a little path through the marsh) to get right to the beach and bus stop!

The bathroom shower never really got hot but it wasn’t a full on problem as it was always so hot outside and the cool shower felt ok. I would definitely recommend a soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom. There were mosquitos in the cabin but Nita gave me an incense stick, so maybe add a mosquito deterrent to each room.

we got placed in another property than what we booked it was further from the beach. not clean (it was a lot of sand in the shower, lots of spots, we had dirty sheets in the wardrobe, there was dirty dished etc). the internet didnt work in the property, we needed to go outside in order for getting internet access

The front desk manager was fantastic! She was very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival Desi gave us a tour of the grounds and showed us how to access the beach which was about a 10-15 minute walk. We felt very safe and welcomed as soon as we arrive until we left. The day of check out we scheduled a last minute tour of the island; we had to check out early however we were not sure what to do with our suitcases during that time. Desi allowed us to leave the bags at the office. We were so grateful and knew they would be safe with her!

Shower roof leaked during a major rainstorm but it did not impact the bedroom area so it was not much of a concern.

Horrible experience. I have never experienced anything like in all of my travels. We arrived there on 31.12.2022) after travelling all the way from Europe to Aruba and upon arrival found out at the Villa that they were not expecting us. On top of that they were fully booked and said they can not accomodate us despite the fact that I showed them the confirmation document of booking.com. I also showed them our chat in the app, as they reached out to me months ago upon making this booking. They were the ones asking me in the chat when are we planning to arrive. It was 31.12., we arrived late with a 1 year old baby and they left us outside with no place to sleep. plus they were rude saying it is not their problem. I was furious and they were of no help at all. I also called the owner but didn’t answer. We had to find another accomodation, which was a nightmare on 31.12. I am putting a seriois complaint out about this situation.

Our room was under construction so we received another option that was closer to the shops and activities and a more private stay.

the loft. We are 4 older people, and it was very difficult to climb the stairs. we wound up sleeping on the pull out couch.

Full service, great swimming pool, very quiet and feel like home. We received a wonderful presentation and welcome thanks to Nita. I really recommend this place for everything especially the value for money and of Course the service of Nita was amazing.

It’s a very nice place to stay; pleasant, peaceful, conveniently located near the beach, and the property itself has lots of potential.

Check-in and check-out procedures could be improved on. When I arrived at the property there was no record of my reservation - luckily they had lots of rooms available, so it wasn’t an issue. When leaving, I vacated my room before 11, waited half an hour to check-out, but the office was closed, so I left a Whatsapp message with instructions as to where the key could be found, but got no reply.
