Отличный завтрак на любой вкус, удобный и просторный номер. Шикарный вид из номера на 25-м этаже. Есть рестораны недалеко от отеля.

Без китайского номера WiFi самому не настроить. До метро идти 10 минут.

Tout etait bien! C’est mon 3 eme sejour à l’ocean hotel et toujours satisfaite. Je n’ai pas pris la formule avec petit dejeuner . Le personnel tres agréable et professionnel. Je recommande et je reviendrais .

Çamaşırhane tam otomatik sistem. Tadilattan dolayı odamı ücretsiz 1+1 ile değiştirdiler.

Mobilyalar ve odalar biraz eski. Çalışanlardan bazıları çok yardımsever. Bazıları ödeme konusunda sıkıştırıyordu. Para bozup geleceğim dememe rağmen depozito istediler.

Океан всегда в отличной форме ! Кстати завтраки не пробовали . Но рядом все есть , особенно мусульманский ресторан с бараниной . За углом овощной рынок . Местоположение отличное . На ресепшене персонал все расскажет , объясняет .

Решала по такси с утра все делал из себя помощника . 10-15 минут ждали это такси в аэропорт. Потом пошли к дороге и красное такси за 137 юаней за 25 минут довез до аэропорта Т3. Правда 6:30 утра .

Отель хороший, номера чистые, прибраны. Рядом несколько станций метро, хорошая транспортная доступность.

Так как остановился только на 1 ночь, минусов не заметил.

I stayed at this hotel for 14 nights, and unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my experience. I asked to use the hotel’s laundry service. A staff member came to my room and told me the cost was 371 CNY. I immediately agreed and had no problem paying that amount. However, when my laundry was returned, I was asked to pay again because they claimed I had used two laundry bags and that each bag was charged separately. The problem is that nobody explained this to me beforehand. If they had clearly informed me that each bag would be charged separately, I would have decided whether to send everything or only one bag. Instead, they failed to explain their pricing and then expected me to pay extra afterward. When I went to the front desk to explain the situation, instead of listening or taking responsibility for the poor communication, the staff argued with me and treated me with disrespect. This is not how you treat a guest who stayed at your hotel for 14 nights and spent a significant amount of money. Great hotels are judged not only by their rooms but also by how they handle problems. In this case, the hotel showed a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for its guests.

色々なホテルを調べましたが、バスタブ付きの部屋は広州市内で1番ここがコスパいいと思います。移動や仕事で疲れていてもバスタブがあるとリラックスできます。ここは色々な部屋に止まりましたが、かなりコスパいいと思います。21階の部屋は電気も全てセンサー反応で日本のビジホより清掃も行き届いています。

Some smoke smell on the corridor even if it supposed I asked for a non smoke room. They should have non smoke floors because even if your room is not smoke the smoke of a neighbor room can bother

Unless you like the sound of major building renovations during the day till 18.30hrs then this isn't suitable for you .

Room was a good size with everything required and breakfast was amazing. Staff are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Convenient location to amenities. Guest laundry is a great complimentary service and fruit bowl in the room a really nice touch. I usually stay at a different hotel nearby; this will be where I stay going forward.
