Breakfast time is a bit too late. It start at 10am but once we came down at 10am, the kitchen still not ready.

Pulizia scarsa. Struttura e stanze per niente curate. Bagni di recente costruzione ma trascurati. Asciugamani mai cambiati. Lenzuola probabilmente pulite ma che risultavano sporche e macchiate. In una settimana la camera non è mai stata pulita e rifatta. La colazione solo dalle 10 alle 12 e quindi mai fruita. La struttura ha del potenziale ma non viene per niente valorizzata. Dalle foto sembra molto meglio che in realtà

Wi-Fi non funzionante, colazione improponibile oltre che a partire dalle 10:00 (ma nel concreto non prisma delle 10 e 30), ristorante estremamente caro e non buono, camera in condizioni non ottimali, molte mosche in stanza

Lage top und Zimmer sind komfortabel groß

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Erstmal lange warten auf einen vorbereiteten Teller, wenn der Teller steht dann wird aufs Brot gewartet, aber lange! Tee genau so! Kellner mega mega unfreundlich - spricht kein Englisch, Deutsch und Türkisch ganz schlecht. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, wir haben es denen gesagt, war anscheinend aber egal für die Rezeption. Nie wieder!

Locatie is goed, alles is op loopafstand. Je bent binnen een paar minuten bij een tramhalte of er pier of marmaray als je iets verder weg wilt .

Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. We were pleasantly surprised that we were checked in earlier than the official check-in time, which we really appreciated after our journey. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring Istanbul, with many attractions and public transportation nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food every morning, and it was definitely worth the price. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Great service, perfect location, comfortable accommodation, and an amazing breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

아침은 아래 식당에서 주는데, 그냥 한끼 때우면 되요. 공항가기전 1박하기에는 가성비 좋습니다. 이스탄불에서 시티투어하기에는 위치가 좋습니다.

에어콘 에서 나오는 물을 펌프가 회수하는 소리가 나요. 백색소음 같이 적응 하면 괜찮아요. 버텨내면 잘 만 합니다.

الموقع ممتاز وفريق العمل مضياف على الرغم من عدم وجود مكتب للاستقبال حيث انك تستلم مفتاح الغرفة من المطعم

للاسف لا يوجد مصعد والدرج عالي جداً عند استلمت الغرفة دون ازالة نفايات الحمام السرر غير نظيفةً بشكل تشجعك على النوم المكيف توجد به ماكينة ملحقة به كل نص ساعة تصدر صوت يستمر ما بين دقيقة الى خمس وعلى الرغم من شكواي فان فريق العمل لم يرسل احداً لصيانتها بمجرد معرفته بأن الصوت اختفى لا يوجد عاملة نظافة للغرف حيث انه طوال فترة الاقامة لم تنظف الغرفة الا مرة واحدة وبعد الشكوى بعدم تنظيفها علماً انني كنت اعلق ورقة طلب التنظيف على الباب الانترنت سيء البراد يعمل ولكن لا يبرد التواصل مع فريق العمل ليلاً دون جدوى حيث انه عندما حدثت مشكلة المكيف لاول مرة اتصلت على الرقم الذي تم تزويدي به ولكن دون مجيب

Le lit est confortable. L'accueil agréable. Il y a la possibilité de manger sur place car il y a un restaurant juste au-dessous (attention au bruit le soir). L'établissement est très bien placé, possibilité de visiter Sultanahmet à pieds, il y a le tram et le métro (Sirkeçi) très proche. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Attention, ce n'était pas un point négatif pour moi (car il y a beaucoup de solutions aux alentours!!). Mais cela pourrait l'être pour d'autres personnes: le petit-déjeuner est servis tard (de 10H à 12H) et le service n'est pas à l'heure. Le premier jour, j'ai attendu 10 min devant l'établissement qui était encore fermé et sans lumière à 10H. Puis je suis partis vers la mosquée neuve pour prendre un petit-déjeuner (un mal pour un bien car il était délicieux). Si vous ne voulez pas perdre de temps le matin, prévoyez une bonne adresse pas loin.

Location is great. Staff great.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very safe and taken care of throughout the trip.

We did not experience any major issues during our stay.

