Reviewed Sep 10, 2026This property was amazing (and incredible value for money). It was extraordinarily clean. The rooms had a curtain for privacy, locked cabinets, and beautiful ocean views. The owner was lovely. They went above and beyond by sending me a parcel with an item I had left behind. It also is in a great location. You should stay here if visiting Sokcho.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Mooi nieuw hostel met goede bedden en moderne voorzieningen. Ligt dicht bij de haven van Sokcho en de bus stopt voor de deur die je binnen 40 minuten naar Seoraksan brengt, perfect!
Lawaaierige kamergenoot en de lift liep vast, maar beide geen dingen waar het hostel iets aan kan doen.

The storage is big, but the safe I used jammed pretty bad, so just be careful with that; don't know if this is common or not.

There's a bus stop and a gs25 right next to the hostel which is super convenient ! The beds are really comfortable and quite big ! I think this is the most comfortable hostel i've ever been to :)

I also liked the social space and kitchen a lot! The checkin process is very smooth and the keycard systems works really well and provides a lot of security to the dorms

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026- Clean and new facilities (1 year old?) - A clean public bathroom on the 1st floor with ample toilet paper, hand soap, and water - Elevator and well designed rooms so you can move through comfortably - Big private lockers so you can store an airport sized carry-on - Place to store luggage after check-out - Pumping toothpaste and hair dryer with concentrator attachment provided for free - Black-out privacy curtains on each bunk - Spacious room layout, spacious bathroom layout, and placing the sink area between the two rooms to minimize congestion.
- They have you put used towels in a closed bin, so previous people put even wet towels in there, so that the 2 “clean” towels they provided smelled like horrible like wet towel. They also present your “clean” towels in your enclosed locker, so you open your locker for the first time to a horrible smell. I would suggest putting command hooks or a metal bar in the rooms near the AC vent so that guests can dry their used towels in the air conditioned room first before returning it. - The shower curtains also already had a sour wet smell to them, even though the property is new. - I would suggest adding a regular charging port at each bunk.

There are 3-4 bed per room which is a good ratio. Less people less noise. There's an elevator and laundry on site. Hostel located directly next to the bus stop so that's very convenient.

The fact that for the girl dormitory you have only two showers for 8 and that the two showers are in the same room just separate with curtains.

L' espace et les casiers avec un code et les tablettes pour le cellulaire en haut du lit. Le propriétaire très serviable possibilité de laver son linge et le savon est fourni et le bus pour le parc National passe juste devant. La salle commune possède une grande table en bois ce qui prête aux échanges et cette pièce est bien tenue.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Els llits eren super comodes i molt grans, l'esmorzar al cinnabon de sota bonissim i el sr del cinnabon molt amable. L'habitació de 4 està molt bé. A 10 min a peu del mercat del peix. La parada del bus al parc natural de saraksan està davant de la porta.
No hi ha personal, entrar es com jugar a un scaperoom. Hi ha 2 dutxes però juntes, separades per una cortineta. La zona comú és molt impersonal, hi ha nevera, aigua calenta i una taula. Hostel molt poc social, maxim coneixeras a algun company d'habitació. Esta a prop d'una estació de bus, però no la dels busos de Seoul 😅

La salle commune comporte une belle grande table ce qui est conviviale aux rencontres, le propriétaire accueillant et donne des indications pour les activités. Le bus pour le Parc National passe devant l'auberge. La piste cyclable de la côte est est à 2 minutes de vélo.

なし。強いていえば、シャワーのお湯の水量がもう少し強い方が好みだが、お湯が出るまでの時間も早く、使うのに困難な水量ではないので、あくまで好みの問題。

Food restaurants weren’t that close by. As a solo traveler it wasn’t as easy as I wished.
