We asked for a room for nonsmokers but entering into the toilette was like being in a smooking room, it was not tolerable.

staff was friendly despite language barrier; breakfast food was abundant and varied; location was top; bedrooms very comfortable and clean.

English language training for in-house staff would be very useful.

Bedroom was nice. Breakfast excellent. Staff tried to be helpful using the translation app.

When I booked it said there was a restaurant open till 9pm and a tour desk, and that English is spoken. I think perhaps there are several Paco hotels so the descriptions are misleading. Be careful you book the Paco hotel you actually want!

Very good value. Breakfast was very good. There was everything you needed in the room from slippers through to toiletries. Staff were lovely and free laundry.

I recently spent about two weeks in Guangzhou, China, and stayed at Paco Hotel around the Ouzhuang area. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Guangzhou. The **location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel**. It is only about a two-minute walk from the subway station, which makes it incredibly convenient for getting around Guangzhou. From the station, you can easily connect to different parts of the city, making it a great choice, especially if you are visiting Guangzhou for business. For me, the **value for money was excellent**. The room was comfortable, the service was good, and breakfast was included in the price. The hotel mainly provides breakfast rather than lunch or dinner, but I actually found this quite convenient because I spent most of my days outside exploring the city and doing business. There are also plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel, so getting food was never a problem. I was particularly impressed with the **front desk staff**. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed something. They even helped me order food when necessary. One thing I really appreciated was their translation device. The staff could speak Chinese into the device and have it translated into English, while I could speak English and have it translated into Chinese. This made communication very easy, and we understood each other perfectly. The **room service and housekeeping were also excellent**. Throughout my stay, I had no major complaints. Everything was well taken care of, and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel. Another great benefit is that **laundry is available for free on the second floor**, which is especially useful if you are staying for several days or weeks. But above everything else, **I loved the location**. It made moving around Guangzhou so easy and convenient.

Clean rooms and hotel, Good Location ( Near Metro station - 2 min walking ), Friendly Staff, breakfast is ok has some variety. the building was not the one on the city view, windows shows rooms of neighbors in a different buildings.

Rooms are not sound proof at all, the hotel is super hot and humid all the time because of the laundry room's windows are open, only one elevator for customers and staff, which are always busy by cleaning carts. ( there is a staff elevator but not being used ). some customers were smoking in the Non smoking floor. for 2 nights

Housekeeping was great, whole hotel is clean. Great location.

Need to wait a long time for the hotel lift. Morning breakfast restaurant can be bigger, to space out the tables from the food. Also for the noodles station to be manned, difficult to cook the noodles to the right texture.

في زقاق جانبي صعب الوصول موظفين كذابين طلبت غرفه عالشارع ودفعت حقها ويديني غرفه علي منور ويقولي دي المتاح قولتله وريني بقي الغرفه اللي بسعر اقل علي المنور اتهرب ورفض يردوا الفلوس فطار سيء جدا جدا يدوب بيض وبطاطس محمر والباقي اكل صيني صعب الرائحه والبيض معمول بزيت ريحته مزنخه مفيش اي جبنه ولا مربي ولا اي حاجه تتاكل كنت حاجز ليلتين يدوب ليله ونص وغادرته فورا بلا رجعه

Location of the hotel suited my requirements because it was very convenient to the subway station - this meant that I could easily get to the part of the city where my son worked and lived. On the whole the breakfast was varied and good. The only issue I felt was that the coffee machine that served latte's etc wasn't working during the last week of my stay.

Other than my previous comment regarding the broken coffee machine - then I do not have any negative comments.

Helpful staff, excellent location near the metro station, wonderful buffet breakfast which is different every day, clean rooms, they let us leave some of our luggage there for a couple of days while we were visiting other places

Номер был чистый и достаточно комфортный для проживания, хотя местами уже заметны следы износа. В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление: хороший вариант для короткой поездки или отдыха на несколько дней.

The breakfast was nice and wholesome with a good range of choices. The reception staff were exceptional, patient and very good at resolving my queries. communicating with my secretary via wechat which got things handled faster.

An airport shuttle service would be a good addition to it's service offering.

Hotel is very nice, hotel location is good. Taxi from hotel to anywhere was cheap and very easy fo pay with Alipay. Breakfast was also good.

Good Functional business hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooms are big , just off the main road and close to all the basic amenities. 5 mins walk to the metro station. Lots of caffe/ restaurant near by.

The cost of having someone wash your clothes for laundry ( however you can wash them yourself for free so isn't an issue ) just if your lazy and CBA the price is extortionate!!! But it easy enough to wash and dry yourself which is handy. . Also the price of the hotel tripled when I went to extend my stay because of the canton fair weekend they said, however it had been canton fair for weeks. This was disappointing.

Минус по завтракам. Завтраки однообразные и если прилетать на длительный срок, то надоедает. Рядом учебное заведение - школа и днем шумновато.

The location was perfect. The breakfast options were good.

My room was on the 2nd floor ( 211)next to the laundry room. I stayed there 5 nights, on my last night I could not sleep at all as the laundry machine went on ALL NIGHT long, as a result on my addition night of the 14th I asked to be moved up, away from the laundry… That was a worse decision as they put me in a noisy room, where I couldn’t sleep.That was the only terrible thing.

Yoh! I had stayed in 211 for 5 nights, I asked for onatger room for this 1 night. I was booked into a room that had noise (602)… I couldn’t sleep, at 12:00 midnight I had to ask that someone snitch off the fridge, they did buutt the noise wouldn’t stop. I asked them up again, turns out it was aircon, they offered earplug which were NOT enough to block the irritating noise. I was told there were no other rooms available except for a room that was half the size of the room I had booked. I desperately needed to sleep, I then agreed as I needed sleep since the previous night on the 2nd floor I couldn’t sleep. I slept in that tiny room, in the morning went up to my noisy room on 6th floor where the rest of my items were to get ready. Then when I check out I was told a bathrobe is missing from the tiny room when I went to the tiny robe wearing a robe from 6th floor.