То что завтраки подавались с 10:30, а то и с 11:00. Приходилось очень надолго задерживаться из за этого в номере

Remek helyen, minden elérhető gyalog, vagy akár villamossal. Kedves és figyelmes emberek. Modern berendezés, kényelmes ágy és székek. Még esernyő is volt kikészítve. Házipapucs is volt. A sampon jó volt. Biztonságos.

A szellőzőrendszer zúgása zavaró volt, még késő este is, a fal is remegett. A wifi nem mindig működött. A reggeli kiszolgálása és választék elég gyenge, 1x ehető. Nem volt reggeli étlap, választék, hoztak valamit, de minden nap ugyanazt. A cicák kedvesek, de zavaróak az étteremben. Az étterem tisztasága reggel nem megfelelő. A terasz nagy, de nem tiszta. A szemeteskukák lábbal nyitható részei töröttek.Villanykapcsolók fordítva működnek, illetve nincs mind bekötve. Légkondi/fűtés nem működött. Jól záródó teraszajtók.

Lage war gut!!!

Dreckige und kaputte Bettwäsche, Gestank aus den Abflüssen, braunes Wasser aus Waschbecken und Toilette. Musik im Restaurant bis weit über 24 Uhr Beschwerden wurden ignoriert und Mängel wurden nicht behoben!

الفندق لطيف جدا وفيه كل المستلزمات الفطور كافي لبدايه يوم طويل في استنبول الموقع ممتاز جدا...جداا..جداا. قريب على كل الاماكن السياحه .. هناك محطه ترام وقطار بالقرب ايضا

القليل من الضجيج في اللليل لان الشارع حيوي جدا

À FUIR !!!!! un calvaire… petit déjeuner, que dis-je…. l’assiette avec deux morceaux de concombres, un morceau de fromage et des olives, servie après 10h. Sachant que nous sommes arrivé en bas pour le petit déjeuner, le restaurateur a souhaité qu’on attendent dehors dans le froid… de plus la chambre et très petite, la douche est moisi avec des odeurs d’égouts. Le chauffage marche très peu voir pas du tout, sachant qu’il m’éteigne avec le service de chambre. Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement qu’il nous a refusé. il voulait annuler la réservation sans nous rembourser, nous avons donc continué notre séjour étant à la rue…

Nur Lage ist gut

Der Unterkunft ist nicht für Familien geeignet. Der Unterkunft hat nur 5 Zimmer , Tag ist Zimmer leer Nacht kommt Pärchen zum tollen Zeit erleben , offenes Frühstück gibt es garnicht, Personal kommt erst zwischen 11-12 Uhr wenn sie Frühstück essen wollen müssen Sie warten bekommen sie klein Teller Oliven Käse Tomate Gurken und Tee. Hat mir garnicht gefallen der Unterkunft hat kein Reinigungskraft Personal zum saubermachen, überall Haare Boden wc etc.

Emplacement idéale,proche de tout sites touristiques (-10 minutes). Grand balcon pour la chambre triple. Petit déjeuner servi à l’assiette,bien copieux. Le personnels très gentils.

L’hygiène reste à revoir +++ Nous avons du faire nous même le ménage Les draps ne sont pas changés durant le séjour.

اعجبني تعامل طاقم العمل اخلاقهم حلوه

المكان لي فندق ولا هوتيل ولا شي ، هي تكون غرف فوق مطعم وفي الغالب انها الغرف تبع الموظفين بس مأجرين الغرف ، يعيبها ايضاً الازعاج لان المطعم يشغل اغاني وشيشه لين الساعه 2 الليل ، ف النوم بيكون غير مريح الا لين يقفلون المطعم والاغاني

Posizione strategica molto vicino a tutte le attrazioni più importanti della città e ad uno snodo della metropolitana molto ben collegato. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile.

La struttura offre una colazione sicuramente tipica ma non paragonabile agli standard di scelta e quantità europei inoltre consigliamo di rivalutare la fascia oraria in cui viene servita. Camere fatiscenti e seppure le stanze venissero regolarmente sistemate la pulizia generale e’ sicuramente migliorabile.

我们预定的是一间3人间（因为预定时网站显示双人间已售完），但实际入住时给我们安排了一个双人间，并且服务员没有给任何解释。第二天一早我询问为何没有给我们原定的三人间，服务员刚开始声称三人间在我入住时已经满房了。然后当我问道少一张床的时候，服务员又说三人间现在也只有一张大床，没有他们图片里宣传的那张小床。虽然服务员表示了抱歉，但是双人间比三人间便宜了不少钱，最后也没有返还给我们这些差价。而且我认为如果的确是三人间没有了，应该在入住之前和我们协商是否愿意入住双人间，而不是等着顾客自己发现后才表示抱歉，并不返还退款。而且房间卫生很差，厕所有很严重的臭味。

The best thing is the location, very close to the main attractions. Also, the food is good.

- wi-fi not functional ( mentioned it to the personnel, no positive result) - TV not functional (mentioned to the personnel but didn’t bother to much to resolve the issue or to see what was the problem). - hot water was not even warm, but cold in the late evening. - you have to ask about the restaurant discount included in the booking offer, as he tends to forgot about it. - personal doesn’t have the genuine hospitality. - cleaning issues.

Mi è piaciuto tutto!! Dall'accoglienza ai sorrisi di tutto il personale che mi ha fatta sentire speciale e di casa. Struttura pulitissima. Pieno centro vicino alla piazza di Sulthanamet, in mezzo a tanti ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e minimarket. A due passi dall'ingresso del parco di Gülhane. Non mi è mancato nulla. Gli sconti per i clienti dell'albergo al ristorante sono reali e convenienti. Colazione turca perfetta. Ci sono tornata più volte e ci tornerò sicuramente! Un punto di riferimento a Istanbul. Wifi eccellente.

Come in molti alberghi del centro storico, manca l'ascensore ma per me non è stato un problema.

Nem volt nagyon tiszta sajnos a szállás illetve kényelmetlen volt az ágy és rövid is a matrac lelógott a lábunk az ágyról.

Super lokacija. Gostitelji prijazni in vedno nasmejani. So pa to sobe nad gostilno v starem delu mesta. Kogar moti hrup in svetloba, to ni zanj. Ko zapreš okno, se ne sliši skoraj nič.

No tengo palabras para describir lo bien que me he sentido durante mi estancia. Yakup, Baran y toda su familia son personas encantadoras, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y con una sonrisa. Se nota que ponen el corazón en lo que hacen. El hotel está impecable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el ambiente es familiar y acogedor. Me fui con la sensación de dejar amigos. Lo mejor de todo es que el hotel está en una zona céntrica y lo tienes todo a 5 minuto! ¡Mil gracias por todo! El año que viene volver Inchallah!😊

Que al ser una zona turística los vendedores de las tiendas se aprovechan y suben muchísimo los precios

A reggeliztetés nagyon nehezen ment, 10:00-tol volt reggeli mi már akkor ott voltunk és minden reggel kb 20 percet kellet várnunk.

Me encantó todo. Hotel con excelente ubicación a 100 m del Tram y 400 metros de Hagia Sofia y el lindo Parque Gulhane con entrada a 150 m del Hotel. Ademas el Hotel está en una linda calle con excelente ambiente de tiendas y restaurantes abiertos hasta medianoche, bonitas luces y decoraciones. Gente muy amable, deliciosa comida, muy buenos precios

Location was amazing, walking distance to all the main attractions, Blue Mosque, Bosphorus, Topkapi Palace etc. So many choices to eat and shop nearby. Breakfast was included in the restaurant below. Staff were all friendly and very responsive. Great value for money

The design of the shower means you end up with a rather soggy floor, but the staff were happy to provide fresh towels after we mopped up.

The location is good, nearly the city center. The most of the guys from the restaurant were friendly. :)

• About the location, the street itself is very lively in the evening/ night time, so the outside of the hotel is very loud. • The room is not that new as photos shows, but everything works well instead of shower, idk who designed it but open space shower? Like wtf? • We recieved fresh towels almost every day but the housekeepers never replenish our room with a toilet paper and shower gel, everyday we must asked for that. • Breakfast was everyday the same, is not a bufet but you’ll recieve a plate with some cheese, salami, olives, mini burek, few slices of tomato and cucumber, mini butter, honey, cocoa spread and basket of bread, for the drink you can select coffee, tea, juice, lemonade and water, five days in a row is the same bfast kinda monotone.

La ubicación excelente. Muy cerca del tranvia y de las proncipalea atracciones. Zona muy seguras, con mucho movimiento Muy amable los anfitriones.

Perfecte locatie om de stad te verkennen; midden in het centrum en dicht bij de metro. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam. Restaurant is ook prima!
